The owner (Charlie), was very responsive on his communications, and follow through to us and his painting crew (Chris and Macario). He listened to our needs and concerns to make sure they were all addressed in the work statement. The bid was reasonable (not too low, not too high), compared to others we had. The entire job took 6 days and the crew was on time, conscientious and friendly. They did a great job making our house look new and beautiful again. They made sure they fixed any minor areas that needed touchup after painting, and made sure all items (blinds, washer/dryer, etc.) were put back, removed all the debris and cleaned up after the work was done. I have used the Home Team for my last time. We had our roof and gutters cleaned. So many tiles…read morewere knocked of my roof by the pressure sprayer - I worry now about a roof leak. I sent photos of the pieces of tile to the company. (These many pieces were what was left in my yard AFTER the cleaner cleaned up. I'd hate to see how much of my roof he picked up before in found out.) The company simply went on the defense - saying stupid stuff like that's what happens with a new roof. WHAT?! Our roof is not new - and it has been cleaned before without so much damaged done. Do not have your roof cleaned by this company.
