Hopefully my pictures can do some justice, but I will also talk about the remodel from my point of view. House was built in 2007. My wife and I are the only owners. The guest bathroom was one of two remaining areas in the house that have not been remodeled. Kitchen being the other room! I didn't take any pics of the original bathroom, but you can imagine a lot of ugly yellow-ish and white surfaces. The flooring was some single piece yellow vinyl. Not that the house was cheaply made, but the original materials were mostly "meh", with a lot of yellow hues. Anyway, I had a few requirements from DHC on what the new bathroom needed: 1 - More warm colors. 2 - No vinyls or linoleums. Only tiles and wood. 3 - Tub walls needed to be tiles, no plastic. 3 - Prefer black colored trims. Render #1 - Using shower curtains. Render #2 - Using sliding glass doors. We picked #2. Unfortunately, the glass doors are not yet done at the time of this review, so nothing to show yet. If I was to guess, it'd probably end up looking a lot like in the render, but that's pretty much how much we liked the end result. Communication was great, we got offline end-of-day updates just about every day. Every effort was made by the contractors to localize their work and keep things as tidy as possible. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted. The final result looked exactly like in the render, with expected deviations based on adjustments that we made during construction. These guys are the real deal! read more

Over the last 5 years I have used Dream Home Construction to remodel 3 bathrooms, the kitchen and the staircase. Ben and his team were stellar on every project. I absolutely love my home because of their beautiful, high quality workmanship. He will bend over backwards to make that happen regardless of what is requested of him. I feel so lucky to have found him and I know you will too! read more

Dream Home Construction was the best contractor we have ever worked with. From the very start of the job the communication was excellent and we were always able to get a hold of Ben (the owner) within minutes. He was very responsive. He had a excellent crew of workers and they did great quality work and on time. We did a complete home remodel, painting the entire interior, replacing all the cabinets in the house, replacing the flooring throughout, complete master bath and powder room remodel. upgrading all the appliances, redoing the fireplace, and replacing all the lighting in the house. Ben was willing work with us on every detail and was reasonable in his approach. We would highly recommend Dream Home Construction. Avi and his team did such clean QUICK work on our powder room. From primary estimate to final walk through was so professional and comfortable with the DHC team. We had a couple bumps in ordering our hardware through a third party (not DHC) and the team was able to pause the project appropriately to wait for our parts to come in. We look forward to many more projects to update this house to create a clean updated look. No doubts with Avi and his great crew! read more

Dream home did a wonderful job remodeling my master bathroom. Ben and Avi were a pleasure to work with. Freddie and the crew transformed my old 80s master bath into a new modern bathroom with beautiful tiles and an LED mirror. Avi was the project manager for this project, and he was very communicative and friendly, always responding to my text and inquiries very quickly. Couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Now Dream Home is my go to place for any major remodeling projects from here on out and look forward to doing bigger projects with them in the future. read more

I have had the pleasure to work with Dream Home Construction on remodeling my 3 bathrooms. Ben was attentive and did not stop at anything until I am completely satisfied with everything. All of the bathrooms in my house are small, but Ben helped us design them in a way that makes the best use of the space we have. They turned out more beautifully than we ever thought they could be. Most importantly, no surprises, kept the house clean and debris very contained, handled every request immediately (I can honestly say Ben was the most responsive service person I have ever worked with), and finished the job ON TIME!! I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience with the entire team, and I can't wait to invite them over again to remodel my kitchen next year. read more

Dream home construction was just a name for me before we started the project , we had no clue that we would end up building a long time relationship with the company and his owner Ben. I had met Gal for the estimate as it was the very first project of our life it had to be done the right way and Gal made us believe that he and his boss will take care of us. We were remodeling our kitchen it was quite dated , the project started out well David did a good job with demo and framing, then came the electricians Jorge, Edison, Alex, Erick, Dylan , the plumber Nahu the paint guys Victor and Calvin the tile expert Freddie and they all did everything to please us and keep us happy. We got the opportunity to meet Ben and we feel fortunate to have met such a wonderful person who has become a friend , he is a giver of happiness and positivity. I got a little worried in between but after Ben showed up things went smooth and we were left with a beautiful friendship and a beautiful kitchen. Ben you have an amazing team because you are an amazing human being. I want to thank all the above mentioned people for giving me my beautiful kitchen , you all are kind , hardworking and very good at what you do. I have to say that Ben and his team went above beyond to help us achieve what we wanted , never said no and that is what I call a excellent customer service which not everybody does or understands. read more

