I dont know what I'd do without them. They have done special projects a few times for us now too. Once they helped us clean and organize our garage, arranged yardwork for us when needed and even helped clean out a couple of junk rooms piled with stuff and get us ready for guests. Some recent family issues pushed us to look for someone to deep clean our 2000 foot rambler. Ally, Cesar and their team have our house looking like brand new. They cleaned everything beautifully. Aly and her team are the real deal! We did a deep clean of our split level and they made our house look like new. They did the big stuff: swept and mopped the floors, countertops, toilets; but it was the attention to detail that had me in awe! They organized the weights on the floor of the basement, they lined up the cat food bowls, they wipes the top of every frame in the house. They vacuumed the couch for goodness sake!! The thing that spoke volumes to me is how they treated my cat. She is a friendly cat so she was out and about while they were here. Any time she got in the way, they would gently scoop her up and move her. She actually hung out with them quite a bit, got lots of pets and was very comfortable. I was excited to try this service, but never got to because they went back on their word on the quoted price, services offered, and basically insinuated that I lied about the space needing to be cleaned. They were quick to respond and had a reasonable quote rate, however, there are two owners to this company and they do not seem to be inline with the information and quotes provided. When I first reached out, I mentioned that I need only 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms cleaned. I filled out the form accordingly and let them know that the place is furnished and I would need laundry for the bedsheets as part of the quote. No kitchen or living room cleaning would be needed. I received a quote via Yelp! through one owner named, Cesar for $125.00. I sent a message back asking someone to reach me via text or email so we can coordinate the services. Someone texted me back (apparently not Cesar, but the other owner) and we discussed again what was needed. I reiterated the rooms, restroom, and also the laundry and everything went smoothly and well. Since I wasn't going to be in town but have a roommate that would be in town to let them in for the cleaning, I said I could send them photos via email of how the rooms look like and we agreed to this as well as the date for cleaning. I sent them an email and include videos of the rooms so they know how to do the bedding and also again explained what needed to be cleaned (2 bedrooms, 1.5 restrooms). The person responded to me and basically said that I told them there was 1 room and 1 restroom and that I was changing it on them. I asked them to please review our text messages AND the Yelp form filled out. They then asked me for my address so they could look up the square footage of the home. Then they said I put less than 1000 square feet, when the home is 1800 square feet. Yes, the 2bedrooms and 1.5 baths is not even close to 1000 square feet, if not 1800. They are not being asked to clean kitchen, living room, or any other areas. It was specified and I explained to them why I wrote this. Then they said that they don't do laundry. Again, I asked them to review our text messages before AND Yelp! quote in which they said they do laundry. A lot of back and forth and a lot of misinformation provided by the second owner. What I didn't appreciate was the lack of professionalism and also that someone had said one thing and then another even though we had correspondences. After all of this, the person who I was speaking with said they would do it at the rate that was quoted, but at this point, there was no apologies for their disorganization and attacks telling me that I told them the wrong information. It's hard to want a service like this when they clearly were wrong and seemed so sour to want to provide a service they originally quoted on. Further, I asked them to please provide me the name who I was speaking with and they wouldn't provide it and just said, they are the second owner of the company. read more

Scheduled an appointment for 5:30pm for a deep clean based on good reviews and a pleasant woman on phone. Received a text from whoever scheduled that the person had arrived and was looking for parking at 5:18. By 6pm I was worried so called the scheduling person and was told that parking was a challenge and they would be there soon. They? Well now there would be two people arriving -- the cleaning person and another person for translation purposes. This would have been nice to know in advance that 2 people would be coming to my small apartment. I say okay, but that I see parking spaces from my window. She's says text if I need anything. Sure. By 6:15 I text that I was giving it 5 more minutes and then leaving. I had already waited a full 45 minutes AND I could see parking spaces from my window, so I started to get annoyed. 5 minutes after leaving, they arrive on my ring camera at 6:26. Once again, I text the scheduling person that I had left. For whatever reason she didn't update them. They chose to wait for another hour or so apparently and now want me to pay a cancellation fee plus parking. Even though I have a record of everything, time stamps and a ring camera - she's now saying that the cleaner had arrived at 5:23. How? When I called and spoke to YOU at 6pm wondering where she was?. I was then told I should have told her about parking in advance. Why didn't she ask? Why didn't you tell them I left instead of having them wait? Why is she now giving me all of these rules and conditions after the fact? She then said she was busy and at work. Parking can be a challenge, but not impossible. They could have walked 20 laps around the entire community in the time they said they were looking for parking. The area is not that big! Overall unclear communication and the demand to pay a cancellation fee after 56 minutes late is insane. Plus the claim that they got a $100 parking ticket that is ridiculous. Her then denying they were late when there's a clear record to me was the icing on the cake! Thank God for the ring camera! Still looking for a weekly and RELIABLE cleaning service. UPDATE: AND she's replied to my yelp with a lot of justification except for the hard fact that they arrived almost an HOUR late without reaching out. Yes, they rang my doorbell 7 times an hour late! I was no longer home. Alicia it's cool to see you can promptly reply to my yelp review, but failed to let your staff know that I was no longer home. YOU allowed them to wait around for the hour, not me. read more

Well the initial deep clean was good and on time. We set to come out once a month to keep things clean. The first appt - no show. I texted asking if I had the appt wrong. No, it had been missed. She apologized and They came out the next day. Work again was good. Verified at the end of the visit the next months appointment. At the time of the second appt, again, Integra did not show up or call. While their cleaning is good the failure to keep or even call about missing their appointment times is bad. I cannot recommend integra due to the fact that they do not keep the scheduled appts and do not call about the missed appointments. I gave up on them and hired a different company. read more

We had a pretty bad experience with another cleaning service in our area before we found Integra and I'm so glad I found them when I did. They are so awesome. Very friendly, exceptionally thorough, reasonably priced, and they have been flexible and accommodating the few times we've needed to adjust our usual biweekly scheduling. (See below) We booked them in a pinch. They cleaned our home & it looked amazing. Would I use them again, or recommend them to a friend? NO. Here's why. They were late to both the meeting for a quote (2hrs late) and on the day of the cleaning (almost an hour late). They broke a couple blinds, and they did deduct $50 from the bill, however our landlord charged us $200. The lady said she'd be willing to pay more if needed, but got nasty about it when I reached out to her. So we had to eat the $150 extra cost. Again, I commend them for a great job cleaning, but this lady + this company was not worth the headache!! read more
