I've worked with Vasyl and his team once before (on a full house interior paint job), so I already knew I was in good hands. They did a better job than I expected was even possible in this bathroom - that had clearly seen decades of terrible paint jobs, and damage from steam, etc. Vasyl informed me of the correct and quality kind of paint to use for this job (I just gave him the color), in addition to pointing out the existing issues (that I hadn't realized). They are professional in a variety of ways, and you can rest assured you're in good hands with Vasyl and his team. I'm just glad I had his number saved from the last job I hired him for. I received constant professional communication (day, night, weekend) when things weren't going well (outside of their control) and what they were doing to resolve. They thoroughly owned resolving each obstacle instead of pushing it back to me to work out. This involved buying different kinds of paint and performing tests -- I even got a video of the test results to illustrate my options. Its obvious that this company cares a great deal about providing 5 star experiences. This week's projects incl. power washing our deck & driveway, a total low-pressure clean up of our composite roof, rinsing the gutters and cleaning the windows and skylights on both stories. Rodrigo showed up (appropriately masked) promptly on both days, was friendly & thorough, worked safely and with care for our landscaping and did a great clean-up (shovels full of moss from the driveway power washing!) after the work was done. They made quick work of it all... but never skimped or took shortcuts. I watched as Leon took pride in the work he did building the decks and replacing the siding. He even showed me how the the decks were built incorrectly before, causing damage to our home, and explained what needed to be done for long-lasting construction going forward. Carlos helped me decide how to pick the trim design for the bay window after they painted the entire house within the few hours I was away at work. I blinked and the gutters were up and looked stunning. The owner Benjamín and general manager Joshua were always checking in and getting involved too. They researched and found that Trex was actually within my budget due to the skyrocketing lumber prices. And they found a paint that looks luxurious and feels like it's protecting my siding for many years to come. To top it off, 4 Seasons Exteriors was budget friendly.
