New front door and all the problem-solving that goes with remodeling a 40 year old home.

Exquisite work. Incredible service - responsive, accountable. "Call me at 1 in the morning if you need to," said Anthony. These guys do everything, and they are really, really good at everything. I had 5-6 bids for this job (two bathrooms, hardwood floor, door replacements). Their bids were more than fair. If you are looking for a business that takes pride in its work, is respectful of your budget, and will see it through to the highest standards, this is the right place.

Working with Anthony made our new bathroom addition project so much easier! He's always there to pick up the phone when there's any questions or issues with the project. You ring him, he picks it up. He's also very communicative on the timeline of the project itself, any things to watch out for and will work with us on some of the particular custom requirements we have. In the end, the initial project estimate still stayed the same and we are very grateful for the end result, making our families lives a lot easier!

Anthony and his team did an incredible job building a large addition which included a kitchen, two bedrooms and three bathrooms. They worked carefully with our architects, followed the plans perfectly and made sure everything was done exactly to code. They were extremely trustworthy, on time and on budget. We also had a difficult site which required all materials to be carried up a flight of stairs. Our architects and other contractors have commented about how well the house was constructed and have recommended Anthony and his team to their other clients. We plan to work with him again for our next project.

We needed to have a complete kitchen remodel and evaluated a number of bids from different companies. Anthony provided us with not only the best value but also some great suggestions on design. The NW Quality Construction team was outstanding from beginning to end. They were always on time, stayed on schedule, provided us with feedback on different options, informed us of any potential issues and delivered high quality work. This was not a straight forward remodel as we wanted an induction stove that required a new electric line, new hood vent and the kitchen window replaced. All of this was expertly coordinated by Anthony. We will definitely use NW Quality Construction again!

After seeing yelp reviews and calling references, we selected NWQC for our primary bathroom remodel. We had to wait 5 months for their availability, but it was well worth it. They were punctual, courteous (we were living in our house while they were working), helpful, high attention to detail & we benefitted from their advice and recommendations to help us stay on budget. Highly recommend them and love thier work.

From start to finish, NW quality construction was Professional, courteous, punctual, detailed, accommodating, communicative, patient, understanding, and most importantly quality! And amazingly competitive pricing! Even through my personal health issue, he was very understanding and compassionate. We hired Anthony and his team to remodel our 2 bathrooms and big thanks to them, now our house looks like a model home! Pictures don't do justice. Will definitely hire NW quality construction for our next project and would be for lifetime and I have been always recommending them to my family and friends. Hire him!

I have worked with 3 contractors on home remodels and NW Quality Construction is by far the best. NW construction completely renovated 2 bathrooms, kitchen, outdoor deck, windows/sliding doors, fireplace, removed a wall, laundry room, and attic storage for us. We will definitely use Anthony & NW construction for any future work. Anthony is extremely knowledgeable, hires great people, and delivers on budget and on time. As with any remodel, you need to be prepared with unexpected home issues, supply shortages, and rising material cost so having a contractor like Anthony you can trust and communicate well with is critical. They deliver on time and on a budget because of Anthony's experience and his crew's incredible work ethic and dedication to quality work. At the same time, as a client, you need to be responsive, reasonable and treat the project with collaboration and partnership so the contractor can do their best work and feel respected. I need to get some better photos as the current ones I shared do not capture the amazing and extensive work NW Quality provided.

Just had a great experience with bathroom remodel and deck replacement. Great communication throughout, stayed on the timeline and when issue came up Anthony called me right away and talked through options and additional cost. Highly recommend

NW quality construction was hired to remodel the bathrooms(3) and build a fireplace. The bathrooms had to be stripped to studs, some partitions had to be removed to bring it to the layout we wanted. We agreed on a timeline, even though there were hiccups in the middle due to unforeseen personnel availability, additional people were brought in later to meet the timelines. Throughout the project we could see intent to do things right, the crew did a fantastic job even guests visited us recently were impressed with the work done. His team went above and beyond to fix some of the existing plumbing issues in the house. They were very reasonable in pricing. Overall very satisfied with the quality of work and the commitment, will hire again for future projects. Lastly, yes there were few minor issues during the project but Antony was willing to work through the differences and make us happy and help achieve our intended results.

My wife and I hired NW Quality Construction in the Summer of 2018 for a large project which included remodeling a kitchen, a new main floor bathroom, creating a laundry room, new windows in the kitchen and bathroom, and new hardwoods throughout the house. The owner Anthony was great to work with. He was very responsive throughout the entire process. Offered good advice and suggestions. His crew showed up at 7am Mon-Sat and usually would leave around 6pm. They always cleaned up at the end of the day and treated our house as if it were their own. Overall my wife and I were very happy with the work. We have already recommended Anthony to several of our friends and will be hiring his crew in the near future to remodel other parts of our house. We just hope he doesn't get too busy because of the great work he

We added a closet. They had to shape this all out, and it's so cleanly done.

