In the last 7 days, I've asked them to do two different jobs for me, and they're done with both already - both times Juan (the owner) responded directly, and worked with me to find a quick time to walk through the job. He listed out the work, explained my options and what the result would be, and gave me very fair prices. On both jobs, he did the prep work right then and there, and we scheduled when he could come back to do the finishing. The thing I loved most - Juan followed up to ask how I liked the work, and even offered to come by if I found any issues.

He did the work quickly and efficiently, and was able to work around our schedule. I will definitely call him again when I have any more painting or drywall work to be done.

Fast patch responded almost immediately to the Yelp query, provided a quote that was reasonable, and allowed me to schedule promptly. Vincent arrived on time, was extremely polite, and our cat loved him (ultimate test). The work was more complex than anticipated by I still paid the originally quoted rate, the wall looked perfect afterwards, and the surrounding furniture was kept in pristine condition. Highly recommend and will hire them for any future drywall needs.

Reached out to them for a repair after I cleaned up some moldy MDF baseboards, where the drywall…read moresucked up water coming in under the baseboard. Scope was to replace drywall, paint and texture match, install new PVC baseboards and caulk everything. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work around which was 14 sqft and drywall and 12 linear feet of trim replacement. I keep buckets of paint for all the paint used in the house so matching was easy. The drywall work and paint work was superb, absolutely zero complaints it looks like it never happened. Comparing Fast Patch crew's work to the guys who did the bathroom originally makes the original folk's look like toddlers. Fast Patch made very precise cuts for cutouts and didn't need to slap on mud to fill huge holes. I was very impressed with the attention to detail. I know it sounds small but you'd be surprised... I did ask them to caulk the baseboards to the floor and that didn't go so great. I get there can be some weirdness when caulking across a grout line so I expect imperfections in those areas, but the person left the tape used to square the caulk for over an 1 hour on the floor so when it was removed it ripped the caulk and lifted the seal from the floor and ripped out many tiny sections so the gap still exists. So it will need to be all scraped out and redone to get a good seal. In their defense they are a drywall company so not sure if my complaint is too valid, but it does mean more work for me immediately after the repair. If I need a drywall or paint job in a more isolated place i.e. middle of wall ceiling I would 100% use again.

After going through a few estimates, we decided to move forward with Miguel's Painting…read more We recently got drywall repair which was completed from another company. Unfortunately, the drywall repair wasn't to our liking. We hired Miguel to complete the drywall repair and to paint the ceiling afterwards so it matches. Overall, the painting was 10/10. The repair that Miguel completed was a lot better than before. Prior to finishing up the initial painting, Miguel had agreed to come back if we saw an issue with the drywall after the paint was dry. After pointing out an issue with the drywall to him via text, he agreed that some additional work was needed and was willing to come back to get it done the following Monday. After trying to confirm with him if he was still coming on Monday, he pretty much ghosted me and did not respond to my message. I tried following up 2x but no response. Overall, the painting was 10/10. Would I feel comfortable hiring him again? Probably not. If you see something that you're not 100% satisfiedyou run the risk of being ghosted by Miguel if you asked him to come back.

From start to finish, Henry was prompt, professional, communicative, and very fair with his pricing. I waited to write a review so we could see if we saw any issues and have not. They used Sherwin-Williams paint, and the finished product looks fantastic! Communication throughout the entire project was excellent, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. We highly recommend Henry and his crew to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price. We would absolutely hire them again!

Wise Choice uses a platform for selecting materials and so forth that was great in theory, rather questionable in practice, and our wires got crossed more than a few times. The time issue was simply that the projects took a bit longer than we'd planned. The time problem though was at least partly our fault (changing our minds about design, etc), and that was compounded by suppliers actually sending the wrong product on occasion, so certainly not all a Wise Choice issue. Other than that, they were great to work with, very pleasant people all around, very conscientious (cleaning up work spaces thoroughly every day), and the entire project came in under budget! We will definitely reach out to them again for our next remodel.

They were great to work with throughout the entire process, from architectural and engineering plans, permitting, and the actual construction. The project manager, Sergiy, and foreman, Bogdan, were very honest, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. The project was completed pretty much on budget (with only a couple of unforeseen issues outside of their control) and on time.
