Sullivan painting company came and painted our house early this summer. Two of their men came out,…read moreBrian and Abraham, who I would definitely recommend and I would feel comfortable with them painting our house again in the future or my friend's and family's homes. They were courteous and early birds (on time, or one day came earlier than expected which I was happy about so I didn't have to wait long that day for them to come by). They came on a Thursday or Friday and pressure washed our two story house in a few hours, and came back to update all the caulking and paint. It only took them two days to paint the exterior: base, trim, and accent. They laid down material to keep paint from getting on the ground and windows and cleaned up their mess when they were done. They even painted our deck: pressure washed, sanded, hammered down nails, and even created a rough service in the paint to help prevent slippage I'm guessing for when it's icy or wet. They taped off all windows while painting also. The men were respectful of our time and space, as the contract states they need a restroom in use to them during the job. But they still rang the door bell each time until I let them know it was OK to just come in when needed. And they informed us when they left for lunch or were leaving for the day. Where they went above and beyond, outside of their scope of practice, but did it to create a completed project and great looking home, were they pressure washed the front side walk, garage door, and the kindest thing Brian did was pulled out an arm's length of lint out of our second story dryer vent! (We never checked it as we just moved and don't have a ladder). Gross but so helpful. That was completely extra and if he's reading this review, I want to thank him, as the new dryer I bought works ten times faster!! :) All in all, these guys would be trustworthy in residential or commercial jobs. They were referred to us by my father-in-law and I know he worked with them in a commercial job and told me how fantastic the job was there also. Search no more for a respectful, detail oriented, efficient paint company!! Our house is the best looking on the block now, thanks to Sullivan painting services!

After receiving estimates from six other painters, I decided to go with Javier since he was straight forward and he did not nickel and dime me for every door to be painted and other extra services. FREELAND PAINTING even resanded the ceiling of my porch and applied clear coat, and fixed rotting areas of my shed and window sills; they turned out amazing. I am a very picky customer and FREELAND PAINTING exceeded my expectations and my wife and I are extremely happy. We will be asking them back to repair the hot tub gazebo and paint it to match the house as well restain our fence. I will say that communication is key. If there is something that you do not like or if there is something specific that you would like done, all you have to do is talk to Javier and he will make sure it is done to your satisfaction. As I said, I am VERY picky and he passed everything that I threw at him and he did it with a smile on his face. I was at work while they painted . Left my front door wide open , I am very close to street .Anyone could have walked in and robbed me . After they got done I decided to get 4 small bedrooms painted and the price was outrageous, $ 500.00 each room . Got paint on carpet , dresser scratched which they denied . I had to call him several times after that to touch up areas and some places Javier said that he can't do nothing . Looks terrible . I had other painters before and did great job . Should have gone with another Comp. they would have steamed of wall paper and did a better job . Very disappointed and it was lots of money . Would have been nice if he would have reimbursed me some money for the 4 small bedrooms. No one I got an estimate would have charged me this much for the bedrooms .