Anthony is a trip. I've heard a lot of horror stories about contractors & construction in general, I'm sure we all have that friend who unleashes tales of insanity around their house upgrades that you'd never want to deal with a contractor, but NW Q. Construction has been great! I've hired Anthony now for 3 jobs (+ an incoming 4th!) because at the end of the day, he and his crew produce fine work from start to finish. Not only that, but he's made sure the job gets done right. We live in a house from the 50's, which means it's had plenty of time to generate surprises. He's had to roll with those house surprises quite a bit, and was very upfront about what & why, especially if that had to effect the quote. At the end of the day, he largely finished on budget, and quickly. Not only that, he brings his own good ideas and experience to the table to really give you something to work with. Obviously I'd work with Anthony again and plan to, so if you're in the market for a solid and reliable contractor, you've found one.

Anthony and his team were absolutely fantastic. We hired them to remodel 2 bathrooms (family and main) which included knocking down a hallway closet and moving a wall to enlarge the main bathroom. Everyone we dealt with was super professional and the attention to detail is spot on. The project was completed on time and on budget. Throughout the 4 weeks, the team kept everything so clean and was very respectful of our home. We are so happy with our new bathrooms! We would not hesitate to work with Anthony and his team again.

This is an over-due review for Anthony and his team. I feel so lucky to have found them on Yelp. With the blooming Seattle housing market, it was difficult to find someone for bathroom remodeling--either they want an arm and a leg or they only handle whole-house projects. Anthony scales his schedule, fit my townhouse 2.75-bath project, and most importantly, never talked down to me. As a single-mom staying on a budget, his professionalism and attitude is refreshing. The remodeling for a townhouse in Ballard for 4 weeks in April to May 2019. Work ethnics and communications The start date was a bit abrupt since he finished the previous project a week sooner than anticipated and I had to work out of town. But he communicated his needs and with some typical clarifications, we were able to proceed without issues. No complaints from my neighbors. His team showed up every day on time around 8am. They worked Monday through Saturday most of the weeks. If the materials are held up, Anthony would inform me that they're taking the day off. They prep all the areas, set up and clean up each day. They were extremely respectful of my parents, visitors, and my special need son. I personally suggested them to use my bathrooms so they wouldn't have to rent a Porta Potty; but it impressed me that they asked. I believe most days they brought they own lunches and take a break in my garage, again, small detail but I can't stress how small of a footprint and respectful they were the entire time. When I worked out of town, Anthony always made sure he clarified any details, down to the grout colors and how many inches of space for all installations. One 2 occasions I needed to call him in the evening about immediate questions and he happily answered my call. Quality His team is small but their workmanship was excellent. That's perfect because it eliminated multiple subcontractors coming in and out of the house. I was not around when they demolished the old baths but again, no complaint of any kind from my townhouse neighbors (which is trickier than single homes due to space and the shared driveway), they barely noticed I was remodeling. Noise was minimal, no trash left behind. The tiling, vanities, facets, lights... all installations were precise and functioning well (almost 6 months following completion now). Anthony and I went back and forth on the master shower. That was the biggest deal for me as I changed a tub to a floor-level shower. He and his plumber worked out a way to make it happen (eliminating the thick lip that is typical to shower stall). The only hiccup was the house' structure, there was a beam under the shower. So we raise the shower floor slightly as you can see in the photos. Cost Back to the difficulties in finding a contractor- the companies that were available quoted a significant price. Anthony's pricing was very reasonable and he was very transparent. I ended up purchasing my own vanities, mirrors, 1 bath tub, and a few other things. He adjusted the invoice the reflect that. The only additional cost was when we encountered unexpected structures behind the original appliances. His team also helped me to install a few things around the house, fixed a few holes in the wall, etc. At the end I asked them to build new rails for 2 balconies and he charged a fairly low price for that. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my house after working with Anthony! Hopefully I can save up for a kitchen refresh and report back. But I've no doubt It'll be a good experience.

