Blue Earth Carpet Cleaning - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Wow! I can't tell you how pleased we are with this company! I can't imagine using anyone other than Dimitri from now on. Dimetri is a great guy. The kind of guy you could schedule to come in when you're away on vacation to clean your carpets, and never give it a second thought. In fact, Dimitri and his father, Bill, have clients that routinely give them a key out so they can come in, do their work, and secure the house on their way out. Incredibly stand up, trustworthy people. Dimitri's father, Bill, started this business years ago. Dimitri grew up helping him. Now Bill is pretty much retired and Dimitri runs the company. Dimitri is a hard working guy, and takes a lot of pride his work. And rightly so. He has the very best, very expensive equipment. It pulls most of the water/steam out and your carpets will dry very quickly. My carpets desperately needed cleaning. Dimitri made them look brand new. Even areas I could not get clean with spot cleaning are now perfect. He's a magician!! If you want a great job done by a genuinely great guy, call Dimitri at Blue Earth. You will not be disappointed! read more

Dimitri and his Dad Bill are wonderful people to work with. Dimitri cleaned and treated each and every stain caused by pets, coffee, coloring, you name it. He worked for straight 5 hours and made sure everything looked good. I haven't professionally cleaned my carpet for ten years and it looks brand new now. I am very pleased. read more

Summary: They did a great job for us. Our carpets hadn't been cleaned in quite a while (only vacuumed) and we were getting dust on everything even after vacuuming, so Blushing Bride and I asked a friend for a recommendation. We were told that Blue Earth did a good job, so we called and made an appointment for an estimator to come out and give us a quote. A very personable "Bill" came out, checked out the job, and gave us a very reasonable estimate, then set up an appointment to come out about a week later to do the job. When the appointment day came, "Bill" and his son "Stephen" were about an hour late, which bugged Blushing Bride a bit. But the work they did more than made up for the lateness. The carpets look about ten years newer, and are really clean. The dust problem we were experiencing is now gone, and the place smells good too. I don't know a lot about carpet cleaners, but from my experience, these guys seem to do a really good job for a reasonable price. I'd give them a shot if you want to clean up your place. Thumbs up. read more

Dimitri arrived on time, provided a professional and friendly greeting, then surveyed and measured our space. Their phone quotes are likely conservative to avoid surprises upon arrival. After measuring actual square footage, Dimitri reduced our price by 30% below what was quoted by phone. He was friendly throughout the process, offering advice for keeping our type of carpet looking good and maintained, and taking care to protect walls, corners, and furniture. We are very happy with the results, stains and discoloration are all gone, and for a fair price. We will definitely use Blue Earth again in the future. read more

This is my first time writing a review of any kind, so you know I must have been very impressed with the fantastic service I received from Blue Earth Carpet Cleaning. Bill was friendly, informative, and very professional. He got our carpets far cleaner than any other company has, and our carpets were a mess of pet and other stains. Bill also threw in all kinds of extra work for FREE...like cleaning some chairs and other throw rugs. Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with the terrific service and highly recommend these folks!!! Susan Burke Redmond, WA read more

Thank you Dimitri for cleaning our carpets throughout our house. He is a very nice person and goes beyond the call of duty. We will have him back to clean the carpet for another place. Highly recommend Blue Earth Carpet. read more

I'm updating my review but all my original praise remains the same. I wanted Dimitri in to clean our carpets again because I was expecting out of town visitors (one of whom was a newly crawling toddler) and I didn't want to be embarrassed at the state of my carpets. Yes, in two years, my two kids have made my carpets disgusting once again. Yet, once again, Dimitri was a miracle worker and the carpets look as good as I'm sure they did when they were originally installed (probably sometime in the 80s). Tonight, my MIL remarked about how impressed she was by how clean the carpets have stayed. I called last minute and I appreciated that Blue Earth could accommodate me (I'm sure Dimitri heard the desperation in my voice!) Thanks Blue Earth and I promise not to wait another two years to get them cleaned again. read more

Dimitri and his father have been cleaning my parents carpets in their home for over 20 years and have loved them! When my husband and I were moving out of our rented condo after buying a house and had it in our contracts to get the carpets cleaned, I immediately called my mother for their information. Dimitri was easy to work with, easy to arrange a time with and was prompt when getting to our condo on the day we needed him. He was very quick, professional and friendly, and the carpets looked like new!! Highly recommend Blue Earth to anyone looking for great carpet cleaners! read more

I am very satisfied with how clean my area rugs, couch and carpeted stairs are now! I was hopeless after so much wear and tear. Instead of throwing my carpets out or going though the hassle of renting a rug cleaning machine, I called Bill at Blue Earth Carpet Cleaners on a Wednesday and his son Dimitri was able to come out the following Monday. My furniture and rugs are like new again. I am amazed. My husband and I are so happy with the results! It was really such a pleasure to work with this father/son team. They are true professionals and their prices are more than fair. They are honest and hard working. These guys are extremely respectful and careful. Moved into a new home that needed the carpets cleaned before our furniture showed up. We called Bill and he was very responsive with fulfilling our needs promptly. After he gave us a very competitive quote for the areas that needed to be cleaned, he also offered us a first time customer complimentary scotch guard treatment of our high traffic area. His decades worth of experience really showed after the job was completed. We will certainly use his services again. Highly recommended! read more

