Although my carpets are cleaner than before the cleaning and the man who cleaned them was very nice, I can't recommend this place. They use environmentally-friendly products which is the reason I picked them. After the man left, I ended up vacuuming the whole house because he'd left behind much of the "sawdust" he'd used as part of the cleaning process. He first hand sprayed portions of the carpet and then threw out handfuls of what looked like sawdust all over. I've been finding bits of this granular dust all over the house for a week. He then used a cleaning machine and ended with vacuuming but it was not thorough at all! I had vacuumed the house before he arrived and was nit happy to have to do it again after he left. To top it all off, he tore my wingback chair by using too hot and uneven application of cleaner to it. See my photos. read more

Exceptional service, outcome and customer service!!! Paul responded to my quote request promptly and provided an estimate (that he came in below of!!!) I have three children in the house (plus a hamster but it doesn't really count in terms of messiness). With the amount and variety of child related spills (everything from juice, to vomit, and play dough) the carpets were filthy!!! We actually considered replacing the carpet (10 years old) but it would have costed almost $10,000. Over the holidays I had about 10 kids over for a cookie baking party and pretty much right after decided that the carpets require a professional cleaning. They looked ruined. Paul came on the dot, measured the areas (subtracting where the furnishings were) and thoroughly cleaned in under 90 minutes. He uses a natural surfactant that kills germs and allergens. The carpets were just vacuumed yesterday but he pulled a ton of hair with his machine! The spots came out completely and the carpets were dry. He is so professional and a pleasure to work with. I will return for an annual cleaning. read more

We have used Enviro-Care once or twice a year for almost 20 years, and it has extended the life of our carpets. Super nice job and very nice person! Always a pleasure to work with. I decided to splurge on carpet and upholstery cleaning in my apartment to combat the dust, stains, and pet odors that had accumulated over my ~3 year stay here. I researched a few companies, but Enviro-care had stellar yelp reviews as well as a Microsoft prime card discount, so I called their number first. Normally I prefer to email businesses since I'm deaf, but there was no email listed so I called the number using an online captioning service. Paul spoke with me and was very patient as I waited for the captions (You'd be surprised how many businesses hang up!). We then switched over to text to confirm the details and time of my appointment (set for 3-4 days after I called). Overall, super easy to set up :-). Paul came over at the agreed upon time. He is wonderful- professional, courteous, and friendly. Really knows his stuff and is excited to talk about the products he uses. He first did measurements and walked me through the pricing and the good deals. I had to spend most of my time entertaining my drama queen doggy but when I was around, Paul asked if I wanted to see the dirty water from steam cleaning the couch and mattress (sooo dirrrty) and showed me the cleaning products he was using. He worked for 2 hours in total. When my dog and I got back from a walk towards the end, the apartment looked and smelled incredible!!! Some tough stains that I thought were immortal were all gone! Paul rocks. It truly feels like a brand new home. It was a pleasure working with Paul and I'll definitely continue getting carpet cleanings from EnviroCare in the future. Highly recommend! read more

I was looking to have my carpets cleaned without steam. After searching the Internet for one-minute, I came across Enviro-Care Inc. I called to make an appointment and spoke directly with Paul, Owner of Enviro-Care Inc. He quoted me a very fair price and then he came out three days later. He arrived and explained all about the Host Dry Cleaning method. I was impressed that he was on-time for the appointment and was extremely professional! Since I have had my carpets cleaned my home smells better and feels more sanitized. If you are looking for GREEN carpet cleaning, look no further than Enviro-Care! I asked for his business cards and have given them to friends that are tired of having their rugs steam cleaned. They too know how particular I am, and since he came highly rated... they will for sure call him. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Paul is amazing and always wants to ensure that his customers are satisfied. Without a doubt... I will call Paul next year for another carpet cleaning. read more

Paul and dry carpet cleaning should put the wet guys out of business! This unusual method of carpet cleaning not only leaves you with dry carpets, it feels like any unwanted debris and odors have been lifted and vaccumed away. Past experience with wet cleaning has left me feeling like the problem was covered up. The dry method pulls everything from dander to various oils up and out of your carpet. Truly amazing and truly clean. As someone who works with a Pilates studio I would recommend Paul for business use who work with the most sensitive and discerning clientelle. Additionally, I have heard from collegues that have had Paul clean their home carpets, it feel as if they have new carpeting. read more

