While here they explained their process and talked specifically around the considerations they would make for different materials- especially the fence and lattice as older materials can't always take the full force of water. They also washed the easement on the side of the house careful to note that asphalt has a coating and they would treat that carefully as to not compromise the asphalt. The quote was super helpful as it broke down different aspects of the job so I could understand where the costs went up or down. They were able to schedule us quickly as we had our own deadline to get the work done. Our patio has seen 15+ years of Seattle weather and while the original fence has maybe a couple years left in it Seattle Suds work was remarkable in its results. Work was done in a morning. While working inside, the staff took their shoes off and were very quiet and respectful of our home. The pictures provided once a job was finished helped greatly. As a customer having a window cleaning, go ahead and have the frames inside and out cleaned. The dirt accumulated on the frame is worth eliminating up front. So I contacted Eric who did such a great job last Spring cleaning windows and gutters. I contacted Eric via his webform and he responded within an hour. He was able to come immediately. Eric arrived exactly on time and got to work. He cleaned my roof up nicely, cleaned out my gutters and he unclogged the two downspouts. He cleaned up afterwards using water hose and a blower. Until Eric, I. have never known a contractor clean up so well after a job either. He is consistently thorough with his work, and he is a really cool guy.
