We call few high rated local companies to come and give us an estimate. After we met with Liran from level up construction we knew we want to work with him. During the first walk through in the house We felt the experience and knowledge and amount of care for details for our first house. The company representative was always there for us during the project. For any question we had at any time! There are things we got with level up, That's we understand the value and the rare high performance customers service. Everything came up exactly as we wanted. In some areas of the house, it's even better than what we pictured. Liran was there for us for every question and Showed up with a lot of ideas. It was very valuable for us to use a company that comes with a lot of creative ideas and knowledge. How to get things done properly. Everything was done, permitted and inspected by the city of Bellevue. We want to say thank you very much for everything you have done for us. And for our family We enjoyed the house and the remodeling every single day We are happy to highly recommend this company. For any remodeling or large scope of work! The price was fair and we will use them again in future projects.

Karen convinced me that I was too old (70) and it would take too long to complete. Enter Liran and LevelUp Construction. They had great reviews, many photos/videos of completed work as well as a very good bid price. My experience has taught me that one of the keys to a good contractor is their ability to find and keep good subcontractors. Almost all of the subcontractors that worked on our remodel were top-notch. In any remodel, issues arise that complicate the work, especially those that involve more than one trade. We had several significant ones. We worked with Liran to insure that good decisions were made to resolve them including allowing me to work on the remodel to insure that the project wasn't unduly delayed. It is very important to Liran to make sure that his clients are happy. For example, we liked the LVT installation in our kitchen so much that we decided we wanted to replace carpet in a 'hub' area. Liran included the installation at no cost to us.

Amir and Shani are the rare kind of contractors who combine excellent craftsmanship with true professionalism. Their attention to detail was outstanding--from day one, they tracked every discussion point on the spot and followed through to the point. Communication was transparent throughout, with regular photos and an easy-to-follow calendar through an app where both sides have an access to. Only 2-3% of communications on calendar fell through the busy messaging and we had 2 surprise visits from contractors, but comparing to our previous experiences this is nothing :) they always were careful in locking front door and the garage and making sure we are aware they have left if we are home. Sounds like common sense usually but I'm surprised how much this is not followed through sometimes. they stuck to the timeline with only the smallest deviations and the project wrapped up exactly on the 6-week mark--even with added scope as was first estimated by Amir. What stood out most was how they acted as true advocates for us. When suppliers made errors (like cabinet misorders or off-center lighting), Shani stepped in, held them accountable, and ensured it all got corrected--without compromising quality or timeline. Having had a previous experience with a less diligent contractor, I was quietly blown away by ARE Seattle's quality control. During the final walk-through, they noticed and corrected details I hadn't even seen. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just pride in their work. Highly recommend them for anyone who values precision, clear communication, and a team that genuinely cares about getting it right. My personal thank you that in so many renovations I lived through this was the smoothest one.

We are so glad we went with Wise Choice!…read more After meeting with several contractors, my wife and I chose them to do an addition to our house. We first learned about Wise Choice through Yelp, and although we were initially nervous about choosing a contractor for such a large job (they gave us the best estimate, by far!) without a personal recommendation, we couldn't be happier with our decision. They were great to work with throughout the entire process, from architectural and engineering plans, permitting, and the actual construction. The project manager, Sergiy, and foreman, Bogdan, were very honest, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. The project was completed pretty much on budget (with only a couple of unforeseen issues outside of their control) and on time. We love the results, and several people have commented that the addition looks like it should have been there all along. We can't recommend Wise Choice highly enough!

