It was abundantly clear from the start that Yuri was highly knowledgeable about painting our condo / cabinets and we are so incredibly impressed with Yuri's commitment to perfection! In several areas, he took above and beyond steps to correct poor quality work of another contractor. His team moved as swiftly as possible, were highly responsive in communications and tackled this project beautifully. I have already highly recommended Yuri for other painting projects, and all have been highly pleased with their experience. I am adding this 5 Star Review to his already perfect and well-deserving track record. So thankful we chose Yuri! read more

I reached out to INDEC when I first moved to the Seattle area. I wanted to get our house painted before all of our belongings arrived from the moving company. INDEC was direct, understood my requirements & schedule, and had the high quality of execution I wanted. Throughout the painting process, Yuri was very responsive. The quality of work was fantastic. No messes, very professional, met my schedule, and the execution of the painting on the interior was great. He did the best repair work to damaged doors, used quality primers & paints and ensured I was satisfied. Highly recommend INDEC to anyone considering repainting their place. read more

So happy we went with Yuri and Indec Company. Not many reviews of the business on Yelp yet but here are some takeways from our exterior paint job with Yuri and his team. 1) Yuri is very responsive and will make the time to chat. We had a lot of questions prior to putting a contract in place and he answered every question in detail. He was very open with communication the entire way. 2) Yuri's team is very detailed. After applying a first coat, they will examine and determine if a second / third coat is necessary. After the job - his team allowed us to do a final inspection and would touch up as needed. Yuri would than do another quality inspection himself to ensure that it meets his standards. I truly felt that Yuri cared about the job, customer satisfaction, and his teams reputation of "no compromises". 3) Yuri provided his professional input. He didn't try to sell us anything extra. With the paint selection - he asked us if we planned on painting to sell or painting to live. We aren't planning on moving so we selected a higher quality / premium Paint from Sherman Williams (Duration and Emerald). Our house has held the same color for 20+ years and Indec really gave it a refresh. My parents love the outcome and are really happy with Indecs work. I asked my dad for input as well as I write this review and two words that came up over and over again were "customer service" and "quality". We would highly recommend Yuri and his team if you need exterior painting done. read more

I have had Indec do quite a few jobs over the past five years: (1) painting a room (2) putting new siding on a chimney while also painting the siding. (3) Painting wicker furniture (4) Painting the fascia of a house (5) Painting the exterior of two houses (6) Replacing the exterior boards of a deck and staining the deck. Their cut lines are sharp and the paint is beautifully applied. The quality of their woodwork is also fantastic. All jobs are done to a very high quality and for a reasonable price. Yuri makes sure that each job is done according to his exacting standards. read more

INDEC Company - Our house, post-paint - Painters Near Me

Thorough and thoughtful experience. During the holidays we ridiculously decided to renovate. They made sure to walk us through the purchasing of the wallpaper and ensured we had the right amount and time. Well, during the cold-snap, our heater went out... They were able to formulate a solution at no cost to us and finish the job. I would whole heartedly recommend INDEC to anyone looking for quality contracting and wallpaper work. read more

Indec has a fantastic wallpaperist named Valentine, highly recommend him. I had him do my bedroom last year, and this year asked him to come back to do more wallpaper for my living room and entryway. I adore his work and careful eyes on detail! read more

Owner Yuri was convincing in the quality of the work that he promised and was written into the contract. He didn't do the work, however (a crew of two did, with another supervisor) and only showed up when problems arose. The quality of the painting on our 1936 house appeared good. But it seems the two guys who actually did the work may have been a hurry to move on because they left trash bags on the property that I had to ask to be removed. Worse was that I found more trash (wood from some repairs and lots of blue tape) thrown over our fence and into our shrubs that I picked up myself and added to the trash bags left behind. There were bits of spilled paint on the deck, as though drop cloths to protect from spills weren't used. I had to ask that they return to clean them. An area of the dark gray fence has white paint speckles all over it from spray painting the white railing above the fence. I'll wait until warmer weather arrives to paint over the speckles but a good painter wouldn't allow this! All in all, the paint job was good, just some basic details that we had to ask the company owner to have his crew return to fix. They did. read more

