The show room is small so be aware that the carpet choices offered in the show room is going to be limited. I did also get a quote from another highly rated carpet store and ended up choosing Carpet King for the installation. Great communication, no issues with the competent and friendly installation team, and I'm completely satisfied with the carpet installation and our carpet choice. Their pricing was also competitive (they did suggest a different carpet brand than all the other estimates but I am very happy with this carpet). The install was top notch. I was really impressed with the care that they took not to damage anything in the house as they removed the old carpet and installed new carpet. They didn't scuff any walls, baseboard or railings. (I've never seen such a good job before!) Letty did mention that I chose a soft back carpet and that makes a big difference in reducing any damage. The quality of the install was also great. All of the seams are well blended and don't show. There aren't any defects and it looks great! I ended up going with a plush carpet and 10lb underlay and it was such an upgrade over the carpet that was in the house. (And the previous owner claimed they went with a mid-level carpet.)
