We used Sparkling Kleen for a new house move-in, and they did an amazing job cleaning the entire house with a large crew. Since they did such a good job, we have continued using them for 6 months now, cleaning twice a month. The team is professional and hardworking. We are impressed with the job they do every time. Hernan is easy to work with, and you can pay online using Apple Pay. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a great cleaning company. read more

Very respectful and personable. Amazing quality for an amazing price. I had them come clean my carpets cause I was moving out and they were there when they were supposed to be and were very professional. read more

Probably one of the easiest and most thorough cleaning companies we've ever used for a move, and we've used a few, in a number of different states and countries. Extremely proprofessional and organized. We just coordinate key pick up local and they took care of EVERYTHING else. They arrived late because they were short staffed but they cleaned our 2 floor, 4-bedroom house in 6 hours. The house and carpets were completely cleaned. We got our entire deposit back. Almost sad to have left because i don't know thay we'll ever find a better cleaning company again read more

Hired Sparkling Kleen to do a deep clean of my mother's home. My mom said they came in, stayed off their phones, and got work meticulously cleaning everything they could. My mom was impressed by the work they did and thought the cost was fair. Thank you Sparkling Kleen. read more

I never scheduled. They cancelled and I tried to reschedule but they could not accurate me on the dates I was available.

I booked a one-time service but will probably look into monthly at some point. The staff were amazing and efficient and my place looked amazing when they were finished. I definitely recommend them and you'll be happy they took care of you. read more

I had pet stains on my carpet and he was able to lift the odor and stains out completely! Will definitely be using again. read more

Did a great job on carpet traffic area, area rug and dining chairs. In and out relatively fast. I would use them again

The team was on time and very thorough. They did a deep clean in my kitchen. Hasn't been that clean since before the pandemic when my kids left the house to go to school. read more

Awesome job!! We used Sparkling Kleen for a move out clean followed by steam cleaning of our carpets and we were so impressed with both teams. The ladies who arrived for the clean were there right on time with all the equipment needed and were able to clean the place in way less time than we expected. At one point I went into the kitchen to grab something and they were on a ladder cleaning the top of the shelves -- they really did a thorough and excellent job. Sparkling Kleen was able to schedule it so that after the cleaners left the man came to do the carpets-- he was very friendly and took a lot of care to set up the equipment and put up wall protectors for where the hoses were going to be running, something we really appreciated as we were moving out the following day. Would highly recommend the Sparkling Kleen team for anyone looking to have either carpet cleaning or general cleaning done, we paid a really fair price for everything and the quality of both the cleans were great. read more

They were extremely punctual and thorough! They cleaned our en suite bedroom and bathroom as well as deep cleaning the carpet. I'm very impressed with the work and would definitely hire them again. read more

Did not think they'd get my apartment as clean as they did. Took a little longer than expected but my appliances were pretty dirty so that's sort of understandable. Would hire again read more

We used Sparkling Kleen this week to do a "Move Out" cleaning. They were invaluable on several different levels: 1. Responsiveness - they got right back to us with availability. We were on a VERY tight timeline (house going to be listed in 5 days) and Hernan was able to move schedules around so the cleaning team could be there in two days. 2. Communication - Hernan stayed in touch throughout the process with scheduling finalization, ETA for the team's arrival and ETA of when the team would be finished. 3. The cleaning team who came to the house did an incredible job in a short period of time. 2,000 sq ft home that had to be cleaned from top to bottom and THEY DID IT. We were able to have the photographer take pictures the next day of the VERY CLEAN house & get it on the market the following day. INVALUABLE. Thank you Sparkling Kleen team! read more

I was moving into a new rental house and it needed a decent scrub down. It looked good at first glance but now that I'm moved into the house it's a service clean at best. I requested a deep clean as per their ad they move appliances, and really scrub it down. That's not what I'm finding here. I've found food between the fridge and counter. The last tenants hair in the bathroom, windows are not clean. It looks like someone took a wet rag and wiped them rather than clean them. I've wiped a few surfaces and it's still ick from the last person here. I had high hopes w the ratings but I'm a bit disappointed. read more

I'm a mom to a 3 year old and now 6 week old in a house that was not cared for by the previous owners. I was way behind on upkeep and couldn't catch up. The team from Sparkling Kleen was fast, efficient, and thorough. I wanted to cry, seeing how clean my kitchen and bathroom were after they came. The cleaning was the cost of a big grocery run, and will be less expensive down the road if I hire them regularly. The cleaning saved my mental health as I navigate having a second baby. Thank you! read more

I'd say be careful. They sent 3 people when we agreed on 2, and they claim to have been there much longer than would be needed. Unfortunately I couldn't be there to confirm, but I was definitely overcharged. read more

Responded quickly and professionally. Was able to accommodate the day and time I needed. The cleaning crew did a fantastic job. My carpet was shampooed so it looks like new again. Excellent work, fast and efficient. Was able to get a quote and schedule cleaning in a very short time!

