Great work and price was fair. The job was completed on schedule and the detail was done well

Jeff and his crew are an absolute pleasure. I called to get a quote for having the interior of our house painted to get it listed for sale. Right off the bat he saved us a ton of money by informing us it wasn't necessary to paint the whole house, just the parts that needed it. I appreciated that honesty. The place looks incredible. Great quality, great guys, and great value. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. read more

After receiving a few quotes from competitors, we decided to go with Seattle Skyline who offered the best combination of expertise, pricing, and speed for our new home in Black Diamond. Tyler, Jeff, and the team did an amazing job! I appreciate how meticulous everyone was and they went above and beyond to help us note the mistakes that the builder's painters left (helpful for our new home warranty claims) before their team got started. Was quoted 5-6 days and they finished just over 6 days which is great. We weren't able to be at the home for several days but according to our friends and realtor who stopped by during the week and weekend, they did a great job of locking up and helping us feel secure. Very pleased! Highly recommend. read more

Local small business owners Jeff and Tyler lead by example with their professional, friendly, attentiveness. Nothing beats small local business with fabulous service. In addition, they are certified in lead paint, licensed and bonded (check out on L and I WA), and were the only contractors out of my several bids that brought up lead paint and had testing trips of various areas during their on site assessment As with any contractor, contacting them off season helps with scheduling your painting needs. I chose them for all the areas I have mentioned. Their bid came in in the middle range which includes lead paint attention. Give them a 'go'! read more

Tyler and his crew came in and did a great job painting my rental. The previous renter was chain smoking in there and caused some serious damage at least I thought. They said that they could take care of it as to where you wouldn't even know anyone smoked there before and it's been 3 years and have had no issues at all. They use quality equipment and paint and it has lasted the test of time thus far. I really appreciate his hard honest work! read more

I'm so happy l hired Tyler and his crew to paint the exterior of my old house. Jack, Johnathon and Dimson were here on time every morning. That's almost unheard of. They worked hard and did a perfect job. My house looks like a new home and paint can do wonders to and old house, if done correctly. Thank you Tyler and team for everything you did! read more

Super responsive but mentioned they are not taking projects until 2022. Business should not be accepting quotes if they are not going to be taking them. Update: 8/5/21 Had quite the unpleasant interaction over private message. Put on my block list. read more

Tyler & Jeff, owners of Seattle Skyline Painting, are the most responsible, communicative, & professional service providers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Our poor house, a 2-story w/multiple roof lines & a horrible paint job done in 2014 by a local, unprofessional & unethical paint company who used the wrong product, still tacky & collecting bugs 4 years later, needed miracle workers. When Tyler & Jeff came to do the estimate, they arrived in a white van, marked with their logo & shirts with their names on the front & logo on the back--the real deal. They were 100% honest about the amount of prep work needed to create a smooth surface, but then they had an idea. A few days later, they returned & put the plan in action. IT WORKED! They wanted to make sure they could do a professional job & boy did they ever. Tyler & I communicated via texts & phone calls. I always knew exactly what was going on. They arrived on time & put in a grueling 8-hour day w/their assistant painter Glen who was amazing. Anything we wanted done, they did, always focused on our happiness with the end product. They even went above & beyond, such as putting an overcoat on our worn wood front door at no charge (see photos). I could go on & on, but check out the pics for yourselves. Unfortunately, we have no before pics (except for 2014 right after being painted the first time) because we've been too ashamed of how gross the house looked. Now, we drive down our street, see our beautiful home, & smile proudly. All thanks to Tyler, Jeff, & Glen from Seattle Skyline Painting. read more

Tyler and his crew are top notch. They did a beautiful job painting the interior of our Green Lake home and we're so pleased with the results we've hired them to paint the exterior of another house this summer. Great communication throughout the whole process and a really high quality finished job! Highly recommend. read more

Tyler and Jeff are easy to work with. They say one thing, and they do that with a smile. I had a condo I was helping my buddy sell and I was on a tight schedule. Tyler and Jeff showed up for the estimate and took pictures, and really inspected the place to make sure they knew what they were getting into. I have 14 foot ceilings, crazy closets (14 feet), and cracks and picture holes everywhere.....Not anymore. 1. On time. 2. On budget (competitive with anyone out there. I am middle aged and cheap...and these guys were more than fair) 3. They don't take smoke breaks all day. They don't smoke(I always smell my contractors for smokey smells...don't like it in my house) 4. Hey, I am a computer guy, i have no taste. These guys gave me options with paint tones. 5. I am not a christian, but if Jesus was a painter, he would hang out with these guys. I don't tip anyone. But these guys? I tipped because they treated my friend's house like their own. Happy holidays to me, my buddy, and to Tyler/Jeff. Good humans. Stop looking. Call them if you respect yourself, your home, or Jesus. Sam Kim read more

The owner Tyler was great at communication! Showing up at the exact times he said he would and texting if he was going to be just 5 minutes later. He was professional and friendly as were his workers Glenn and Allan. Everything was left spotlessly clean when they were finished. They did a great job painting my house and went over and beyond what they said. I really enjoyed meeting them and highly recommend them to help you with your painting jobs. Thanks again, Tyler read more

We hired Seattle Skyline to remove our popcorn ceiling and paint several rooms in our new home. After receiving a few quotes, we went with Seattle Skyline because of their expertise and their detailed explanation the process. Though the popcorn ceiling removal was not cheap or pleasant to live around while the work is completed, they made it as easy as possible. They gave accurate estimates and regular updates. In the end, everything looked great - from the texture to the paint to the clean-up. On top of that, the entire team was friendly and professional. Highly recommend! read more

