absolutely unbelievably great service. Ben cleaned my 90 year-old brother-in-law's place. He has two dogs, and the upholstery is north of 50 years old. It was really vile. By the time Ben finished, the upholstery had actual color, it was spotless after having been deeply deeply stained. And I don't even want to tell you how bad the rug was. I think he bought my brother-in-law some years of life. Endless gratitude. read more

2nd time using Crystal Carpet Care. I'm very happy with the results. They cleaned 5 rooms and a large area rug. Technician was friendly and informative (I think his name was Moe?) great customer service throughout the process. See you guys again next year! read more

They arrived early, the technician was absolutely amazing. we had originally asked to have our bar stool seats cleaned. He was super honest and said he'd try one before he cleaned them all because with the material it might not work. he tried, didn't look nice so he told us while he could clean them the marks would still be there. How honest is that to not upcharge us for something that wouldn't make a difference. the rest of the rugs look wonderful. best they've looked in months. for sure will call them again. read more

Tony from Crystal Carpet Cleaners- did a good job. He was very courteous. He kept us informed of his progress and the best way to care for the carpeting he cleaned after leaving. We've had work done with Crystal Carpet in the past and we haven't been disappointed yet. read more

Crystal Carpet Care came to our home and cleaned our carpets and did a good job. When the carpet dried there were two spots that appeared that were new and must have been under the carpet pad when the carpets were installed. This of course was vexing. I called Crystal Carpet Care to see if there was anything they could do, or what it might cost to fix the unseen problem? The person on the phone was polite ,and said they would schedule someone to take a look and see if they could remedy the situation. The technician was friendly, professional and went beyond what we expected from todays visit. Not only did he get the two appearing stains out!, he cleaned the ruff edges and stretched a wrinkle in the carpet which was a tripping hazard for my husband and I. Bottom line, I would highly recommend Crystal Carpet Care. Thanks Moe. read more

HOLY SMOKES! I AM SO HAPPY TO USE CRYSTAL CARPET CARE. I got a new pup that chewed up the carpet and left a large hole (about 6in x 6in). I've called multiple companies and was unsuccessful in finding one to repair the spot. I've even had a company agree to do it then ghost me. I magically found CCC & spoke to Jackie. She was amazing. She listened and was over the moon to help me. She even went above and beyond by acknowledging my busy schedule as a teacher and was able to get me in on a day off. The day before they called to remind me and confirm my appointment. The day of the appointment Ben called to let me know he was a few minutes out. Ben was so nice and really made sure that I was happy with the outcome. He talked me through the whole thing and made sure it came out flawless. My carpet looks better than it did before getting chewed. I HIGHLY recommend CCC to anyone! Thanks Jackie & Ben read more

It has been awhile since I have been so enthusiastic about writing a review of a company. Crystal Carpet Care is one of those companies! Over the Christmas Holiday week we decided we needed to begin the arduous search for a company to re-stretch our 1 year old carpet. I sent a request for quote, not expecting a reply until after the holidays. To my SHOCK Jackie replied within a couple of hours. There were questions and each time, Jackie was quick with a reply. She is very professional and is a joy to work with. Ben was out today, on time to the minute they said they would be here to quote the work and the quote is VERY reasonable. Needless to say, we are having the work done by this company. read more

Everything went great very happy. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Scheduling was easy. Will use again. Thanks!

Very friendly and personable staff. Honest and upfront with costs. Have been using them for years and always very happy with them!

This is the second time I've used Crystal Carpet Care. I'm as happy today as I was the first time. They are by far the best carpet cleaning company I've ever used and I've used many. I was even able to have the same technician, Mo. He does such a great job and has the best personality. I was thrilled he was able to remove three small stains that had been annoying me for too long. I highly recommend Crystal Carpet Care for any of your carpet cleaning needs. Even the tough ones! read more

VERY IMPRESSED! I requested a quote via text which was so convenient and easy. They responded very quickly which was appreciated. It was also a real person that texted, not just an automated response. A few weeks later I scheduled online, also very convenient. They communicated so clearly through the quote phase all the way through to service. Mike was our technician and he was fantastic. He walked me through the process, pricing, etc. We used them for a routine carpet clean in our house and I feel like we have new carpets! I will continue using Crystal Carpet Care in the future. read more

Moen arrived on time, professional and easy to communicate. Carpet was cleaned very well. did five rooms and took about 1 and half hour only. My carpet did not need stretching but he can do it if needs to which is a plus compared to some other companies. read more

