Vlad and his team ended up having to work through a multitude of challenges in order to deliver the end result that we enjoyed. I received constant professional communication (day, night, weekend) when things weren't going well (outside of their control) and what they were doing to resolve. They thoroughly owned resolving each obstacle instead of pushing it back to me to work out. This involved buying different kinds of paint and performing tests -- I even got a video of the test results to illustrate my options. Its obvious that this company cares a great deal about providing 5 star experiences. Its that additional amount of work that they did which has me so enthusiastic about referring them to anyone needing painting done (commercial or residential.)

The work was rushed and done improperly: no surface preparation, wrong materials, painting over spiderwebs, raw wood, and flaking paint, using indoor filler on exterior surfaces, getting wood chips stuck in the paint, overspray left unprotected, and using cheap or interior paint while refusing to show the buckets despite claiming it would be high-quality. He was kind at first, but when we asked about the issues clearly visible in the pictures, hoping for resolution, he said it was his best work and treated us poorly. We remained respectful and professional throughout, though his behavior was unprofessional and upsetting. His response contains inaccurate statements that reflect his behavior, not ours. We have never spoken by phone. I share this to help others make informed decisions and strongly recommend having a detailed written contract.
