A++ Company. Some birds took a serious liking to my wall, drilled a bunch of holes and built nests inside the wall. The situation had gotten so bad that no amount of bird repellent was going to solve the problem. We needed some patch work and fresh coat of paint ASAP. I started inquiring about exterior painters on Yelp, receive 5 bids and Painting Solution Contractors gave me the best price. Antonio and Yulissa were a pleasure to work with. Prompt, friendly and super hard working. Antonio, his brother Alberto and their staff were always on time. They were very meticulous about the prep work. They did not rush and really took the time to finish the job. They were always very patient with my questions and inquiries. They ended up fixing my deck also. I've attached a couple before and after photos and the results speak for itself. Would 100% work with this Company again. Highly recommend! read more

I can't find the words to describe the go to it/ can-do attitude I received from this company. Unexpectedly, I made last minute decision to replace all my gutters, but my newly painted house would reveal more than I intended so I called Yulissa "Lisa" and explained my dilemma. Same freaking day, Antonio shows up and reviews my VERY small but important touch up job. Yes, we can...the actual price I will not share out of discretion but it was very low probably because they had just painted my house. I agreed and in the next 2 hours all my former gutter area were repainted and are awaiting new gutters. I even had a splash of paint added above my garage eve. Lisa, Antonio and his crew are total professionals who want my business---and deserve future patronage. Thank you Ted read more

Antonio and his guys did a great job painting the interior of our home. Very reasonable with their pricing. They were meticulous in masking everything up before beginning the job and cleaned up well after too. They even helped us rearrange the furniture to our liking. Very respectfully and did more than what we negotiated just so the home looks perfect. Highly recommend them. read more

I saw Antonio (owner) working on a neighbor's house and asked for his help. Antonio and his coworkers assessed the job, worked with us in assessing what needed to be done, and completed the project quickly and efficiently with professionalism and integrity. Their work is top notch and they were friendly and easy to work with! read more

We feel very lucky that we found Antonio/Yulissa for our exterior home painting project. They seemed like the perfect fit in terms of not being a huge company for which you sometimes lose the personal touch and care, but having enough reviews with a very high rating. I hope they continue to maintain the same values in the future, so we can hire them again when we need painting. - Very quick to respond and actually come out to physically give an estimate - Price was great, and got estimates for various options, like going with SW Emerald paint vs SuperPaint - Worked hard and finished the job quickly but completely and with high quality - I'll be honest that Antonio does not speak great English. This was not an issue for me, and if you do need to you - can always speak with Yulissa who is also great. - Very polite and friendly crew -- they surround themselves with workers that are like themselves. read more

Antonio and Yulissa were responsive with communication and prompt with all appointments. Courteous and committed to their work and to the company. Antonio completed my project easily and effectively. He taped the surrounding surfaces very well, and cleaned up and hauled away materials very professionally. I will be using this company again! read more

I got several bids to paint my apartment. I heard a lot of whining about how hard it would be because the trim paint was so old (my building was built in 1938, who knows when that trim was last painted). When I met Antonio and Carlos I felt really optimistic and confident that they could tackle it. And it was really difficult work. Antonio and his crew finished the job in three days. They are obviously very skilled because the result is beautiful. I could not be happier. I enjoyed communicating with Yulissa who was so gracious and helpful. Do yourself a favor and hire these wonderful people. read more

We had a wonderful experience working with Antonio, Yulissa, and Carlos to stain our new cedar fence. Yulissa was incredibly responsive to our questions and made scheduling an estimate easy. Their quote was very reasonable, and we were able to get on their schedule within about a week. Antonio helped us pick a color by showing us some samples and talking us through some options. They were very flexible throughout the process. They also use top-of-the-line red label Penofin products, which we were glad to see. Antonio and Carlos were diligent about taping/wrapping before they started their work and keeping the area clean. They even found a small piece of fence that had broken off, and nailed it back in place before staining it for us! We also loved the chance to practice our espanol. We would love to work with PSC again on a future project and we highly recommend them. read more

As an update, after some back and forth they did end up refunding us a significant portion of the cost of the deck staining, so I increased the star rating to 3. While the refund definitely helped, it did not change the fact that they essentially damaged our deck, leading to me having to spend many hours working on it to fix it. read more

Fast and well priced. Responder immediately and did the job the same day. My windows look excellent! Highly recommended. read more

Thhey we're very responsive and offered a very competitive, low price for the project I needed done. Antonio did an incredible job, which took an hour and a half. He was very kind, professional, and showed me the completed wall and allowed me to double check their work. Five stars all the way! Everything about working with Yulissa and Antonio was fantastic -- excellent client service, Antonio and team did a *great* work, and they were very efficient and fairly priced. Highly recommend. Quoting/Bids: I received 3 bids to paint a few rooms and a master bathroom in my condo. Antonio and Yulissa were the most responsive, on-time for the bid, gave me an immediate estimate and answered my questions/gave me some input and then followed up that evening promptly with a written quote. They were fairly priced. The work: Antonio did an amazing job. He transformed the space. He primed the walls and did 3 coats of a paint of my choosing. He even was flexible enough to wait while we did a few extra sample shades. Every detail was attended too - the old paint was completely covered and attention paid to creating clean lines. I am so, so thrilled with their craftsmanship. Customer service: Antonio and Yulissa were so helpful, responsive, and worked with me around scheduling and paint selection. I would hire them in a heartbeat for any additional painting needs. I am so glad I came across them and they were available. They transformed my space! Thank you Yulissa and Antonio! read more