When our carpets needed to be cleaned we went to YELP looking for a company with a 4.0 - 5.0 rating. Crystal carpet care had nearly a perfect rating so we chose them for the job. Crystal carpet care was professional in every respect. The scheduling was easy and the appointment was confirmed with an email and a text message. Kevin arrived early for his appointment. He surveyed the work needing to be done and gave us a couple of recommendations. Based on his experience and expertise we chose the recommendations. Kevin explain to us the cleaning procedures and chemicals used and he was very thorough in completing the job. we would highly recommend Crystal carpet care to anyone looking for a professional carpet cleaning service at a fair price. We were so pleased with Kevin and his workmanship, that we included a bonus to say thank you. read more

Awesome crew! Under promises but over deliveres every time in past 8 yrs!! Can't recommend enough!

I have two goldens who basically reeked havoc on my carpets one left a giant pee stain in my living room the other well the little terror ripped up my carpet in three spots before I called crystal carpet care to see if they could fix it. We set the appointment for the following week and the night before they get there the little poop tore up a bigger section of carpet. When I got the call the next morning that they were on their way I let crystal carpet care know what had happened hoping they could fix it and when I got home from work my carpets were perfect and clean. I would recommend them to friends they were so friendly and got the job done quickly. read more

These guys did a fantastic job starting with the initial phone call all the way to the tech (Josh) leaving me with a pleasant experience. We just bought this house and needed the carpets cleaned. The owner answered the phone (super nice guy) and explained the whole process making me feel comfortable with his team. He immediately continued to tell me who the tech will be coming to my house with a quote right right over the phone. I almost forgot about the quote because it was a great conversation. They did what they said and confirmed arrival the day before (she was super nice too!). Once josh showed up, he was super friendly, asked if I had any concerns, walked me through the process and did a fantastic job. He even managed to get out old furniture impressions! He gave me some care instructions, gave me his card in case something came up and left me with a small bottle of spot treatment if I had a spills happen. I don't usually give reviews but when you experience good people that work hard to provide good experiences, they don't get enough thanks. I highly recommend this team for any of their services. Cheers! read more

What a great experience with Crystal Carpet Care! Had a hole my puppy pulled my carpet fibers out in front of my bedroom bathroom and it is a brand new home! Messaged them after hours and the very next morning they messaged me back and got me on the schedule for later that afternoon! Installer was on time and very nice. The results were excellent and I can't even tell there was a hole. Will keep their info for possible future needs with repairs or possibly cleaning! read more

I was refered to Crystal Carpet Care by a friend after a very disappointing experience with a company I had used for years. It was the BEST move I've ever made. Their work was EXCELLENT. My carpets are a problem because of my fur baby and Mo did an outstanding job of bringing them back to life!! They arrived when they said they would, did the work, and didn't break my budget. They will be my GO-TO from now on!! read more

We had a burn in our carpet from my daughter and her incense stick (long story). Ben came out and gave us a quote. We also requested a quote from Abbey Carpet who said they would email the quote that night, and we never heard back from them. But no loss for us! Ben did such a wonderful job patching the carpet that I can't see any seems or any difference. I'm so happy with how it came out, and he's so knowledgeable about carpet repairs. When it's time to clean our daughter's carpet (think makeup stains, eyelash glue, typical 18 year old messy stuff), we're calling this place. I'm really picky about my house and have to have things "just so," and this repair turned out better than I could expect! Thanks Ben! read more

Been a few weeks since they been here, just wanted to add another wow...no new stains resurfaced, highly recommend...

The entire staff at Crystal Carpet care was great (and I worked with a few of them). The initial cleaning appointment was easy to schedule and went very smoothly. I would totally give a 5 star review for customer service! The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because something strange happened that caused some striping on our stairs. The staff was great and came out many times to try to fix it. The rest of the house turned out great and the stairs were eventually taken care of. I just want to thank everyone for the attention given to the problem and appreciate your efforts. I will certainly use CCC again. read more

I came home to brand new carpets today!!! Well, it appeared that way until the wife reminded me that Crystal Carpet Care came out today to clean our main living area carpets. WOW!! They look better than the day I bought my house and twice as good as the other guys who can spell their name backwards. Thank you for great service and great prices! read more

This is the best carpet cleaner I have ever had. Joe got out a red wine stain that I have had for 40 years. He also carried my artificial tree out to the garage. My husband is weak from chemo for pancreatic cancer and I had back surgery 3 weeks earlier and was not supposed to lift anything over 10 pounds. And if that wasn't enough, he unplugged my vacuum cleaner that I thought had to be trashed. My carpets and stairs look like new. I highly recommend this company. Outstanding read more
