So this review is WAYYYY overdue as we had Dennis and his team redo a primary bath for my parents house about this time last year, but due to some other issues, I hadn't gotten around to writing this until now,. Dennis and his team did a fantastic job on the bathroom, turning an old, outdated, small space, into a beautiful new modern bathroom that got tremendous reviews from realtors and buyers! The quality of the work was the most impressive part, with excellent work in all areas of the remodel. We were juggling a lot during that time so there were some minor hiccups with communication and timelines, but Dennis ultimately wanted us to be happy, and remained patient throughout. The business was undergoing some transitional elements at the time and I have no doubt some of the kinks have since been worked out, which makes working with these guys even more attractive. Dennis and his team went above and beyond what we had asked for. He will talk to the insurance agent for you to make sure the claim value you get is enough for a quality job to be done. I believe the value was fair and the job was better than we expected. They won't give up and settle on a lowball price value the agents give and he will continue with thoroughly consistent communication. I got multiple follow ups throughout this tediously annoying process of living in hotels. I definitely recommend him and his team to get work done. I can contact him if I am unsatisfied with anything; even after the work was complete and paid for; they will still send someone out to fix the issue. We love our new bathroom and wish we called them originally the first claim we made. We delt with our fair share of contractors for the last year from water damage to the house; we see how they cut corners but this isn't the case with contractors United. read more

Their quote ended up being so reasonable - and considerably lower than our other bids - that we decided to add an LVP flooring upgrade to our home project. Dennis and his team - Oleg, Max & Val - responded to our remodeling vision with exceptional workmanship, flexibility, a keen attention to detail, reliability, and friendliness throughout the entire project. Even when the project inevitably hit some bumps, Dennis quickly identified the issues with our house - notably, a very unlevel living room subfloor - and then clearly laid out what it would take to fix the problem and how much more it would cost us. Despite our project going beyond its initial scope and schedule, Dennis's guys showed up every single day to work (including on weekends) and their work quality never wavered. Dennis worked with us every time we needed to change course and helped us identify alternative design options or materials. They even went above & beyond the scope of the project when something unexpected went wrong. For example, the floor repair in our living room caused the drywall to crack on the ceiling in the room directly below it. Without hesitation, Dennis's crew took the time to seal off the entire room, patch up the drywall, re-texture and re-paint the entire ceiling, and then vacuum & clean the whole room to make it look like new again! The guys were also always professional and friendly. Most importantly, their attention to detail in every aspect of the project gave us our dream kitchen and beautiful new floors that make it feel like we're living in a new house! You can see from the before & after photos that it completely transformed the upstairs living area in our house. A long due review! If you're looking for someone to handle your project thoroughly and effectively, I highly recommend Contractors United. I wanted an entire home interior painting along with multiple areas of carpet converted to LVP last year, and CU delivered & beyond. Dennis was our main contact and was very responsive and communicative throughout the project, even having his wonderful team work with us on our community's specific rules and regulations of work noise and schedule of availability. We had a final walkthrough where Dennis found specific points in work that he wanted to improve and had his team come in to fix, and I appreciate the integrity in this. Some months later when I noticed an odd sound on some of the stairs, Dennis was excellent with scheduling a quick, almost immediate visit with his team member Max to assess and fix the issue. read more

I found Contractors United from Yelp when we were looking to do some repairs on our hardwood laminate floor. The flooring boards had swelled up due to spilled water and needed a few boards to be repaired. I was contacted back by a few contractors but all were trying to get the entire flooring replaced rather than providing services for a repair work. Contractors united reached out and offered to provide the repair work. Dennis was prompt in communicating and doing a walkthrough to provide an estimate. I had Dennis and his team do a full kitchen remodel for me 3 years ago, all though I thought the price was a little higher then other contractors but it was 100% best experience compared to other contractors that I've hired for the cheaper price, after having bad experience with the cheaper guy, I think it's worth to pay a little more and save yourself a headache. Dennis and his crew do great work and are very communicative every step along the way. I had thee big projects to do, which included two complete bathroom remodels and a plumbing job for the third bathroom. Dennis provided a great quote and talked me through the job and decisions to make. When we found out that our pipes were galvanized, Dennis had an excellent plumber on hand on to call in to do the job. Although this extra work put a kink in the timeline of the projects, Dennis kept working out how to best keep the work moving forward. Even when we were met with daily set backs, Dennis gave recommendations on how to best problem solve. Everyone we met on Dennis' team was friendly, professional and did excellent work. They really care about doing a good job so if there was ever anything that was a concern, we paused to talk about it to make sure the job was done right.
