This was our 1st time using Excel carpet cleaning, Inc and it was excellent service! Ian was our service provider and he provided exceptional customer service. We had a lot of urine stains from our cat and he was extremely knowledgeable in explaining what to expect. This Company specializes in pet stains and he did a wonderful job. Also, he was so kind and put me at ease about the condition of our carpets. Thank you Ian, and Excel! Betsy M. read more

It was refreshing to hire a company that actually knows what it is doing. Mike and Mary of Excel are exceptional. I have used another carpet cleaning company but they failed to remove some adhesive strip residue so I hired Excel. They showed up on time, assess the damage and applied the appropriated cleaning agents to remove the adhesive without damaging the carpeting. Excel keeps up to date on the latetest and most effective methods to get your carpet clean. Mike said we clean it or we don't charge. I wholeheartedly receommend Excel Carpet cleaning and will use again when the need arises.. read more

I had Excel come clean an empty four bedroom house prior to putting it up for sale. Ian did a great job, pulling a ton of dirt out of the rugs. The price was fair, and results great. read more

Amazing quality, punctuality, flexibility, and pristine performance. Would use again.

We have had our carpets cleaned by many different companies but never as thoroughly as Excel did the job. Now, we are sold and will never entrust anyone else for the job. They are truly a class act. read more

This was the second time I have used Excel for carpet cleaning and they did a great job treating the pet stains n odors. they were very quick n professional n reasonably priced read more

Very thorough and reasonably priced. Would definitely hire then again. In fact, we are scheduling a second appointment!

Very responsive and quality work. Good communication on pricing. Highly recommend. Carpets look great.

This is the second time we hired Excel Carpet to deep clean a huge house, and they yet again exceeded our expectations. Mike quoted us a lower price than anyone because of promotions we were aware of, and Ian showed up on time (we also got lucky with a last minute cancel so we got the same day service). I was expecting a 2-3 hour job, but Ian spent almost 5 hours and cleaned the carpet thoroughly. I appreciate his professional call that he can save the carpet and I felt good about the decision to clean instead of replace the carpet of the whole house. read more

Work was done nicely and carpets dried up as expected. The darker area along the wall did get cleaned but they mentioned that at start. No surprises read more

It is with great enthusiasm that I recommend Excel: If you want exceptional, knowledgeable, and caring service without being exploited, Excel should be top of your list. I've used Excel for whole-house carpet cleaning and most recently for a "carpet cleaning emergency" involving removing black overspray from a cream-colored carpet. I can't recommend them enough. The owners are caring and know the science behind carpet and upholstery cleaning. The team of technicians is highly qualified and knowledgeable. This family-owned business has built a well-deserved reputation for fairness and takes pride in knowing everything about its business, as well as its customers' needs. My experience has been nothing but incredible, and the level of care this company delivers is unparalleled. There are multiple carpet cleaning businesses out there, but Excel is the only business I recommend for your carpet and upholstery needs. read more

Excel does a really good job. I would recommend them for carpet cleaning. I regularly use them for my house.

This morning Excel Carpet Cleaning came out to our house to clean our 9 rooms of almost 40 year old carpet. They had not been steamed cleaned in a long while, (the last time they were cleaned, it was with a dry carpet cleaner.) After investigating the best method for deep cleaning very dirty carpets, I discovered that hot water extraction or steam cleaning was the best method. I liked that Excel Carpet Cleaning is family owned and that they use environmentally-friendly products. Our technician's name was Ian. He was very punctual, went right to work and did a great job treating our very stained and well-worn carpet. He is a perfectionist, (which I liked, because I am too.) Their prices are good; they were having a special, 5 carpeted areas cleaned for $249. We paid more because we had 9 rooms to clean and I wanted a few extras services for our dirty carpets. Ian threw in a few freebies as well; (he cleaned the area rug in front of our door, our new carpet on the stairs and used a special carpet scrubber in our workout room.) If you are in the market to get your carpets cleaned, I highly recommend Excel Carpet Cleaning to get the job done. read more

Excel was quick to respond and come out to clean our carpets! The previous tenants in our home did not maintain or clean the carpets like they should have. When we found it they were dirty and smelled terrible. Excel thoroughly cleaned the carpets and by the time they were done, they were a different color! They did a great job and the work is quite noticeable! read more

Professional and courteous. Responsive and charge fairly. 30+ years of experience shows.

Excellent, professional service from the company that has been in business more than 30 years. The cost was very reasonable for cleaning all of the carpet in my house. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

Exemplary customer service and impressive commitment to getting the job done! I conveniently booked Excel thru their website. Wish more companies offered this as going back and forth with a person on availability can be less than ideal. Dan, my scheduled professional, arrived on time and contacted me prior to his arrival- much appreciated. He was pleasant and thorough in explaining the process and how the pricing would apply to the areas in the home. The basement carpets were admittedly an eyesore and should've been professionally cleaned prior to move-in but shockingly, Dan had them looking great in no time. A few days after the clean/ move-out, the owner of the home complained of sharp, pungent odors that could even be smelled from outside an opened window. Completely perplexed and worried about the state of the previously unremarkable carpeting, I emailed asking for advice and whether they've experienced something like this before. Mary reached out the following morning and also ensured Mike would be contacting me. Long story short, Mike offered to personally come back out and apply a treatment to the carpets in attempt to remedy the carpet odor. It took a few subsequent trips to fix the problem but he was adamant he would be able to return the carpets to their former glory. True to his word, the pet odor could no longer be detected and most importantly, the landlord/ owner was happy. I'm greatly appreciative of his expertise in the field and for also going above and beyond for his customers. Could not have asked for better communication, customer education or a better end result. read more

They did a good job. The carpets still look good after 2 weeks. He was quick and even early for the appointment.