I hate to ruin the perfect 5-star review streak of this business, and I rarely give negative reviews, but I have a few issues that I think that potential clients of Paul's need to know about. Perhaps Paul is becoming complacent with so many happy customers and is letting his standard of customer care slip, or perhaps he was having a certain kind of day. Either way, I intend my post as a learning experience for him so that no other customers have to deal with what I had to deal with the other day, and that all of his other customers in the future can hopefully continue to give him well-deserved 5 star reviews. Paul came out to clean the carpets in my Magnolia home 3 months ago. If that was my only experience with him, I would have given him 5 stars just like everyone else here. That time, he was prompt, courteous, professional, and did a great job. His fee was clear in advance, and it was a reasonable fee for the amount of work to be done. Our carpets looked several shades lighter after he was done, and we could walk on our carpets only 3 hours after he finished cleaning them. I was raving about him to family and friends. The second time that I worked with Paul was a week or two ago. I had him come out to the Magnolia place again to clean a couple of large area rugs that I recently received. For this particular time, I got a voice mail on my phone as I was on the road heading out to the Magnolia home, which was a 45-minute drive from where I was. It was Paul. He was asking if he could come ONE HOUR EARLY, with exactly 2 hours of notice, for this job. While this was slightly annoying and I found it to be slightly disrespectful, I figured that if I was in his shoes, I may think that I might as well ask -- the client may say yes, and the client can easily say no if it does not work for them. So I called him and left him a voice mail and told him that I'd be out at the house exactly 5 minutes prior to our agreed-upon meeting time, and that I'd see him there. I would like to clearly emphasize that I did NOT apologize for not being able to accommodate HIS schedule, as, of course, there was nothing for me to apologize for. I was also not angry - YET - I was slightly annoyed, but polite. Paul called me back about 15 minutes prior to our agreed-upon meeting time. This is where things started to get weird. Paul said TWICE "It's okay that you couldn't meet me an hour earlier, but since you couldn't, I went home, fed the dog, did a couple of chores, and now I am running late." AS THOUGH I HAD APOLOGIZED and AS THOUGH IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT SHOWING UP AN HOUR EARLY THAT HE WAS NOW LATE FOR OUR APPOINTMENT. It is the business' responsibility to accommodate client schedules, not the other way around. There's no harm in him asking to meet earlier than agreed upon, but to blame me for his lateness since I was unable to accommodate his last-minute meet-one-hour-early request is incredibly unprofessional, off-putting, and outright ridiculous. I was clearly annoyed at this point, but tried to tone that down since I just wanted my carpet cleaned and to get on with my day. Paul showed up quite a bit late, THEN HE STOPPED CLEANING THE CARPET TO TALK ON HIS PHONE THREE DIFFERENT TIMES IN THE MIDDLE OF HIS JOB. This wasn't a long job. It wouldn't have taken more than 2 hours if not for his lateness and his calls. Not only had he showed up late, and blamed ME for him being late, he was now taking what were clearly casual, social, non-emergency calls in the middle of his job?!?! Paul even knew that this was unprofessional because he came over to me and told me in a guilty tone of voice that he could never get that guy, "Mike," off of the phone. Then he explained all about who Mike was to him and how they met. I hadn't asked. At this point, I am starting to get REALLY irritated thinking, "You already showed up late, blamed that on ME AS THE CLIENT NOT SHOWING UP AN HOUR EARLY AT LAST MINUTE NOTICE, and then you already know that you cannot get this guy off of the phone, and you accept his social call in the middle of your job?" No, no, NO! Needless to say, I will not be using Paul's business in the future. My intent of this review is so that he understands that this is really, really not acceptable and he needs to not do this again, not take his 5 star reviews for granted, and go back to his outstanding level of service in future that everyone else is happy with. Paul, if you have seen a client a total of 2 times, this does not mean that you have license to act unprofessionally the second time around. You need to stick to your usual standards of professionalism, ESPECIALLY with repeat customers. You deserve to keep every penny of your money that I have paid you for both times, since you showed up and did the job and since my carpets look clean, but please don't take repeat customers' business for granted in terms of letting your professionalism slide. This is not an okay way for you to treat a client. read more

Paul did a great job and communication was easy via text. His estimate was on point so no surprises or additional charges. I had to change the appointment last minute but he was very accommodating. Would repeat should I need carpet cleaning services again. read more

