Initially, we were given an estimated project timeline of 2 weeks but the work was finished in 5 days--setup on Monday and touchups on Friday. They moved all the furniture and other items away from the buildings and moved them back into place as well. I received constant professional communication (day, night, weekend) when things weren't going well (outside of their control) and what they were doing to resolve. They thoroughly owned resolving each obstacle instead of pushing it back to me to work out. This involved buying different kinds of paint and performing tests -- I even got a video of the test results to illustrate my options. Its obvious that this company cares a great deal about providing 5 star experiences.
