BEST PRICES AND QUALITY. You won't find better value than Builder Land LLC. Period. I'm the cheapest person I know, so if you're looking for the best bang-for-your-buck, read on. Not only was Edward's pricing the best among the highest rated contractors in the area, his itemized estimate was less than half of what the design firms quoted us. And his estimate was honest; the price he quoted us was the price we paid. We were blown away by the two week transformation of our master bathroom. Edward gave us some cool European-style ideas, and Builder Land delivered an award-worthy masterpiece that looks like it came straight out of a magazine (see before/after pictures). Builder Land LLC is a family-run business, and Edward Stoul (aka Stoliarenko) is not your typical contractor. He comes from a long lineage of construction workers, beginning with his grandfather who was a carpenter; in fact, the surname Stoliarenko actually means "carpenter". Edward grew up in Ukraine where he worked in the construction industry since the age of 16. He learned from his father Poul, who has over 40 years of construction experience and did much of the work on our bathroom. Edward attended 7 years of University in Ukraine studying construction, and has completed hundreds or remodels, both commercial and residential. In short, he is probably one of the more overqualified general contractors getting his hands dirty in the greater Seattle area. The Stoliarenko's immigrated to the United States from Ukraine in 2015, and they have the hardest work ethic of anyone I've ever met. They do most of the work themselves, which not only saves their customers a ton of money, but assures a quality product. Often putting in 10+ hour workdays with a minimal break for lunch, they complete projects in minimal time without sacrificing quality. They take tremendous pride in their work and are all masters of their craft. If something isn't perfect, you likely won't have to ask them to fix it. I had not met Edward prior to hiring him for our bathroom remodel, but it was such a pleasure working with his family that I felt compelled to share. You will not find another company that matches Builder Land's pricing, quality, efficiency, and communication. I highly advise anyone considering a remodel to consult with Builder Land before spending more money elsewhere.

We call few high rated local companies to come and give us an estimate. After we met with Liran from level up construction we knew we want to work with him. During the first walk through in the house We felt the experience and knowledge and amount of care for details for our first house. The company representative was always there for us during the project. For any question we had at any time! There are things we got with level up, That's we understand the value and the rare high performance customers service. Everything came up exactly as we wanted. In some areas of the house, it's even better than what we pictured. Liran was there for us for every question and Showed up with a lot of ideas. It was very valuable for us to use a company that comes with a lot of creative ideas and knowledge. How to get things done properly. Everything was done, permitted and inspected by the city of Bellevue. We want to say thank you very much for everything you have done for us. And for our family We enjoyed the house and the remodeling every single day We are happy to highly recommend this company. For any remodeling or large scope of work! The price was fair and we will use them again in future projects.

Karen convinced me that I was too old (70) and it would take too long to complete. Enter Liran and LevelUp Construction. They had great reviews, many photos/videos of completed work as well as a very good bid price. My experience has taught me that one of the keys to a good contractor is their ability to find and keep good subcontractors. Almost all of the subcontractors that worked on our remodel were top-notch. In any remodel, issues arise that complicate the work, especially those that involve more than one trade. We had several significant ones. We worked with Liran to insure that good decisions were made to resolve them including allowing me to work on the remodel to insure that the project wasn't unduly delayed. It is very important to Liran to make sure that his clients are happy. For example, we liked the LVT installation in our kitchen so much that we decided we wanted to replace carpet in a 'hub' area. Liran included the installation at no cost to us.

We are so glad we went with Wise Choice!…read more After meeting with several contractors, my wife and I chose them to do an addition to our house. We first learned about Wise Choice through Yelp, and although we were initially nervous about choosing a contractor for such a large job (they gave us the best estimate, by far!) without a personal recommendation, we couldn't be happier with our decision. They were great to work with throughout the entire process, from architectural and engineering plans, permitting, and the actual construction. The project manager, Sergiy, and foreman, Bogdan, were very honest, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. The project was completed pretty much on budget (with only a couple of unforeseen issues outside of their control) and on time. We love the results, and several people have commented that the addition looks like it should have been there all along. We can't recommend Wise Choice highly enough!

Amir and Shani are the rare kind of contractors who combine excellent craftsmanship with true professionalism. Their attention to detail was outstanding--from day one, they tracked every discussion point on the spot and followed through to the point. Communication was transparent throughout, with regular photos and an easy-to-follow calendar through an app where both sides have an access to. Only 2-3% of communications on calendar fell through the busy messaging and we had 2 surprise visits from contractors, but comparing to our previous experiences this is nothing :) they always were careful in locking front door and the garage and making sure we are aware they have left if we are home. Sounds like common sense usually but I'm surprised how much this is not followed through sometimes. they stuck to the timeline with only the smallest deviations and the project wrapped up exactly on the 6-week mark--even with added scope as was first estimated by Amir. What stood out most was how they acted as true advocates for us. When suppliers made errors (like cabinet misorders or off-center lighting), Shani stepped in, held them accountable, and ensured it all got corrected--without compromising quality or timeline. Having had a previous experience with a less diligent contractor, I was quietly blown away by ARE Seattle's quality control. During the final walk-through, they noticed and corrected details I hadn't even seen. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just pride in their work. Highly recommend them for anyone who values precision, clear communication, and a team that genuinely cares about getting it right. My personal thank you that in so many renovations I lived through this was the smoothest one.

His team built a covered 16x20 deck, two patios, added new fencing, did lots of ground prep and drainage work, installed pet friendly walkways and artificial turf, and helped beautify our plants/trees. Luke handled all of the planning and signoff with the architect and city on the deck design. He helped make sure the design would actually look really good when built, and when issues emerged with the city's requirements for the permit, he worked diligently to get it all resolved. Luke also went boulder, paver, and plant shopping with us. He made sure what we picked would actually work, and once we picked something out, he made it happen. Luke handled so many of the planning and logistical details for us, was super communicative throughout the process, and gave us lots of ideas to address challenges we were facing in our original space. He was a great listener and continually adjusted the plan to make sure the design fit our aesthetic and functional goals. His team also took such great care of our space. Such thoughtful design and attention to custom details. When we were on the fence about decisions, he'd help show us what either looked like, so we'd feel good about the decision. Now we have a dream backyard that we love to hang out in.
