Excellent service and pricing. We did an exterior paint job, and they were able to start even earlier than planned. They sent photos and were responsive throughout the job. Would definitely hire them again- thank you! read more

I didn't choose them, their price was too high, but their service seemed top-notch, which is not what I needed. At the time, I had done most of the work and just needed some priming in a few small areas, and two coats of paint and that's it. They sold me as if I needed the total package - prep, touch-ups, priming, painting. I found a great other painter that was literally half the price. I gave them 5-star because the guy that came out was nice, and gave their reputation a boost, but at the end of the day, I didn't need full-service. I needed DONE. They should have priced it as-such. Now, their follow-up system won't leave me alone even though the job has been done for a while. read more

I had an outstanding experience with American Classic Painters and couldn't be happier with how my project turned out. I hired them to repaint my main floor and the transformation is simply incredible. My home now feels brighter, more modern, and much more cohesive. Soren handled the initial walkthrough and bid, and I immediately felt comfortable with his professionalism, attention to detail, and straightforward communication. Gabriel managed the project and his crew throughout the job, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The American Classic Painters team was extremely pleasant to work with and completed the project exactly within the timeline they promised. Their prep work was thorough, the lines are clean, and the overall finish quality is excellent. What really stood out was how seamless the entire process felt--clear communication and a final result that exceeded my expectations at a very fair price. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality, professional paint job. read more

The American Classic Painters team did an excellent job painting the interior of our 5 story townhouse. I was impressed how much attention they paid to details, how careful and respectful they were to our house and contents, and the quality of the workmanship. Gabriel was an excellent project manager, making sure our expectations were met and communicated promptly and professionally. I especially appreciated his effort to match colors to existing color palettes and make sure the end results looked fantastic. All the employees I encountered were good natured and hard working. I would most definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others. read more

Update - After my review was posted, the company called me. Their customer service is very good. They very much want their customers to be happy and to appreciate the work they provide. ------------------ Overall - we were very pleased with the communication and with their customer service. They came out quickly to provide a quote, and were able to start the work the next week. Finished quickly. As far as the quality of work - we were a little bummed. They had to come back to do a bunch of touch ups and small repairs. They also got paint on two rugs in our home :( and on a bunch of outlet covers and sockets in the room. Also - just know that they will provide a quote for the work, but the paint is extra, so plan ahead for a few hundred dollars over their quote, plus tax. Overall - would recommend but attention to detail could be improved. read more

Great work by the whole team! Denis honored a base price quote from 12 months earlier and was very communicative about all upgrade charges. Gabriel, our project manager, was polite, thorough & responsive. William, our lead painter, seemed to be well-liked by his crew and did a really nice job. They started early when another job finished up ahead of schedule, and finished our job 2 days ahead of their original plan. How often does that happen? When we did the walkthrough, there were just a handful of tiny spots that needed an extra dab of paint -- really solid work, including on a tricky painted deck surface. They did some carpentry work on our front railing, and did quick, good-looking work there, too. Not the cheapest option for carpentry, but a lot less hassle than contracting that out separately and coordinating the schedule. Good communication, even when we were away over the weekend when they were getting started and missed a couple of calls -- they left clear messages/texts and followed up quickly. I speak some Spanish and the crew mostly spoke Spanish, but William spoke enough English for us to communicate fine, and another painter, and Gabriel and Denis, all spoke fluent English. One crew member cursed pretty prolifically in Spanish, but I think if I had said something he probably would have stopped. Everyone was polite, respectful of the space & my gardens (within reason...a few plants always get trampled, and one pot got broken). Good advice on color selection, too! read more

We had them paint our bathroom and the bedrooms. They were very professional and did a great job. Especially Gabriel and Caesar were easy to communicate and work with. The painting crew, led by Santos, was excellent. Hardworking and detail-oriented. The 3-color paint job turned out excellent using Sherwin-Williams solid stain and Emerald Rain-Refresh white paint for trim. We had alot of plants next to the house and the crew amazingly worked around them without destroying them. Highly recommended! read more

We are very satisfied from start to finish working with ACP on our exterior wall paints. Denis, the sales manager, was the most professional and thorough and gave the most competitive quote among other 5 companies we quoted. Denis followed up diligently. We asked for minor changes and additions to the quote and Denis also updated them very promptly on the contract. Project manager Gabriel supervised the 4 day long project, handling the communications very well. He made sure all questions and requests we have are properly addressed by the team. We wanted more water resistance. He recommended us to go with low luster instead satin which turned out to be the absolute right decision. William, the head painter, and his team, did an overall great job, made sure small imperfections we spotted were done right before they left. We were very happy on the final result. The house looked like new after the work. read more

We just finished a complete exterior house painting project and are highly pleased with the results. Denis, the sales manager was easy to work with and professional start to finish. We did multiple bids and American Classic charged reasonably. We had a great experience with the crew assigned to us, led by Santos. Santos and his team were pleasant to have around. They dealt with some difficult hard-to-reach third story portions of the house safely. Most importantly, Santos was focused on making us happy, consistently responding when we asked for changes and retouches. Finally, the work started on the agreed date and ended in the planned amount of time. No complaints! read more

American Classic Painters exceeded my expectations. I had them paint the interior of my new condo. They were organized, thorough, and paid close attention to detail. William, the lead painter arrived on time each day, protected all surfaces carefully, and completed the job on schedule. He even worked late into the night to complete the job as I was leaving town the next day. The final results look fantastic -- smooth lines, clean edges, and a flawless finish. Gabriel the project manager was awesome to work with and very courteous and always kept me updated on the progress of the job. I'm extremely pleased with their work and would definitely hire them again. read more