After getting several bids, I went with Vitaliy (owner) and his team. Here's why: - Vitaliy was exceptionally clear, punctual, and spoke in facts (he was not at all sales-y). - He did what he said he'd do (call me back, or prepare an estimate) when he said he'd do it. From the first interaction, it was clear he has high integrity. - Vitaliy noticed critical details (such as the fact that none of my windows had flashing!) that nobody else documented in quotes or discussed with me. - And, his responses to my questions were patient and thorough. Vitaliy helped me understand all the aspects of the project and design choices, which helped me feel confident and supported. And then the work began! - Slavic and Alex were assigned to my project and wow - they are exceptionally skilled and hard working! - Slavic and Alex have great attention to detail. The siding work is very precise and they made simple and beautiful enhancements along the way (like swapping out old and poorly installed vents). - Rot was discovered under a stairway off my kitchen, and I decided to have the staircase rebuilt. It is beautiful. They even noticed that the original staircase had a weird drop off from the interior floor and corrected that so there's now a seamless landing that is much safer and easier to use. The work Slavic and Alex did on this part of the build is as high quality as their siding work. - The work site was always SUPER tidy. Slavic and Alex took great care to clean up as they worked, paid attention to simple details like ensuring nails were picked up and that hose covers were back on (winter months), and they were very respectful of the driveway which I share with my neighbors. - Throughout the installation, Vitaliy kept me updated via text, phone calls, and site visits. I always knew where things stood and what degree of rot was uncovered (or not) at the end of a demolition day. The level and consistency of communication was outstanding. This is the biggest home project I have ever tackled, and it was by far the easiest. And that is because of Vitaliy, Slavic, and Alex. Their communication and the quality of their work is exceptional. Hire these folks!

Moses and Helaina were also fantastic design partners. They guided us through every decision, created multiple 3D renderings, and were endlessly patient when we changed our minds (more than once!). They even designed custom shower glass to accommodate our upgraded bench. The crew's workmanship was pristine--and that's saying a lot because I'm very particular. They took the time to investigate the problem thoroughly. Moses, the owner, brought in a certified structural engineer and identified that the garage hadn't been built to code, which contributed to the damage. They explained the scope of work clearly, including the need to rebuild the front of the garage and the deck above it to resolve both the structural and waterproofing issues. While their estimate wasn't the lowest, they were transparent about pricing and focused on doing the job properly rather than just a quick patch. Mauro, who led the on-site work, was methodical and took real pride in his craftsmanship. The crew stayed focused on our project instead of jumping between jobs, and they communicated well, always checking in about schedules and making sure things worked on our end. The repaired garage looks brand new. More importantly, it's solid and dry even after several rains. When some old wall stains resurfaced, they promptly returned to confirm there were no leaks, and repainted the area just to keep things perfect. We've already recommended this company to a friend and plan to work with them again next year. I called Green Planet from seeing their excellent review history and local family ownership, and they aligned their inspection to suit my availability the next day, and the owner David sent their very capable and friendly project manager JJ. He surveyed the areas and two things became clear: he knows his craft and summarizes his findings very well, and he came to our home prepared for any eventuality with his drywall and remediation team resources to inspect as well as perform the work if we chose to (which we did). After pulling the baseboards and carpet lips back, analyzing water/humidity levels within the walls and materials and checking the inner wall beams and studs, he determined it was not black mold and could be normally cleaned as some form of soot/dirt accumulation. This put us at ease for that part. Then on to the shower area, where he not only examined the MDF baseboard area but also checked telltale signs above on the upper wall sand ceiling inside the shower and even in the towel closet. He correctly removed the shower ceiling itself and a few inches of the upper walls, ad well as some of the lower wall adjacent to the baseboard damage to get the complete picture of where mold had been hiding. His team remediated the shower itself along with the attic roof plywood sheeting and trusses which also had some mold growth. And THEN he even realized the mold went a little further beyond so they also removed a small area in the adjacent second bedroom and uncovered the other portion of that same mold stretch on the attic sheets and trusses of our roofing underside. After finding and treating it all, the verdict was that the outer roof (replaced new 5 years prior) was a likely source at one time of a leak, in addition to the contributions made by the shower area and steam buildup due to a 18-inch soffit dropdown lip from the ceiling forming a typical "shower cup" that traps steam and does not vent it properly. JJ also suggested (which we are now doing) to remove the soffit entirely and make it a smooth ceiling since we have a contractor already there and it is not load bearing, and to add a newer fan with humidity sensing if possible, to prevent a repeat of this happening. So they recommended smart things to do beyond just remediation and restoration. All of this operation was done under strict quarantine of the areas affected, sealing off the work areas with tape-sealed zippered access liner walls and appropriate ventilation and drying units, since you do not want anything to spread of be inhaled just in case. JJ was clear about the first estimate and then the second estimate in the adjacent bedroom once they realized they had to extend it. So pricing was both reasonable and accurately estimated. I was present for various stages seeing the progress and getting an explanation for anything I was curious about. Again, I would heartily recommend Green Planet for any services they offer, if this job is an indication of the quality and care they put into doing their work.

Two people deserve specific mention: Eric and Dmitry. Their communication throughout the project was consistent, clear, and steady.