Well earned 5 stars. Excellent service and very friendly father and son duo. Bill called me promptly after requesting an estimate on the site. His father Bill actually did the job. Service is well priced for the value, priced as quoted and no hidden or extra fees. Carpet looks great and even managed to get some of the really tough spots out. I plan to work with them again soon in my new place. read more

Just wanted to take a few to give Dimitri at Blue Earth a huge THANK YOU for coming to clean in our home today. My baby was not feeling too well earlier, and had a projectile milk accident on the carpets. I called Dimitri to see if he could tackle this spot and our stairs while he was here. Dimitri made and effort to come the same day. He's professional, friendly, and extremely great at his craft. Our milky pond is gone, baby's play room is spotless, and our cream colored berber carpeted stairs look almost brand new. As renters, its great to know we have a new guy to call when carpet emergencies happen. If you're looking for quality service, Blue Earth gets the job done. THANK YOU DIMITRI! read more

Outstanding service! Bill performed the work at my apartment. He was prompt, professional and most importantly personable. He takes the time to explain what he does if you have questions. I rent an apartment in Redmond and have a cat. He was able to clean up all the stains my family have made, even the challenging ones. The price for the service was better than what I used to pay for in Florida. I highly recommend them if you are looking for the best cleaning service in the Redmond/Seattle area. I will be using them again and so should you. read more

Thank you for referring me to Anderson Carpet when your schedule wouldn't allow time for my home! Lisa was a blessing! Thank you thank you

We can't recommend Blue Earth highly enough! They are prompt and professional, and get excellent results (even though we have pets and 18 year old carpeting). They are also very careful to avoid damaging furniture and baseboard corners, plus the carpeting dried very quickly. We've used them twice, and won't use anyone else! read more

I am very pleased with my experience from Blue Earth Carpet Cleaning. We are renting and "inherited" not so clean carpets that have several stains, pet smells and filtration marks around the register vents After calling other companies (which I also researched reviews from Yelp and Yellow Pages), Blue Earth was the only one that voluntarily set up an in home estimate (at no cost) within a couple of days of making the inital call. Bill (owner) came to the house to inspect our carpets. He measured the rooms, counted the stairs and explained their cleaning process: focused on PH levels, source of stains and informed me of the strength of their hoses/cleaning solutions and gadgets. His upfront estimate provided an exact dollar amount (the other companies said their verbal estimate was just that: an estimate; it could change based upon actual room size, number of actual pet treatments, etc... After speaking with Bill, we set up a date for our carpet cleaning for just a few days later. Note: Blue Earth's price was more than I was quoted from the other companies. I figured once I roll up the prices for the "additional work", the prices would most likely be close... and since I liked Bills information/knowledge (40 years of cleaning), it was worth the investment. The morning of our cleaning, Bill arrived on time and with his son, Stephan. (Stephan was equally involved in the carpets... went right to work on the carpets while Bill battled with the pet stains). They finished in a couple of hours (I was not present during the cleaning) and locked up the house. Upon my return to the house after work, the house smelled clean. The carpet stains were gone and the pet smell was not as intense... (Bill recommended that they return in 6 months to re-treat the highly effected pet area... and in the same breath, he said he would just get the carpet replaced). Now--- if that isn't an honest guy! I highly recommend using Blue Earth Carpet Cleaning! The carpets feel softer, the house smells better and the dark black marks around the register vents are carpet colored again. The money you spend is more than the other companies, but you get your worth and there is value in that! read more

FANTASTIC!!!! THERE IS NO NEED TO CALL ANYONE ELSE FOR YOUR CARPET CLEANING NEEDS!!! Blue Earth Carpet Cleaning did a top job on my very very dirty carpet. Both Bill and Stephen were wonderful to work with, each brought a lot of expertise to the job. You would be hard pressed to find better. Most companies try and skimp on the amount of work that they do....NOT BLUE EARTH! Stephen went above and beyond to even clean my entry way carpet as he left.(and that was not even on the job ticket) Thanks guys for a JOB WELL DONE!!! read more

I had my carpets cleaned a few months ago which has made them WAY easier to vacuum. I would have thought you'd want your carpets cleaned a few times a year but it turns out you only need to do it every 12-18 months. Very cool. The cleaning process was pretty fast and the carpets were dry pretty quickly. I also have a cat and didn't have to worry about the products hurting her so that is a huge bonus. Awesome family-owned business, they're really great. read more

Dimitri is the best! I was referred to Blue Earth by a housekeeping service I just hired to clean my parent's rental property. The carpet needed a LOT of work and I had already prepared myself for the fact that a lot of these stains were not going to come out--he exceeded my expectations. Dimitri measured out the space (turned out it was a lot bigger than I imagined in my head), did the best he could to work with me on price, and then worked his knowledge and magic. Super friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend! read more

Had a great experience with Blue Earth Carpet Cleaning last spring when I was in a pinch and needed quick assistance cleaning carpets after a move-out. Dimitri came to my rescue and squeezed me in. I'm sure it was taxing on him to make the time for me but he was friendly and gracious, and took the time to explain the services and educate me on the cleaning process as a whole. I can see why his family has a successful business, as he demonstrates that he genuinely cares about happy customers, and Blue Earth goes the extra mile. Dimitri was a pleasure to work with, and even took the time to chat with my rambunctious 5-year-old. An added bonus was the cleaning didn't introduce any odd smells or perfumes. The carpet looked great after he was done. I would use this company again in a heartbeat! read more