We had a separate company do the initial slab-jacking but Edward and his team did the rest. They removed the kitchen cabinets gently so we could reuse them and save money. They leveled all the floors with self-leveling in our 2400 sq. ft. house and they are now perfect. In addition, we remodeled both bathrooms, replaced a few failed windows and patio doors, new flooring, and had the interior painted. We envisioned managing the project ourselves and had gotten quotes from various trades. We started to feel overwhelmed with the magnitude. Managing and scheduling the trades was a big issue. Our friend just had work done by Builder Land and recommended them to us. Edward came out and we explained the project and he gave us an estimate that we thought was a great value - and it was! From the start Edward's communication was great, always quick to respond to questions and issues. His calm, reassuring demeanor and positive attitude is an asset during the turmoil of a whole house remodel. He always wanted to make sure we were happy and satisfied. During this time, we needed to live in the house and Edward and his team were very accommodating. They did everything, even moving our furniture to a storage pod - most contractors won't do that. The Builder Land team were the hardest working and most respectful group of workers we had ever dealt with - and we have done a couple of house remodels. They were always on time, always showed up and were respectful of our space. We are hands on type of people and whenever they saw us doing something they would come and say "no, we will do it for you" and helped us out. Builder Land also recommended sources for our windows, flooring and granite that were lower than we had found and their quality was great. Their tile work is outstanding. We are very fussy about tile layout and installation but Serge and Andrew did outstanding work. And Serge is an amazing carpenter and painter. Our painted, reused kitchen cabinets look like new. The electrician was the most efficient I've worked with and was neat and fast. The electrical inspector commented he knew of his good work on previous jobs. In the kitchen we reused the old cabinets and had a custom island and stove vent hood built. One of the more challenging and rewarding jobs was getting the countertop to perfectly meet and line with up the new 10-foot window behind our sink. The master bath remodel was a major job since it was the original 1970 large sunken shower. After a lot of jack hammering and replumbing we have a perfect zero clearance walk-in shower with a double vanity and a custom-built makeup station. One of the most impressive things was the quickness of the project. We started in mid-May and finished the bulk of it by mid-August. I would not hesitate to recommend Builder Land for any project. I'm sure we will use them again in the future.

Luke handled all of the planning and signoff with the architect and city on the deck design. He helped make sure the design would actually look really good when built, and when issues emerged with the city's requirements for the permit, he worked diligently to get it all resolved. Luke also went boulder, paver, and plant shopping with us. He made sure what we picked would actually work, and once we picked something out, he made it happen. Luke handled so many of the planning and logistical details for us, was super communicative throughout the process, and gave us lots of ideas to address challenges we were facing in our original space. He was a great listener and continually adjusted the plan to make sure the design fit our aesthetic and functional goals. His team also took such great care of our space. Such thoughtful design and attention to custom details. When we were on the fence about decisions, he'd help show us what either looked like, so we'd feel good about the decision. Additionally, the technicians did not seem properly trained for this type of installation. The manager did not come to the site to address my concerns and instead insisted that the seams should be glued. Based on my understanding the product originally discussed should have been heat-welded and sealed not glued. Also they damaged the bottom sidings. The Most Detailed Review I've Ever Written, And It's 100% Warranted!…read more I've never written a review this long or in-depth for any company before, but Be Home Remodeling and Benjamin Maor absolutely deserve it. The experience I had working with Ben and his team was beyond anything I expected in all the best ways: Value, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Punctuality, and Work Quality. Before choosing a contractor, I met with six different professionals. Each had their strengths, but none came close to the level of care, insight, and professionalism that Ben brought to the table. From our very first conversation, Ben didn't just hear what I wanted, he understood what I needed. More than that, he showed genuine empathy for my situation. This wasn't just a remodel; this was my mother's house. She had recently passed away, and this home was filled with emotion and meaning. Ben never treated it like just another project. Because I live in Washington and the house is in California, I knew strong communication and trustworthy project management would be critical. I wouldn't be able to stop by or check in physically; everything would need to be handled remotely. Ben was a godsend in this regard. He kept me informed, but not overwhelmed. He communicated with clarity, timeliness, and respect. He always knew when a decision required my input and when he could move forward without adding stress to my plate. Every question I had was answered with patience, and no concern was ever dismissed. As with any remodel, large or small, unexpected issues came up. But what made this experience so different was how Ben handled them. He took care of everything. I never had to chase down updates or worry that things were slipping through the cracks. He navigated every challenge with professionalism and grace, and I always felt like I was in incredibly capable hands. Ben also has a real talent for design. He sees the potential in a space and helps bring that vision to life. But more importantly, he listens. He offered suggestions and design ideas that aligned perfectly with what I told him I hoped to achieve. His guidance was never pushy, it was collaborative, thoughtful, and always rooted in my goals for the home. Working with Benjamin Maor and Be Home Remodeling was truly a blessing during a very emotional and stressful time. I could not be more grateful for the care, commitment, and craftsmanship he brought to this project. If you're looking for a contractor who combines skill, integrity, empathy, and clear communication, Ben is your person. I would recommend him a hundred times over.

