Seattle Suds responded to my request for a quote same day and we were able to schedule a visit so I could walk them through the work to build out the quote. While here they explained their process and talked specifically around the considerations they would make for different materials- especially the fence and lattice as older materials can't always take the full force of water. They also washed the easement on the side of the house careful to note that asphalt has a coating and they would treat that carefully as to not compromise the asphalt. The quote was super helpful as it broke down different aspects of the job so I could understand where the costs went up or down. They were able to schedule us quickly as we had our own deadline to get the work done. Our patio has seen 15+ years of Seattle weather and while the original fence has maybe a couple years left in it Seattle Suds work was remarkable in its results. Work was done in a morning. They made themselves available for a last check in before they got started and when done walked the work with us. I cannot believe what an incredible job they did on cleaning our roof and gutters! We are underneath many large trees and the roof was full of pine needles and small branches. The gutters were jammed with a few years of needles, branches and pinecones. Salmon Bay came out and literally made our roof and gutters shine like new! The previous owner had LARGE gutters installed and a metal roof on all buildings. We truly needed the work done and I trusted the family friend that Quick and Clear would do a good job. BUT HOLY COW!! They did an EXCELLENT JOB. One guy, all day. He blow everything off the roofs and cleaned the gutters BY HAND, then checked the downspouts to make sure they were clean too. AND THEN CLEANED UP ANY debris around my house and buildings. The area around my house, sidewalks, flower beds, everything looked better than when he arrived. I had him put the debris and yard waste in my large yard waste container and showed him the other "extra" containers we had. He filled them ALL UP. Not only was this a great service but a peace of mind to know that my gutters are not full and overflowing all over the place. BIG MISTAKE NO JUST NO. A case of windex and 14 rolls of paper towels ( because who gets a newspaper anymore?) Seriously, I can't believe that there are people who clean windows without streaks. Not one streak. They did the insides and outside of the house and the difference is INSANE. My parents and the new tenant couldn't believe it , because the tenant thought I painted the walls between her seeing the house and picking up the keys. Pluses- On time, really quick with getting back to me and they are super friendly!!!. I haven't seen many young people work that hard and be in a good mood about it. We had another company do our windows a couple of years ago and though they were ok, it was the usual method. Also they pulled a screen out of it's frame. But this year again we had PowerTwin do all of our windows and screens. In addition to the usual on the inside of the windows, they use a special super filtered water to rinse the exterior of the windows. We felt the windows stayed cleaner longer as there was absolutely no residue left. My very picky wife said the windows look beautiful. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.
