I got several bids to paint my apartment. I heard a lot of whining about how hard it would be because the trim paint was so old (my building was built in 1938, who knows when that trim was last painted). We had a wonderful experience working with Antonio, Yulissa, and Carlos to stain our new cedar fence. Yulissa was incredibly responsive to our questions and made scheduling an estimate easy. I posted my request on Yelp at 7:30PM, and Yulissa responded to my query in less than a minute and offered to send over her painters the next day. In hindsight, I'd say that had I posted my request in the morning, they probably would have come in the early afternoon that same day! Yulissa also gave me a bunch of timeslots (weekdays AND weekends) to choose from, an exhaustive list of work her painters would do, and a $370 quote--a less than a third of the minimum that other contractors were asking!
