Having never worked with a contractor before, I was nervous, but Lino was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough in walking me through every step of the process. He is extremely communicative and genuinely dedicated to bringing your vision to life. As the project evolved, I kept adding new ideas and expanding the scope -- and Lino handled every update with enthusiasm, clarity, and professionalism. He never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed; instead, he consistently offered solutions and guidance to help the project turn out even better than I imagined. The quality of his team's work has been outstanding across every service I hired them for: new flooring, cabinetry, countertops, interior and exterior painting, framing and building new rooms, tile work, and a full shower remodel. I'm truly grateful to have found Lino. I would absolutely recommend him and his team for any renovation needs -- they are skilled, reliable, and capable of handling anything you throw their way.

We hired Lino for replacing existing countertops and painting job. Overall, I would not recommend…read morehim as his lack of experience showed in the quality of his work and his work ethics. He also has aggressive tone when dealing with conflicts. During the process he made the mistake on picking the paint with wrong sheen and tried to push blame on us. He incorrectly chose Satin sheen instead of semi-gloss and never told us even after we showed him what kind of gloss we are looking for. Paint job finish is lower than average; we could see brush strokes, thick lines. He made another mistake to pick up wrong quartz and this resulted in delays. When installing countertops, we agreed on where to put seam and make sure quartz lines should match slightly; he did exactly the opposite. It was horrible. Lines were going totally opposite. We had to fight with him to fix this and again resulted in delays. Anytime you bring up these issues with him, he will use aggressive tone and try to put it on us. Many times during the project, he threatened to leave everything and asked us to find another contractor. It was quite stressful to say the least. So, steer away and find another contractor even if you have to pay more.

Jorge has not responded since September 13th, 2025 (more than 4 months ago), despite my asking him about the painters who didn't show up, asking for the leftover paint so I could do the touch-up myself, and sending photos of the work quality. I do not recommend this company because they don't paint any difficult to get to places that are fully visible, do not care if their paint chips off the walls, and don't follow through on their "2-year paint warranty".
