Their bid was competitive and I had a good deal of faith in their ability to provide a great experience given what I'd read in other reviews. Vlad and his team ended up having to work through a multitude of challenges in order to deliver the end result that we enjoyed. I received constant professional communication (day, night, weekend) when things weren't going well (outside of their control) and what they were doing to resolve. They thoroughly owned resolving each obstacle instead of pushing it back to me to work out. This involved buying different kinds of paint and performing tests -- I even got a video of the test results to illustrate my options. Its obvious that this company cares a great deal about providing 5 star experiences. Its that additional amount of work that they did which has me so enthusiastic about referring them to anyone needing painting done (commercial or residential.)

He is refreshing in his positive manner. I hired him to do some exterior paint touch up on areas where the paint has traditionally peeled too soon. He had a solution and explained how it works. Well, the job was bigger than we thought (3 days vs 2) but was Ali not in a hurry to clear out. He even did extra little repairs or cleaning on things that he saw while working. We've hired The Home Team several times for projects the past 4-5 years and did so again this week,…read moretaking advantage of one of their Spring Specials. Booking was easy - send an email detailing the work requested and they send a bid (granted, they've done work for us before so that speeds things up.) This week's projects incl. power washing our deck & driveway, a total low-pressure clean up of our composite roof, rinsing the gutters and cleaning the windows and skylights on both stories. Everything looks great! Rodrigo showed up (appropriately masked) promptly on both days, was friendly & thorough, worked safely and with care for our landscaping and did a great clean-up (shovels full of moss from the driveway power washing!) after the work was done. Home maintenance projects are definitely one of those things where you get what you pay for. Go with a cheap fly-by-night operation and you'll get what you pay for. Or go with a quality shop like Home Team and get the job done right.

I hired Marco to help with updated my very dated bathroom. Originally I was going to try and do…read morethis myself but after researching the process and the mistakes that can be made that hinder the results I decided to hire a professional, and I'm really glad I did. Marco removed the old wallpaper, repaired the drywall where needed and painted the walls and ceiling. The process took about 3 days and after watching the process I know I would have messed this up. When I came time to select a color I have deliberated for weeks before we started and still hadn't landed on one. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Marco is trained in color theory and has lots of experience with how/why/where in selecting and applying the right color. His insight was very helpful to me and the absolutely love the color we selected. It's exactly what I was looking for. He was also receptive and helpful in painting the finishing details around the corners, tiles and mirror. To make a clean finish around the edges he used caulking to finish these details, and while he was at it he when ahead and repaired some of the grout that needed repaired. I really enjoyed working with Marco and I will be hiring him again for some exterior painting this summer. I highly recommend him for your next project!
