I called BRD roofing in a state of semi-panic when we sprung a leak and another roofing company quoted me a devastating amount of money to fix it. Dale called me first thing Monday morning. By mid-morning, Dale arrived at my house. He was warm, kind and approachable. He listened to what I had to say about what we needed and realizing I was on my way to work he did the evaluation and left me a handwritten note with his thoughts on the next steps. He also patched a problem area in an attempt to fix it since he was "already up there" and wanted to do what he could. I was blown away (insert WHOOSH sound) by his attention to customer satisfaction and honesty. I am not yet sure if the patch worked (will find out later today) but any work that I need done to fix the problem long-term will be promptly directed to BRD first. Dale was an absolute rock star and was a treat to meet. While I hope I don't need a new roof, I welcome the opportunity to interact with Dale again.
