We had a fairly difficult project that a few other painters had passed on (or tried charging exorbitant amounts of money for) because of how high our townhouse is and the proximity to neighboring units. Lino took it and was great from beginning to end. Raul and his team were very courteous, accommodating, did a really great job and left the place fairly clean afterwards. This wasn't an easy paint job and they also had to communicate with our neighbors quite a bit so all in all we're really satisfied. There were some instances of miscommunication around the paint being used and their schedule but Raul went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the the final results. I'll definitely be using them for future projects!

I took a chance in these guys even though they had no reviews and am happy I did. They outbid everyone else I asked and did excellent work. They painted my garage and my daughter's bedroom and did an outstanding job. They took their time and got it right. My daughter wanted an ombré wall and they were honest enough to admit they had never done it before but were willing to try. It came out just as we had hoped. They cleaned up perfectly when done, wore masks and stayed distanced and were so professional and friendly as well. I highly recommend Lino and his team.

Palermo painting was wonderful to work with. They gave us an estimate and started painting our cabinets within days. They were friendly and easy to communicate with. The end results are fantastic! The kitchen transformation blew our minds! We will use them for other projects in the future.

New cabinets and drawers.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Palermo LLC. Very skilled, friendly and hard working team. My kitchen looks more modern and I love it! I recommend this company!!

Backsplash

Installed our counter and backsplash. Lino showed up on time and responded all queries promptly. Finished the job in time too. It was a good experience.

Great experience. They were willing to take a last-minute job and make a tight timeline work out with a great result.

They were no-shows for the estimate appointment. They apologized. My inclination to work with them ended there.

They did a good job at refacing the cabinets. Lino took the measurement and came back a month later for installation as planned.

The clean up was horrible. A lot of over spray and not a lot of touch up. Felt like it was a rushed job and not alot of care to detail.

European Stone & Tile Design

This was a supremely satisfying business experience. During our 44 years of marriage, my wife and I…read morehave purchased seven homes in three States and dealt with many home service providers. Our experience with Maria and her employees at European Stone & Tile ranks with the very best. My wife and I walked in the door of European Stone seeking ideas and help with modernizing a kitchen that was last updated about 20 years ago. The last update created one serious flaw we discovered when we replaced the dishwasher. The dishwasher and stove are at 90 degrees to each other and 12" apart limiting the available stoves to only a few and none of those appealed to us. We had given up on replacing our appliances but decided to just update the surfaces. Then we met Maria. She came to our home and measured our kitchen then asked us to come to her showroom to see the choices we'd have in surfaces. We had replaced carpets last year and she showed us things that fit well with our other rooms and surfaces. We chose those we liked and set the dates for the work. After sleeping on the project I decided that the dishwasher had to be moved before we did the countertops. I discussed this with Maria the morning her carpenter arrived expecting to perform an hour task to remove a breadbox that was fastened to the old counter. I called the office and asked Maria to take on moving the sink base to the space occupied by the dishwasher and replumbing the water lines and drains to work with the new layout. This was a significant last-minute change that would have caused other suppliers I've worked with in the past to have emotional meltdowns. Not Maria. She took a minute to consider what she could do and then told me in a cheerful voice, "It won't be a problem. I'll need to rearrange our schedule, but we can do it!" She asked me to hand the phone to her carpenter (Ron) and she asked him to take on the job. Fortunately, it turned out that Ron is a Master Carpenter and former General Contractor capable of doing the electrical and plumbing work. He removed the old countertops, opened the walls and rerouted the plumbing and electrical, restored the walls, moved the old sink base to its new location and assisted in creating the template for the new countertops. His craftsmanship matches the finest we've experienced. Ron managed to complete this major work revision inside the original schedule, so that our kitchen was completed, including new countertops and tile, on the day we were originally promised. In addition to Ron, six other European craftspeople (counter installers, plumber, tile setter) came to our home to perform work. Every one of them was cheerful and friendly. They were considerate of my wife and I and involved us in decisions whenever their work options were not obvious. They never left the worksite without cleaning the area and left no construction residue inside or outside our home. Their completed work is of the highest quality suitable for custom homes. We also had contact with staff in the showroom/store that matched the considerate and friendly concern for customer experience. This level of care for us as homeowners was unusual in our experience and we attribute it to Maria's leadership as the business owner. She has chosen and trained her staff well. My wife and I are very pleased that we chose to do business with European Stone and Tile and we recommend their work to anyone planning kitchen or bath work.

Absolutely atrocious. The shower started leaking after one week. We had evidence of a leak, but…read morethey refused to address it. Water leaked underneath the tile and into the floorboards in the bathroom as well as into the floorboards in the hallway under the carpet. When asked about it, they said the deformed trim was from leaving the door open or a wet towel dripping. After their "professional" work on the shower, some tiles were already chipped. A woman came after we told them and she said we could "touch it up with some nail polish" if we find the right color. Laughable. They only give a 1 year warranty. They don't guarantee their work and they have no interest in helping customers when they comment on their work. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not go to them. I am shocked that they're still in business.

Bryan's Countertop & Cabinet - Excellent time working with Bryan and his crew. Very responsive and helpful and efficient.

Bryan's Countertop & Cabinet

After shopping around for months for new cabinets for our kitchen, we ended up going with used. We…read moreknew going into it that there were 2-3 cabinets we'd be missing for our configuration but were going to order those separately. Evergreen Granite & Cabinets was one of the shops we had visited and received quotes from during the initial shopping around phase - their price came in as one of the lowest, and their customer service in getting the quote and talking about our kitchen was wonderful even though we didn't end up ordering a full set of cabs from them. So when it came time to order the extra 2-3 cabinets we needed, it was a no-brainer that we went straight to Evergreen. Brian answered my phone call and he had me come down to the showroom with an extra door and drawer from my set, so we could try to match it up. Immediately upon coming in he could tell that he didn't have my style of cabinets. He asked me questions to try to determine who might have provided the cabinets, and we settled on a couple possible options. He said he knew the other cabinet shop owners and proceeded to visit their websites to look at cabinets they offered and then he called around to investigate further. Brian told me he'd look into it further and could even come by our house to look and measure. Sure enough last night he came by and talked with us about the cabinets. He gave us a couple of options and then said he would take our door sample downtown this week and visit a couple of shops, in hopes of finding someone who still carries this line! Brian has been amazing so far, and we haven't even ordered from him yet! If he finds the cabinets, we will be so thrilled. We have plans to have him do our granite work once the cabinets are all in place, and we'll definitely be considering him for future work! I'm looking forward to posting another rave review after this is all through!
