The price was the best, about 1/4 of what I heard from Phinney Ridge Painting and about 1/2 of most other companies. Most companies treat the estimate process like a sales process; you end up having to schedule time with everyone to just get a rough number. It is an estimate not a bid or exact number. I got my bid right away and the job was started in about a week. The job was finished in about 7 working days, for a 2500 square foot house. Jaime was on site for the project. He allowed me to adjust the paint quality and add on additional projects like trim replacement. He showed up on time every day. He helped me pick up trim from Lowe's. He did help fix a mark I made on the wall after he painted and various holes I wanted patched. I was a bit disappointed on all the paint that got on my floors and everywhere else. It's not a lot of work to clean it up, however I know some people wouldn't tolerate it. It would have been nice to also see more effort put into sanding and prepping some areas. The trim should probably have been sanded, although this was my fault for buying unfinished wood. Additional work like sanding and prepping of course takes time and money. Each painting company charges different amount mostly based on this additional work. The overall paint coverage and results look great. I would recommend this company if you want the best price. I think if Jaime and I communicated better on the above issues, I'd give him 5 stars. read more

I didn't end up liking the color I chose for my bathroom and the additional cost of repainting the bathroom was very fair. I found Jamie on Yelp to paint ceiling of my house that just had its popcorn ceiling removed. The house was vacant and only about 1000 sq ft of ceiling painting. The popcorn ceiling removal damaged some drywall and Jamie did told me that it will not be perfect. I'm not a perfectionist either, I just asked Jamie sand so it will be smooth out as much as possible. Other than that, it was a easy job and I thought any professional painting company can execute it well, I was not expecting a 100% smooth ceiling either. I was on a rather tight schedule with my new rental tenant moving in so I didn't shop around to get more reliable painter (highly regretting now!). I checked on the house after the job is done and to my surprise, 1) droplets of paints all over my hardwood floors, 2) paint smudged on the wall, 3) paint smudged on my ceiling lighting fixtures, 4) primer color clearly bleeding thru in living room (highly doubt two coats was done as promised!). 5) No sign of proper sanding done on area needing repair and "bumps" of drywall sticking out with the paint on it. This result is simply unprofessional and I can say any DIY-er can do a better job. There is simply no prep done. Covering wall and floor is just basic! Any painter will do! Okay, even if they are lazy, they should at least clean it up after! I can't imagine if there are actually furniture in the house. I told Jamie I'm unhappy and he did clean up the floor and fix some paints that was smudged on the wall after I made lot of complains. Even after that, not everything is clean up. He did offer a small discount off the job, and left me with very unprofessional result and caused me lots of stress! If you want a professional painting job done, I will NOT recommend. If you want to save money, just do it yourself, it will be better than hiring Bellevue PRO painting! read more

Beware of this scam if you are looking to paint your interiors for a longer stay. We got the full house painted but there is no quality in the work. The paint on the door started to rip off because they did not clean the surface before painting. They don't clean anything on the trims like dust, hair before painting and just paint over it. Please make sure to buy your own paint as the paint they use is very low quality. They put sticky tape on the new hardwood wood floor all over the surface to prep for painting and that damaged the floor throughout! They roughly pull the ladders over the stairs and flooring on the stair was damaged. The walls have multiple small dents which they promised to fix initially but wasn't taken care of. They spilled paint on the new sink and did not care to clean even after showing them. The painter denied it was done by him! They do not do caulking unless specified multiple times. The paint splashes is all over the floor and has not been cleaned. The wet paint brushes were left over night on the hardwood that also caused the damage to the flooring. I was asked to make a 95 percent payment when they finished all the work and they will come back for any touch up. I was asked to put sticky tape next to the areas that needed fix later. The painter came back and removed all the tape that was put next to walls /trims/railing that needed fix without caring to touch up was l and told the work has been completed. When I showed the areas and asked why it was not fixed the painter just arrogantly walked away from the house without giving any explanation. Very unprofessional! read more