This was done during one of the busiest and most chaotic construction markets in Seattle's history. Smith NW Homes has earned 7 out of 5 stars for their exceptional work! While we have heard sad stories from friends having construction done, we have had one of the most enjoyable and positive experiences while working with Spencer. Our house is beautiful (on quality). We moved in as scheduled (on time). We came in at exactly the cost Spencer told us (on budget). Who does that? Smith NW homes did. Delivering a house (one of the biggest investments of anyone's life) that provides the design and features that turns a house into a personalized home, and does so within a target budget, requires a strong process and a reliable quality driven team of craftsmen. Spencer explained his process to us at the outset but it wasn't until we had experienced it from beginning to end, that we could fully appreciate how it translated into such a positive experience and outstanding product. Listens - Spencer spent a lot of time with us in the beginning to understand how we wanted to use our home, what types of features we wanted and how much money we had to spend. He then worked with designers and engineers to create a design that met our vision that could be accomplished within our budget. Selections - Spencer made multiple "field trips" with us to select finishes, cabinetry, fixtures and lighting that appealed to us. The great part is that he guided and helped us make selections that complemented one another to create a consistent thought and feel from the exterior front entrance - through the house and into the rear yard. It doesn't cost more to have a cohesive, artistic look. It takes the disciplined and artistic approach Spencer brings to selection meetings. Fixed Price Bid - Spencer then created a guaranteed price for the project that reflected the design we had chosen and features selected. It was at this point we had the opportunity to revisit our design or selections if we had concerns. What do we buy today that we are not aware of what it will cost us? Spencer believes that should apply to one of our biggest investments too. This approach provides incentive to get the job completed quickly, provide high quality to avoid rework and repairs and for the contractor to give lots of attention to each project. All materials have been spec'd in advance to assure quality control. It is a great approach. Quality - Spencer comes from 3 generations of home builders and is the benefactor of decades of refining quality processes, finding the best vendors and subcontractors and problem solving skills. Spencer is a perfectionist, in the finest sense of the word. Good enough was never good enough. He was relentless in providing perfection in every process, knowing that great quality at the outset, assures a quality home for decades to come. Remarkable Team - A contractor rarely has a hammer in their hand. They rely on their subcontractors to do the work. It becomes evident very quickly that a builder is only as good as his subs. His ability to stay on schedule is only possible if he can count on his subs to show up when they are supposed to. Spencer has worked with most of his subs for 5 yrs, 10 yrs and 20 yrs. These are long term relationships with proven quality and a long term commitment to one another. We felt we had the best craftsman in every area from framers, to tilers, to painters and landscapers. Imagine what a positive difference that makes in the finished product that will be your home for years to come. Ability to Make Changes - As our project evolved we decided we wanted to add to some of our cabinetry, change some windows and adjust our landscaping. No problem. We signed a fixed price change order for each of those things and the amount was added to our original price. The only price changes were changes that we requested. Each month we received an easy to read invoice which showed the percentage of completion of each phase at that point in the project. Spencer may have had cost over-runs in our project but we never heard about any of them. He stayed by his commitment to us. A great wrap up - When our project was completed, Spencer did a thorough walk through going through every element of our home. He showed us tags he placed on every shut off valve and safety item identifying what they turned on or off. Plus, he delivered two three ring binders. One with instruction manuals for every appliance and electrical device in the house. The other, was filled with contact information for every subcontractor who worked on or supplied materials for our home should we ever desire to contact them. Rich and Becky Budke