Antonio did an amazing job painting my downstairs basement walls and ceiling. They even took the time to paint parts of the house and basement that were not included in the initial quote. Very professional, I highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I had the good fortune to work with Yulissa and Antonio on a recent interior painting project. They were responsive, and communicative, and did an excellent job for a fair price. I really enjoyed working with them and hope to have the opportunity to hire them again soon! read more

I highly recommend them! We had special request for our interior painting project that we wanted to seperate baseboard painting with the rest of the house because we were about to start the flooring project which will likely damage baseboards. They agreed and waited patiently for three month until our flooring project finished. They came back and fixed all the damages flooring guy did to the walls, trims and doors perfectly. Very detailed and organized people. If you want high quality painting work to be delivered on time with a reasonable price, it won't go wrong to work with them! I will hire them to do my house exterior painting work this summer for sure. read more

Bid was reasonable and work was excellent. We had half of our house interior painted and will contact them when we do the other half.

Yulissa and Antonio were extremely customer obsessive and their attention to detail & professionalism showed in their work. We were in a hurry to put the house on the market and the team was very flexible. Absolutely awesome people. You will not be disappointed!!! read more

Quick and perfect job with reasonable price. We got our living room and dining room done in one day.

Highly recommend Painting Solution Contractors! We needed our HVAC line cover painted to match our exterior house colors. We tried to paint it ourselves, but it looked pretty patchy and we live in a 3 story townhouse so it was tricky to paint. I reached out about the project via Yelp, and Yulissa responded within 15 minutes. Antonio came out to our house that same day and gave me a very reasonable quote. He came back yesterday to paint, and we are so happy with the result! It looks perfect, and Antonio was efficient and professional. We will definitely reach out to them again for any future painting needs! read more

On time, great job, good price. Thank you so much! Antonio was great, and finished the project in one day. Much appreciated...

We had our house painted in 4 days. Painters are professional, courteous, thorough, and high quality. Starting from power washing and caulking, all the way to prime and painting, they were attentive in details. They also gave good advice when it came to fine details of trim work. read more

Antonio and his brother completed what we thought would be a 3 day paint job in only a day in a half. They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and extremely meticulous in their preparation. They painted a basement studio i have in a rental property and i will have them back to paint additional rooms as I have tenant turnover. They even helped carryout a large piece of furniture as a bonus! Thanks guys, i look forward to working with you again! read more

I'd highly recommend Painting Solution Contractors and would absolutely hire them again. They did my exterior deck and interior rooms, all delivered on time. There's no major issue after the job is done. They are easy to communicate too. Hope this helps! read more

Good hardworking folks with attention to details... reasonable pricing and timely completion.

We hired Painting Solutions to paint the exterior of our home last summer, and could not be any happier with the company. They did an amazing job! We were more than pleased with the quality and quickness of their work, the clean-up, and their competitive pricing. Antonio and Yulissa and the crew were such a pleasure: professional, efficient, responsive, careful and thorough. Nine months later, I am still delighted to pull into my driveway. Our house looks great! We can't recommend them highly enough! read more

We recently purchased a house in Issaquah and built a fence (unfinished). I originally met with Yulissa and Antonio to get a quote on just painting the exterior of the house but they did such a great job I asked if they would be able to stain my fence as well! They are incredibly detail oriented, communicative, punctual and kind. They pressure washed the house and fence and were able to paint both incredibly fast before any rain. I have recommended them to many people since! If you're looking for reliable painters I promise you will not be disappointed hiring them. read more

Five stars all the way for Painting Solution Contractors. Antonio and his team did a fantastic job on the interior of my home. They were friendly, very hard working and finished the work early. They applied two coats to all the surfaces and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The attention to detail and professionalism really showed in the quality of their work. I also received the best price from the three quotes I received. They will definitely be my first choice for additional painting projects in the future. Highly recommended. read more

I posted my request on Yelp at 7:30PM, and Yulissa responded to my query in less than a minute and offered to send over her painters the next day. In hindsight, I'd say that had I posted my request in the morning, they probably would have come in the early afternoon that same day! Yulissa also gave me a bunch of timeslots (weekdays AND weekends) to choose from, an exhaustive list of work her painters would do, and a $370 quote--a less than a third of the minimum that other contractors were asking! The painters came with the exact exterior color I wanted. They were very friendly, quick and no-nonsense, and their craftsmanship was absolutely impeccable! I am very impressed, and I'll be delighted to work with this company again. read more

I moved in to a new apartment and didn't care for the paint color. I decided to have the apartment repainted before my furniture arrived, which I felt would be easier to do. I contacted several companies to get estimates and find out their availability. Painting Solutions responded quickly and came in person to give an estimate. Their estimate was reasonable and their availability fit my needs! They repainted my entire apartment with a semi-gloss trim and a flat wall paint. They were quick, thorough, and extremely good at their job! They finished my one bedroom apartment with two coats of paint in two days and I am very pleased with the results! They cleaned up all of their materials and left my apartment ready to move in. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for paint! read more