We Call Hernan to schedule to meet our needs and schedule. Crew of 2-3 women appear on time and work quickly and quietly through whole house. No issues except that Hernan is sometime hard to reach thru his answering service. read more

I needed a move out cleaning and received exceptional service. Hernan was very flexible with my move-out dates; I originally was going to clean my studio apartment myself but I had recently fractured my elbow and decided (with three weeks left to move out) that I didn't want to risk my healing. Fast forward to the cleaning day, Sparkling Kleen's team arrive on time, updating me via text in real time. They deep cleaned my place head to toe in 2 hours for a fair price. I will definitely be using them again the next time I move out. Thanks again! Raven read more

I reached out to Sparkling Kleen via Yelp and Hernan responded right away. I told him I was interested in having my 3 bedroom apartment cleaned, and he was able to get cleaners out on a day that worked for me. I asked that they clean the baseboards, blinds, and inside the oven, and the cleaners did an excellent job. It was such a treat to come home from work to a home that smelled and looked great! I was initially only looking for a one time service, but now I might be interested in monthly cleaning. Thank you, Sparkling Kleen! read more

We are so impressed with Sparkling Kleen! Hernan was quick to respond to our inquiry on Yelp and to set an appointment time for a moving-out deep cleaning of our 2700 square foot home. When a crew of three women arrived right on time I thought I should take them on a walk-around to explain areas in need of extra attention before we headed out on errands. "We will do everything," I was assured. The three women started working before we were out the door. Several hours later we returned, and the crew was still working hard. After another half hour we saw that they did indeed do everything: windows, valances, blinds, doors, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, light fixtures, cupboards, drawers, shelves, closets... our home had never before been so carefully cleaned! As they were finishing, Hernan arrived, easygoing despite a long day of work, to clean two large areas of carpet. After that was accomplished he vacuumed all carpeted areas. The cleaned sections and the vaccumed areas blended beautifully together. Hernan had quoted us a price. Due to extra carpet cleaning we had assumed the cost would be higher. Not so. We were bowled over with the very reasonable cost and the quality of work. We are beyond pleased that we hired Sparkling Kleen; they exceeded our expectations and we cannot recommend them highly enough! read more

The process of locating a house cleaner on yelp, was amazingly quick and simple. The team arrived exactly on time. I had a specific request for them: just to clean my kitchen and thoroughly clean the Refrigerator and oven in preparation for company. The three ladies, were lovely and polite, and they got the job done. I will definitely reach out again for more extensive projects, including carpet cleaning. Also, the representative was responsive and texted answers right away. read more

They did a great job with clean up and carpet cleaning. They got done quicker than I expected. Would recommend again.

My wife and I own several investment properties in Federal Way and Sacramento. We needed a company to do a "Move Out Cleaning" on a condo unit of ours in Federal Way. On the scheduled day of service the cleaning team arrived and spent 4 1/2 hours cleaning the unit. Because we are based in Sacramento we were not able to inspect the condo firsthand. We received specific feedback from property agents that several areas in the condo needed additional housekeeping attention. No problem. I figured since Hernan was so responsive before & during the job I would receive similar level of customer service after. Sent Hernan a text on feedback I had received and asked "him" to visit the unit to verify firsthand his assessment of housekeeping performance of his Team. Yes, the service has received payment. Payment is not at issue. All parties were professional in every way before and during the job, so no previous hurt feelings. My only conclusion is "don't question job performance" because customer service only exist beforehand and not once a job is completed. Please understand my first "ask" was to have Hernan simply visit the site firsthand and make his own assessment. I did not demand he send a Team. My feelings were if comments were accurate Hernan would see it himself and make the appropriate decision. I guess I was wrong. On 4th day my text was acknowledged by Hernan. Asking that pictures be taken and provided to him for verification. No doubt Owner/Manager Hernan will follow up with a version that clouds the above more. Remember, I only asked that he stop by location in Federal Way and view firsthand with his own eyes and then act accordingly. Sparkling Kleen's offices are located in Tacoma a 15 minute to 20 minute drive to condo. Please draw your own conclusion as to whether this is an endorsement or condemnation. read more
