Not impressed. Looked up their reviews and literally every review mentioned a different person like the company was some sort of referral service. But during that process I stumbled on reviews for GEHM and what's not to love? I submitted a request for a quote through the website. I received a response more quickly than I expected. Mark had clearly read what I wrote (yippee), had a couple quick questions, and then gave me a quote which seemed reasonable to me. Great communication and I booked it with confidence. Mark did not disappoint. He was prompt, personable and professional. Ok, that's enough alliteration but you get the point. He did a GREAT job cleaning a very nasty second story deck patio roof - better than I expected! I had moved my horse to another pasture to give Mark safe access to the paddock on the side of the barn. OF COURSE on this ONE RANDOM DAY the horse's gate post shifted, the gate opened and the horse walked out, out the paddock gate (which I had left open for Mark) and into the driveway. I will be forever grateful for Mark alerting me to the situation. That horse could've walked down the street to a main thoroughfare resulting in a vehicle accident to someone else which I'm sure would not end well for the horse either. TL/DR: Great job! Smart guy. The crew themselves was flexible with the parking situation (thank you!) and quick with their work, and cleaned up well (I've been surprised I haven't found any nails in the grass in the month since they left). But really the thing that inspired this review is some water was getting behind a fascia board during the recent heavy rains so I took a video and asked them if they could help with that -- they had someone out a couple days later who inspected the situation, determines the roof was missing something that's supposed to stop that, and replaced it the next day. It's still not clear to me if that was actually in the scope of their work but clearly they care about making sure gutters are behaving as expected and if the roof isn't doing its job, then the gutters can't either. I don't get the sense it was an expensive part and I'm sure if it was extensive work they'd either need to refer out or get a change form, but the simplicity of the interaction is something I really appreciate. We have so many things going on in life that it's really nice just to delegate problems and have them taken care of easily and thoughtfully. Keep up the good work team.

I was in need of a gutter replacement on my house (two stories) and Will was very prompt in responding to a request for estimate without even having to visit the site (he did it all from satellite imagery) and was very up front in his communication. Upon arrival of my scheduled job start, he did a walk-around and took note of a few areas which would need some extra/adjusted attention that would not have been possible during the initial estimate; except for the fact I asked him to replace some additional sections not previously requested, the estimate did not change. He also gave his honest opinion of a couple of aspects of the project I had originally asked for, but didn't think would be necessary; rather than try and upsell me, he was very forthcoming with his desire to do right by the customer. He and his partner also offered to treat my roof with moss killer since they would already be up there, at no charge (I paid for the material), which in my opinion, is what a lot of contracting businesses out there are sorely lacking.