It was an absolute pleasure working with Ben and his team! We just finished a kitchen + fireplace remodel, and HIGHLY recommend them! Ben puts his customers first, and it felt like he was just as invested in our kitchen as if it were his own. With any large remodeling project, there are always things that come up. The amazing difference between Ben and other contractors is the way all the issues, major or minor, were handled. Anything that came up, Ben managed it quickly, professionally, and with enthusiasm. He was fully transparent, never tried to charge for hidden costs, and gave us peace of mind throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier about the final product and can't wait to start using the kitchen he built for us! read more

On Time and On Budget: How often do you ever hear that in the construction business! Met with three different construction companies for a full, down to the studs remodel of a condo in downtown Bellevue. Ben was a delight to work with from the very start and exuded a sense of humble confidence, which made me want to work with him. We set up a potential start date about 3-4 months out due to the Pandemic. Fortunately, I knew exactly what I wanted done, so the design part was pretty quick and then it was getting the materials necessary. Ben was helpful in providing guidance, offering some options of sub contractors for flooring, cabinets, mirrors/shower doors etc. So getting people lined up was very easy thanks to Ben reaching out to them and creating the introductions. Communicated with Ben daily during the three month process and to everyone's surprise, it was exactly 90 days from start that 99% of the project was completed and move in time! Having said that it was chaotic at times because at times the pandemic created people shortage and at other times some of the project leads he had put on the project did not have enough experience. But in some respects that actually turned out to be helpful because they did not have their own baggage and so they were willing to take direction and get it done. Only parting comment I would have for anyone doing any remodelling or construction: You have to be patient and know that you will have to make compromises. Either there is a communication gap or some missteps will happen. If they are not major, then go with the flow and reduce the stress on the workers as well. Visit the site every day if you can, take coffee, donuts etc. for the workers. Talk to them and get to know them a bit. They will stay late if they have to and get the job done. At times I ordered lunch in for them so they did not have to leave for an hour or even brought in dinner if they were working beyond 6pm. As with anything, vulnerable requests go a long way versus making crazy demands. I'd work with Ben and his team again in a heartbeat! For pictures, you should go to Ben's site or Instagram. read more

We recently had our bathroom remodel completed with dream home, I wanted to wait for a few months before posting this to make sure we don't have any issues over time with the work performed, our shower looks great and the epoxy grout we choose to go with definitely worth the extra dollar we spend on it (vs regular grout) This company is great to work with and provided us with a full daily schedule before our project started which give us confidence and minimize our question during the process, workers was friendly and on time and overall we are very happy! Ben stay in touch and text us once in a while to check how we like everything and if we need something which is great! We are planning on redo our kitchen next year and dream home construction will be our first phone call no doubt. read more

I want to share my appreciation for Orly for getting me organized and set up for my appointment with Avi for a shower and tub replacement consultation. She was so friendly and engaged. I contacted Ben to refresh my entrance, my stairs and the upstairs hall. We just bought this house and we hated the carpet in the stairs and the hall... We just had a Pinterest picture and got a specific requirement that the floor HAS to match perfectly the current one used in the dining room / kitchen. Ben is extremely energetic and friendly. We can see right away that he cares about the final result, and was suggesting us to paint the doors as well, to have a more consistent result (we didn't consider the doors initially, since we were focused on the floor). He ordered everything, and told us that he will wait at least two weeks for the hardwood to get to the right temperature, and be sure the installation is perfect before starting any job, which makes sense to me. The stairs were done in one day and a half by Stan the specialist. I was really impressed by the sense of tiny small details Stan had. He spent a huge amount of time on tiny small cut to be sure our weird first stairs got the absolute best result. The result is just simply perfect... Then David the carpenter went to fix the baseboard and we could see the same feeling about perfection and tiny cut, until everything is just perfect. Finally, the painter came and did not try to directly paint, put spent hours to put plastic everywhere to spray them. No brush, no trace! In this whole process Ben, regularly came to double-check everything and every single tiny details until it's perfect. We got some touch-up afterwards, until I don't see anything I could argue with. I highly recommend Ben, and see my stairs as the "initiation" test :). Will contact him definitely for more bathroom, or any work I need inside my house. read more

Ben was amazing to work with! He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we were in love with our new kitchen and that were were getting an amazing deal! We ran into a number of delays and setbacks that were out of his control (including finding a termite hive behind our old cabinets) and every time he handled the situation with ease. He even took some time out of his busy schedule to help me set up my new large aquarium for no cost. I would recommend Ben in a heartbeat and I can't wait to work with him again for our future home renovation projects! read more