I had a very positive experience working with Yuri and Valentine. Yuri was a great communicator, responding to my questions quickly and providing me with information when needed. He gave us a quote when I sent him a description of what we were looking to have done. Valentine completed the work within a few days, painting and wallpapering the walls for our nursery. Everything looks great and I am so happy with the completed room, highly recommend! read more

I've hired Indec for painting projects on a few occasions - Yuri never disappoints - he is very focused on detail, always weighs in with great recommendations on colors, style, etc., does super high quality work for a fair price. Indec is the only company I will use for painting and other projects like wall paper, and refinishing surfaces. He and Constantine work very hard to get projects done on time without sacrificing quality. Big plus - they are a pleasure to work with too! read more

Yuri truly cares about the quality of his work, and he will ensure that everything is done correctly. We had a small issue with paint matching and some miscommunication with his laborers, and Yuri made sure it was done right and everything was fixed, even after I had already paid him in full. Most contractors wouldn't bother once they had their check in hand, but not Yuri. He is honest, straightforward and provides great value. He told me he is expanding into general contracting, and I am planning on hiring him again. read more

I hired Yuri for an exterior paint job of two adjoining townhomes owned by myself and a neighbor. I compared a few quotes before starting and his price was the lowest. I was originally worried this project would be a headache because it's a three story townhouse in cramped corners, pay needed to be split across owners, some paint colors needed to be matched, etc. However the company took care of everything and made it very straight forward for us. Throughout the process Yuri was communicative and showed attention to detail. I had the impression they actually cared about doing a good job. For example, his team removed and replaced the gutters to paint them, which allowed us to keep the original color. Other companies I spoke with weren't willing to do this despite asking a higher price. Overall I'm really happy and definitely recommend hiring them! read more

Yuri did an amazing job on our new wall & fireplace. The old owners did not leave us the interior paint to match and Yuri went above and beyond tracking down the color so that we would get it right the first time. I HIGHLY recommend Yuri and the Indec company for people looking for the highest quality of both service and expertise. We will be using them again in the future I'm sure. read more

My seattle condo needed a fast paint job with a custom color. Yuri and his team gave a next day estimate for the job and were able to start almost immediately. They handled sourcing the paint, made sure I understood the best design options for a room that had been poorly painted, and even refreshed my closets, all for a very reasonable price. They kept the rooms immaculate and treated the property with respect, leaving everything in pristine condition. I will use them for all painting and wallpaper work needed in the future. read more

Yuri did a wonderful job with my interior window trim. The output of his work was extremely meticulous, and he problem solved around the global supply chain shortage to ensure that the project completed on time. Moreover, he went the extra mile to explain tradeoffs and make recommendations for future painting projects that I had in mind. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. read more

This company was quick to respond, gave me the lowest bid and did a fabulous paint job. I would hire them again

Let's start by saying I got quotes from 7 or 8 companies on my exterior paint project, Indec is one of the final two. Yuri is quick to respond, and after meeting with him during the free estimate walk thru I decided to go with Indec because they offered one tier higher of material and reasonable price. The crew was easy to talk to, they were happy to redo the part that was different from my expectation, so make sure you tell the crew exactly what you want. They did a great job, thank you Yuri. read more

Did a beautiful job! We hired this company to repaint our house. We verified license and bonding info at the Washington State Labor & Industries website and found all to be up-to-date and in good order. Very reasonable price. The preparation and painting were all performed by the owner, Yuri Vargot. He was extremely attentive about detail and helpful in offering suggestions to improve the results. He was very good about cleaning up afterwards. He always wore a mask when talking with us. We are immensely pleased about how the job turned out and will not hesitate to hire him in the future. read more