We recently had our whole house painted and I can't recommend this company enough. As a professional scenic artist, who owned my own company painting faux finishes and murals I am super picky about the details. I understand the work that goes into prepping, masking and painting especially the detail work. I was impressed with their dedication to each step of the process, and the end results were great. I've gotten several texts from neighbors about how great it looks. Jeff and Tyler were great to work with, and I love supporting a local Maple Valley business so I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality painter. read more

It has been about two weeks since Tyler, Jeff, and their team have painted almost the entire interior of our ~2500 sq ft home. Everything is looking absolutely fantastic and we can't be happier. They were super easy to work with (responsive, honest, fair, understanding). Tyler and his team even worked with us to exchange some paint which we received in the incorrect finish. We would not hesitate to work with them again in the future. read more

The time I contacted Seattle Skyline Painting was 2021 late July. The owner, Tyler came out for the exterior paint estimate. He was quick to respond and very easy to communicate. Unfortunately they were all booked for the season. I agreed to wait until 2022 but it was worth the wait. Co-owner, Jeff came out for the wash, explained the process and answered all my questions. Their crew was so friendly and worked so hard to make sure everything was what I asked for. It took 5 days to complete and I felt so comfortable having them during those days. Their website shows how legitimate their business is - insured, bonded, license info, payment options and such. I will have another paint project with them and am very looking forward to have them back to make this place beautiful. read more

I'm looking forward to working with Tyler and the team at Seattle Skyline Painting Services. This may be my second review, but that is how wonderful this team is. Jeff and Tyler were great to work with. I had some very specific and out of the ordinary painting practices I wanted to execute with my interior trim package and all though my requests were more geared towards what a cabinet builder and finisher would be familiar with they were 100% on board to listen and adapt to my ideas. Their prices were fair and they started and completed their part on the days they originally gave me at the beginning of the project. read more

Working with the Skyline team was an absolute pleasure. They painted our entire three story townhouse interior and it's beautiful. They had to deal with my husband and I both WFH during COVID. Not only did they help us feel safe due to their masking protocols, they staggered the painting so we could have a bedroom & office space figured out so it was minimal disruption to our ability to take online meetings for the week of painting. I've recommended Skyline to family and friends with no hesitation. read more

We requested a quote from Seattle Skyline to remove popcorn ceilings, patch and paint our living room, dining room, entry way, hallway and four bedrooms. The ceilings in the main living area are vaulted so they weren't the easiest to get to. What we didn't anticipate was that the ceilings tested positive for asbestos, so we had to hire a company who specifically handled that first. We'd also have to completely move out of the upstairs of our house for about two weeks for all the work to be done. We had a few issues with the asbestos removal company so we were very happy when Tyler, Jeff and their crew took over for their part of the work. They patched the ceiling, sprayed texture and painted. It looks great. They showed up when they said they would every day and provided daily updates, which we really appreciated. Tyler also arranged for Woody's Hardwood Flooring to put new wood over a very ugly beam that runs through the middle of our ceiling. They ended up with the wrong materials due to an error by the lumber company and both Woody's Hardwood and Tyler stayed until almost 8pm one night to make sure that part of the project was completed so they could stay on schedule. Woody's did great work as well, and came back a second day after expecting only a half day job. When they were almost done with the ceilings they gave us a great quote to paint all the walls, which we were going to have to do anyway so they did those too. They even cleaned up a bunch of the mess the asbestos crew left, including pulling out hundreds of staples near the top of the vaulted ceilings and in the molding. Their whole crew was great and Tyler stopped by every day to check on things. I'd highly recommend them. read more

I highly recommend Tyler, Jeff, and Glen from Seattle Skyline Painting! They did a PHENOMENAL job on my 1940s craftsman home, and I couldn't be happier. The whole home needed a bit of a refresh before moving in: wainscoting, trim, built ins, closets, ceilings, all needed a coat of paint. There were many holes in the plaster that needed patching, old bookshelves that needed to be removed, trim that needed to be caulked, etc. The project took about four days, and this team worked really hard to make sure it all came together and at a very fair price. I told them I felt like they remodeled my whole house... the difference is incredible. My neighbor even came over yesterday to say she was so impressed with their work ethic that she wrote down their name. They were such a pleasure to work with that I'm not requesting a bid for the exterior. Call them, you won't be disappointed! read more

This is my second time working with Jeff and Tyler and they exceeded expectations. In a word, they are amazing. The scope of work was a 3800 sf house with lots of trim, a large amount of wall holes and some high ceilings in addition to regular walls and bathrooms. The crew was once again meticulous with the work and detail. I noticed the crew being similar to the previous job about a year ago at a different house (see my other review) which I think speaks to their ability to recruit and retain a team of people that you can trust in your home. As I was doing a full reno, I had other trades come through and all commented on how great the paint job was and asking for their name. I honestly can't give them enough praise for their work. If I had another house to paint, I would feel comfortable just handing them the keys and returning when the job is done because they can be trusted with the work without any supervision. Of all the trades I had to deal with they were my favorite not only because of their great work but also due to their clear communication, respect for my home and the tenacity around producing an end product that you will be super happy with. I can't emphasize enough that if you are looking for solid painters, use these guys! You won't be disappointed. read more
