Michael charges hourly for his service and that's helpful because you can tell him to go over a room again or tell him that the room is good enough. He got stains out that we thought were permanent. He explained how carpet cleaning works, how his equipment works vs the other guys, and even gave us a writeup about how to spot clean the carpet ourselves in the future with vinegar etc. If you only want to do a cheap clean of the surface, choose someone else. If you want to pay a little more for the best carpet cleaner out there, call Michael. Our carpets are literally softer and more cushy now that Michael removed all the dirt and old soap residue from the carpets.

Both were professional and courteous, taking care as they brought their equipment into my home. I have hardwood floors and they were very careful to not scratch them, and immediately wiped up even small dribbles of water from their hoses. I had moved most small things, hoping they would be able to push couches and beds out of the way in order to clean the entirety of the carpeted areas, which they were more than willing to do. Not at all a critique, but because they were so very through, it took them a number of hours to clean the carpets, so a heads-up to other Yelpers to give yourselves enough time. Carpets were fresh and clean when they left, and a very tough stain is now almost completely gone. I would highly recommend them for the job, and will certainly use them again myself.