I'd like to commend Mr. Sean Connery of Excel Carpet Works for the professionalism he displayed yesterday while working at my apartment in the Meadowood Apartment complex. He'd been called late to clean up a nasty mess, following a sewer overflow into my apartment. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what I could do after he left. I don't know anything about this company, but from this employee I think they are "excellent" (pun intended). Thank you read more

Excel was amazing! Quick and well done!! House looked brand new. Prices were reasonable as well.

After our excellent experience with Excel Carpet Cleaning, we hired them to clean our carpets again. The carpet on our stairs was so dirty that I was wondering if we just needed to replace that carpet. Jeff from Excel showed up promptly for our 1pm appointment and did an excellent job. It even looks as though most, if not all, of the stains in the carpet on our stairs came out. Highly recommended! read more

The response was quick and they did the service that same afternoon! Ian was very personable, knowledgeable and communicative at every step of the service. Our carpet and tile came out very clean, looked great and and the price was lower than another floor cleaning service had given. I took several of their cards and am giving them to family members. We will use them again in the future and highly recommend them!!! Thank you Excel and Ian on a service well done! read more

Had them do duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. Super friendly service tech named Sam showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Professional and respectful of the property, he did a thorough job on the vents and carpets. Scheduling online was super easy and I was able to move my appointment up without a problem. We are completely satisfied with Geoff's work. We turned down another carpet cleaning business because they told us the pet stains wouldn't come out even if we paid $30 extra per room for pet treatment. I messaged Excel the same day with pictures asking if they could get the stains out and they were confident they would be able to so I scheduled an appointment through their website (love the convenience btw). I'm SO happy I contacted Excel because they got ALL of the pet stains out. On top of the quality work, the prices were so affordable! We'll definitely be recommending Excel to anyone who needs a cleaning. read more

Excel is the best carpet company I've hired. The smell of the of their cleaning compounds is just unbeatable (I've tried so many and can say they use top-notch stuff!) Plus, their customer service is excellent as well. Hours after Geoff cleaned my carpets yesterday, I realized I forgot to ask more details about additional services. I messaged Excel with my questions and Mary answered promptly. Soon after, Mike offered to come by the next day to do it for free. At first I turned this down because I didn't want them to travel extra. Minutes later Mike calls back saying he has a job on my street the next day and offers to do it again. That was so kind of him to offer a second time! So the next morning Mike and Mary come by to perfect the job that their son had diligently done. I'm impressed by this family's teamwork to make their customers happy. Hours later the carpets and rug still have a pleasant scent. There's nothing like clean, fluffy carpets to make a home feel extra cozy! Thank you, Excel! read more

Dan was awesome. Showed up on time and carried out the task in the shortest time possible. Also very professional. I would recommend Excel.

Did an amazing job but failed to keep up the time. Mike was very clear with the pricing.

I would not hastate to recommend this company. He listened to what my needs where, made recommendations and did exactly as I asked. It was dry in a few hours. This is a family business . I liked there was a price range from the moment I looked them up, to him explaining what cost what. He suggested repeat in two years. read more

Easy to work with and has a competitive price. My carpets look great all the pee stains are gone!

They really did a great job and our carpets look fantastic. It was so easy to book a cleaning online. I signed up at 11 pm from my computer, which is when I usually remember to do everything. They even sent out a reminder email 2 days before. The reason I took away a star is because the guy was 2 hours late. I planned my day around this and ended up stuck at home for hours with an antsy 2 year old. I didn't want to go anywhere and miss them, and he let me know he was running late an hour and 50 minutes after he was supposed to be here. I'm a very patient person and I'd like to consider myself to be kind (I still have the guy a nice tip, because he worked hard) and if I would have been told ahead of time that there was a delay, I could have taken my child outside for awhile and came home when they were on their way. I'd assume some people take off part of their morning for a thing like this, and I just have to put it out there that you might be waiting awhile without proper warning. read more

I always want to refer others to businesses that offer excellent service, clear pricing and respectful, friendly and efficient employees. This month I finally wanted to get the wrinkles out of our carpet and have it cleaned. Excel referred me to a great contractor for the carpet wrinkles and I am really happy with the result. Today Excel cleaned our carpets and they look great. Not only was the work done well, but communication about the timing was thoughtful and honest. The cost was what I expected....and to top it off the technician even replaced our faucet cover which had fallen off! I am happy to support a great local business and encourage you to try Excel! read more