I've worked with American Classic Painters twice now and can ensure the quality of the paint job. In my last place, I'd even get asked if the walls were professionally done because they look so seamless. This most recent job ended up being under a time crunch, and I appreciated Nick and Denis doing what they could to squeeze me in and get everything scheduled for before I moved in. Gabriel was the project manager for my job and was incredibly kind and patient with me as I asked a bunch of questions and deliberated over what I wanted done. And I feel so bad I never got/don't remember the painters names because they were fantastic. Incredibly efficient and great at answering any questions I had with Gabriel occasionally translating. After everything was done, you would never know that my place is old. It looks freshly minted. read more

EDIT: Updating to 5 stars as the owner Nick reached out to me immediately as the review was posted and offered his support and consideration to make this right. I truly appreciate the efforts from Nick to address our concerns, he went out of his way to help us with another job and ensured that everything went smoothly. With this experience, I would highly recommend Nick and his team and am already thinking about projects that I would love for them to help us execute. ORIGINAL: The person who painted our house could have been more meticulous. Several spots were left out and I had to ask them to address these. They pressure washed the entire house without first doing a paint color match despite having agreed that we want the same color. They later relied on us to do the research on what color is closest to the house's previous color. I think I could have just hired the subcontractor who did the job and not paid the $3000 mark-up they charge for attending a phone call and sending me an email quote. read more

Reasonable price. Very hard workers. Excellent quality. We are very happy with how our house looks.

FYI : If your home is in need of painting, we would highly recommend American Classic Painters out of Issaquah. Carlos and his crew did an outstanding job on our home. Did a great job painting our 2 story house (3 stories in the driveway), wood fence on 3 side of our lot, wrought iron fence in the front and an indoor room. Quality was great for almost 1/2 the price of another bidder. The wood fence was tough for them as plants were very close. They protected the plants and still stained the whole fence. read more

Definite recommendation. The crew was meticulous end to end and did a fantastic job painting our house. American Classic Painters really did a great job on the exterior of our home. Very professional, responsive, and attentive. Denis was great to work with and the whole crew did a fantastic job! We also had to have them come back to do some additional work to paint areas exposed after replacing some wood and gutters, and they were able to schedule the time and get the job done well. I strongly recommend Nick and his crew! Nick has excellent artistic insights, attention to detail and strives for complete customer satisfaction. He always returns your calls and answer to your questions! The price he charges is a good deal for the result you get. He's also very patient and if anything wasn't perfect or needs touch-ups, he will come back even after payment was received. My house sold well above the asking price, and American Classic Painters' outstanding job was partially responsible for that result. read more

I was very grateful to work with American Classic Painters, specifically with Denis and Bataa, on a variety of house projects we'd had on our list for years (drywalling, baseboard painting, wall paint matching and painting). They were very communicative, kept things on time and on budget and we were very happy with the results. I'd definitely recommend this team for your home painting needs! read more

They did a nice job. They kept a clean job site. On time and finished the job in two days.

Look no further for reliable, reputable, responsive, excellent painters! ACP was referred to me by my sister, who hired them for not one, but 3 of her properties. Seeing their excellent work 1st hand, I knew who to call for our painting needs. I had my ceilings painted, the stairwell, 2 bedrooms, an accent wall, all exterior of my home, and my deck and fence stained. And get this, one guy named Bata (a painting machine) did the whole thing by himself within one weeks time. Impressive! The price I felt comfortable with because I witnessed their work at my sisters homes, and Nick was very patient with me until I had the funds ready to start the projects. The last time I had my home painted, I went with the cheapest quote and had 2 different color blues on the front of my house vs the back. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, perfect straight lines, beautiful and professional painting for sure. read more

American Classic did a great job on our whole house exterior as we were getting ready to sell it. They stayed on schedule and paid attention to detail. I tried to setup a paint job with this company and we went back and forth a lot but finally their pricing was higher than any other painter I spoke with. Be sure to get multiple quotes before you go ahead. Update: a day after I gave this review the owner called me to threaten me to take the review down. They said they will do a legal case and ask for money if do not. Please do not give business to such folks. Again: this business is just harassing me at this point. I request Yelp to take down their listing so that others like me are not given a hard time. read more

American Classic did a great job repainting our trim! We tried to do the job ourselves and realized quickly we needed help before the rain came. Pros 1) Beautiful and thorough paint job 2) Completed on time Cons 1) The resulting color of the house was not what I had hoped for 2) Lack of transparency (e.g., tax not included in estimate, avoiding the direct truth when inconvenient, telling my contractor "she keeps changing her mind about the date she wants the job done" to justify parts of the paint washing away since they painted on a rainy week. I have known the exact date I wanted the work done by for 18 months. And I gave them months of leeway to chose a more ideal week). 3) When trying to resolve a disagreement, Nick raised his voice and talked over me. This was a first when dealing with a professional company and quite shocking. I had a bad experience with Nick, although ultimately the house is beautifully painted. read more

I had 8 bids done for the exterior painting of my house and I chose America Classic Painters. I am glad I did! Their estimate was not the lowest, but was very competitive. They didn't require any payment upfront, and I only had to pay when the job was completed. They did an impeccable job, started when they said they would, ended when they said they would, worked hard, charged me exactly what was estimated and they were very professional before, during and after the job was done.