A huge thank you to Dream Home Construction which just completed a major gut and remodel of our three bathrooms (master, hall and powder) and laundry room. No longer are we stuck with old 80s design and instead have beautiful, modern rooms with tons of storage, space and immensely improved functionality. Ben and his team were great to work with, and are very skilled and experienced. We had some blips as anyone who has done a remodel would expect, but Ben was always quick to resolve issues and keep things moving forward. We just finished having our kitchen remodeled, and Ben made the experience an absolute joy. I had heard stories about remodels taking months and months in these crazy times, but not with Ben. As soon as something came in that we had ordered, he had someone here right away to install it. Everyone on his team was not only highly skilled, but pleasant and professional. And each person was happy to listen to what I wanted and to take care of extra details. They met every challenge with creative ideas and solutions. I talked with Ben about what I had in mind for the quartz, island, sink, fixtures, under-cabinet lighting, gas cooktop, backsplash, and pantry expansion, and he had good advice about everything. He took care of extra details that I would not have expected to be covered. I've never heard of a general contractor who was so incredibly responsive to every text and phone call. And now we love everything about our new kitchen! read more

Ben and his company just completed painting out home. I have been very impressed with him and his company for the following reasons: -He has been very honest in our dealings with him, -He has been very responsive to our questions. Most days he has stopped by to see how things are going. -He very much wants to please us with his work and will do whatever it takes to make us happy. For example they finished painting today and he wants to give me a few weeks before I accept the final outcome in case I find something that needs correction. I am sure he will take care of it. -The workmen on our project have been a pleasure to work with. -They first power washed the whole house then caulked around all the window and doors and then painted. I highly recommend him for your project. read more

The attention to detail, customer service, and patience was greatly appreciated. I can't recommend this team enough! Super Impressed with this company! I reached out about a bathroom cabinet, and mentioned i was price driven and knew exactly what i wanted. The owner replied very quickly and spend time writing me a really detailed email to help me. He gave me a quote but also suggested going a different route that i hadn't thought of. I'm so impressed that this company might not be right for my request, but took the time to help me via email and has offered to be a resource if i still need or help or if i do want them to help. Next time i need a remodel i will 100% work with them. The owner is clearly so kind and helpful! read more

Gotta say, this was a first. Hiring a construction company based solely on online reviews was a huge leap of faith for us. Factor in managing a project that's is 200 miles from our main residence and you have a very nervous client. Ben and company didn't let me down. Walked me thru the design and material selection process personally. Checked in daily from the site, usually with pictures and very timely response to questions and concerns. What was promised was delivered and we are thrilled with the results of our project. read more

Recently, we had the master bathroom remodeled in our mom's condo. We contacted Dream Home Construction and scheduled a meeting with the owner, Ben. He arrived at our mom's condo and we were immediately struck by his enthusiasm and his sincerity. He was proud of the work his company has done for many clients and he willingly shared his philosophy of wanting to provide the highest quality of work, staying on schedule, maintaining open communication with clients and creating a beautiful finished product. During the time of this remodel our mom became ill and was hospitalized. We had to postpone the project for a period of time and Ben was totally sympathetic and understanding. As soon as she was home again he arranged to resume the remodel. The crew from Dream Home Construction was very professional, hard -working and did excellent, quality work. Throughout the remodel process Ben demonstrated the greatest level of commitment, integrity and a sincere desire to be certain that we were happy with the end result - a beautifully remodeled bathroom. We highly recommend Dream Home Construction to anyone wanting to remodel a bathroom or a kitchen. Ben is a man who takes great pride in what his company does and he is a joy to work with. read more

Ben drives a very professional, efficient, and reliable organization. We contracted with Dream Home for the remodeling of our 2003-vintage bathrooms. Ben took the time to understand our desires, design preferences, and our budget. In a few days he presented several ideas, all of them perfectly suited to what we wanted to execute. His crew started the work on time, and delivered our 2 bathrooms one week AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. Squarely within the budget we had set. The quality of his work exceed our expectations in both fit, finish, beauty, harmony of the architectural elements, and overall quality of the material. We will hire him again. read more

I have been beyond impressed with Ben and his crew. He works hard to make sure his clients are happy with every aspect of the job. He shows up daily to make sure that everything is going smoothly and pays great attention to the fine details. Ben worked hard to help me stay within my budget limitations and still get everything accomplished that I wanted. There were multiple projects completed within the timeframe allowed, with a few delays with items that were ordered that did not arrive on time (which I ordered) and Ben was flexible and accommodating to install those items when they arrived. We completely remodeled two bathrooms, removed a closet so that a custom closet could be built on and adjoining wall, remove the door frame to expose the wet bar, refinished hardwood floors in the kitchen, added multiple recessed lights and a ceiling fan, and the list goes on! I would definitely recommend Ben and will continue to work with him on future projects. read more