Called to discuss pricing and his schedule and ended up talking taking directly with Paul (owner/operator), and had a convenient appointment scheduled all in a couple of minutes. Paul was on time, went the extra mile to get some stains out, and the carpets and upholstery came out looking fantastic, smelling great and dried quickly. This is my go-to going forward, don't know how it could have turned out any better! read more

After a summer long house full of visiting children, grandchildren, & dogs, our carpet was a mess with coffee stains, spilled something-or-other, and doggie spots. We've used steam cleaning carpet services in the past but that keeps the house virtually unusable for at least 24 hours. We took a chance on Enviro Care cleaning...a whole different process from steam cleaning...and it was fantastic, fast, safe, our carpet looks like new and smells wonderful. Paul was able to come on a few days notice. He was very professional, reliable, and personable to boot! From now on, no one else will clean our carpets. read more

Paul was incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. His rates are affordable, his work is remarkable, and his expertise is unparalleled. I cannot recommend his services enough. read more

Paul did an excellent job cleaning our carpets in our 3 story home. He was on time, very courteous and professional and we were very pleased with the results. The time it took was much faster than expected and we were very happy to find a service that doesn't use harsh chemicals and is effectively dry in an hour or so, except a couple heavier traffic areas which still took no more than 3-4 hours to completely dry. We will definitely be using his services again! read more

Rarely pick anyone off the net unless someone I know has used them. Took a chance because the reviews on Yelp were so good for Enviro Care. Really glad we did. Carpets look great, on time and really really a nice person. I would recommend this company very highly. read more

Paul at Enviro-Care is excellent at cleaning carpets and removing tough spots. He uses a dry, environmentally-friendly cleaning process--no soapy, sudsy products that just wind up attracting more dirt. He's super-responsive (came out the very next day), clean, and courteous. I've hired him several times over the past 5 years, and I won't even consider using anyone else now. read more

There is nothing better than working with a person who does a fantastic job, is trustworthy and loves what he does. I have worked with Paul and Enviro Care several times over the past few years for two different houses, and he's my go-to guy for all things carpet and cleaning. Fast and careful, he's also quite flexible with his schedule to accommodate those problems that often pop up. As a consumer, I'm very picky and have never awarded five stars to anyone! THE BEST. read more

I'm going to be honest. I wouldn't normally pay for this service for my couch. But there was a Living Social deal, and we had just gotten this couch used, and my girlfriend wanted the peace of mind that comes with a good cleaning. The value of the service was apparent by the look on her face when the couch dried off and we put the cushions back. Money well spent. When Paul came, he was personable, amicable, helpful. Self sufficient, and courteous. Would have to problem recommending him to ANYONE that wanted this service done. I have no doubt that if I wasn't satisfied with something that he would take care of it until I was. Did I mention he was early, and that when I wasn't around, he had no problem waiting for a few minutes till I arrived? Top notch service! I might not have paid for this at full price, but I think that is more a reflection of me and how much we spend on furniture, and not on the value of his services. If you want your furniture cleaned and sanitized in an environmentally safe way, Paul is the way to go! read more

Had a great experience with Enviro Care. Showed up on time, communicated well before appointment, and set the proper expectations as we walked through cleaning tasks. Had a couch, stairs, and a rug cleaned and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Will definitely use again. read more

Enviro-Care did a perfect job and provided really excellent and friendly service. The cleaning process worked really well for our two large (9x11) wool rugs that hadn't been properly cleaned since they were purchased 10 years ago. They look almost new again and are odor-free. And Paul is very easy to work with, helpful and accommodating. Can't recommend him highly enough! read more

I purchased a living social coupon for upholstery cleaning from Enviro-care and couldn't be happier. My furniture was in terible shape after a few moves and sitting in storage for a year. Great job! Very knowledgeable, excellent service. Cleaned a very difficult rug and furniture

Our carpet was in need of a cleaning - I did not want to have a long dry time or a lot of chemicals (we have an asthmatic senior cat) - Paul listened to my concerns, made sure I understood the HOST method of cleaning, gave me an estimate up-front and was able to schedule us quickly. He was on-time, super courteous and the carpet throughout the house now looks amazing! There was a citrus scent in the air for a few hours but that dissipated. The carpet was almost dry before Paul left. The cat was fine (once I let him out of the bathroom). I am thrilled with the results and will happily use Enviro-Care in the future. read more

We've been satisfied customers of Enviro-Care for years.
