He did a series of tests with me that revealed that the entire shower had been built wrong and had been silently leaking water into our walls and ceiling for years. If we'd hired someone who just slapped on new grout and called it a day, we'd still have water destroying our home from the inside out. Their systematic approach caught what a previous contractor missed when we had them out for the same issue two years ago. They rebuilt the shower completely and repaired the damaged ceiling below. The whole project took about two week, and honestly, every single day of that process was impressive.
