The team at NW Spotless Cleaning has been cleaning our home for two years now. Between work, two toddlers, and a dog that sheds year-round, I just couldn't keep up. Not to mention that I am not known for my neatness. I have had other cleaning services and individuals over the years, but NW Spotless cleaning is the most thorough, reliable, and easy to work with! First, since I work from home, I appreciate having a team of people in and out of the house in under 3 hours (or house is over 4500 sq feet), as opposed to one person here all day. They are very fast, but more importantly, very thorough. Second, they are incredibly trustworthy and genuinely nice. We have had the same two or three people at our house since the beginning, and they've had our house key for over a year. If I leave money on my dresser (which I do, without thinking), it simply gets dusted and stacked. They are always sweet and helpful, and never seem to mind if I have a special request (e.g. clean the inside of the microwave). Lastly, we also own a home building business, and have had NW Spotless cleaning do our construction cleaning as well as our own move-out cleaning in the past. They are great--they can do it all! read more

Looking for consistency, reliability and fair pricing? Look no further! Lourdes and her team have provided cleaning services for several of my companies' new construction homes and apartment turnovers, as well as personal jobs. NSC is our go to company for all of our cleaning needs! I have been very pleased with their work. In the past, if I've ever felt like an area was missed or would have liked it done differently, I communicate with Lourdes directly and she always offers to rectify the issue/concern. I always know they will get the job done and show up when scheduled - this can be an issue with other companies. They are very professional, responsive, and make scheduling a breeze. Highly recommend! read more

Historically, we've not had a service come help with cleaning our home. But over the course of a number of weeks this summer we just had too much going on for the house not to be a total disaster before and after multiple sets of visitors stayed with us, so we bit the bullet. Northwest Spotless Cleaning did an incredible job and we couldn't have been happier. Our floors, bathrooms, counter tops, bedrooms, etc., etc., were spotless. It felt soooo good to come home to a sparkling clean house. The prices are reasonable and Lourdes is extremely responsive. I see us being lifelong customers. read more

The building manager for my former apartment building recommended this service to me. I booked a time for them to come clean my apartment immediately before my final inspection, as I was moving to another state. They charged $130 and two of them were there for about 45 minutes. They pretty much sprinted out (one of them left without saying anything, the other was jogging out the door when I asked her if they were done). She allowed me to do a cursory inspection but then continued on - clearly annoyed that I wanted to check their work. Afterwards, I found many areas where they had missed. Honestly - they mostly did good work, but they were going so fast that they really did not do a complete job. If they had taken another 10 minutes they probably could have finished. I would not recommend them because of this. read more

Northwest Spotless Cleaning has been cleaning my home for about 8 months now. I never expected to use a cleaning service, and didn't feel comfortable setting up service at all. I didn't like the idea of not doing it myself, and didn't like having someone in my house to do it - would I have to tell them what to do every week? Would I need to make time for a *relationship*? At last I gave in. I tried 4 different services, over 8 weeks, and was most comfortable, and most impressed, with Northwest. We arranged for cleaning every other week, at about 1.5 hours each time. (I have a small house with no carpeting.) Typically I let a team of two in, make sure they know where I've left their check, and head out to work. When I come home from work I can tell instantly how much better everything is. It is a VERY satisfying experience, and I with I'd started a long time ago. My evenings and weekends are much improved, and the cost is well worth it. Floors and surfaces are very clean, loose messes are tidied. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom is spotless and looks brand new. From time to time they take on a deeper cleaning in a trouble spot (like under the kitchen sink). The team is always very pleasant, and always extremely efficient. They are all about getting the job done. They don't expect anything more than to be allowed to do their job, and I am very happy to clear the way for them. I would recommend Northwest Spotless Cleaning without reservation, for single or ongoing use. read more

Lourdes and Bette were able to fit us in immediately and are now scheduled weekly to come and preserve our sanity. VERY fast, diligent, and friendly and although I've had no special requests, I'm certain the ladies would be very amenable. Highly recommend them!!! Another service that NW Spotless offers is thorough floor cleaning: from tile to hardwood and carpet/area rugs. Jay was sent to our home the day after the ladies first cleaned. We ran into some issues with the ancient tile sealer being accidentally stripped (so not his fault! a normal cleaning took it off); except for the unexpected inconvenience of the ordeal - Jay was magnificent. He worked his tail off resolving the situation (scrubbing the remaining sealer off, thoroughly cleaning, then resealing the floors. Appr. 650 sq ft!). Not to mention the results: our carpets and rugs look fabulous and our tile floors and bamboo kitchen floors look better than new. This company is reliable, hardworking, and produces top results. We're very satisfied customers. read more

We have been using NW Spotless Cleaning for a year now and they have been so great. Lourdes and her team are very reliable and always do a fantastic job. They worked tirelessly to find our stove range knob which had accidentally fallen off during one of the cleans. With the help of Lourdes' kind husband they were able to successfully retrieve the knob from a hole in the floor under the stove. I have heard other accounts of them taking time to personally replace minor damaged items. They are honest and hard working. Highly recommend this team! read more

It was my first time to hire a house cleaning company to clean my house. My schedule was tight. I contacted a couple of cleaning companies to get quotes. NW Spotless' price was quite reasonable. It was easy to work with them and Lourdes was willing to accommodate my time and request. On the day of cleaning, Lourdes and Lilian arrived on time. They started cleaning immediately. They worked like a team and were pretty fast. They cleaned more than 45 minutes longer than they quoted me. However, they didn't charge me any extra for that. Although they missed a few spots, I was still very satisfied with the result. I highly recommend them. Michelle read more

The evening after Lourdes and her crew cleans my home is my favorite evening of the whole month. I come home to a refreshed house where I can RELAX. I am most impressed with the faucets--they are always insanely shiny, which brings me more joy than I ever anticipated. I also have a white sink--which is funny, because before NW Spotless Cleaning I thought my sink was gray. They are the best and most thorough around--and they do carpets! Plus they are all super nice and professional. Can't be beat! read more

Great carpet cleaning! I scheduled with Northwest just to get the carpeting on my stairs cleaned (3 flights in a town home) but "J" said for my package price I could get two bedrooms too. I have a kitty who has tummy troubles sometimes but the spot removal work made all of the stains disappear! He navigated my tight stairwells perfectly and got rid of even "mystery" spots on carpets that I inherited with the house. He didn't over-wet the carpeting and it was dry by the end of the day and smelled great. He left behind a bottle of spot cleaner and said I'll get a notice at 11 months into the 12-month warranty to see if I need anything done. Didn't try to push any extra services (although I would have taken the Scotchguarding had I realized it was available). Will use Northwest Spotless again! read more

I am highly impressed with the Northwest Spotless Cleaning crew! I contacted them and a few other cleaning companies only a couple weeks in advance for a move-out clean; they were the first to respond and had the best quote. Day of, they showed up on time and got started immediately. I didn't even have to stick around, just let them in and they did their thing. I stopped by my apartment the next day and the place was absolutely sparkling .... probably even cleaner than we we had moved in! We also had them clean the carpets, and these too were fantastic! I was impressed at what a thorough job they did and how hassle free they were to deal with (quick with emails and phone calls!). I am now going to hire them for monthly cleaning at my new place. Love them! read more

My neighbors water heater broke and some water leaked in my home (live In a town house). I had an apt with them the next and they text me to confirm. I told them it was up to them if they wanted to come since my carpets were drying from being shampooed and they text me saying they couldn't work in those conditions. I then asked if they wanted me to to get a hold of them when everything was dried and fixed. They never replied. I waited a week and asked for an ally telling them the carpets are clean and everything was fixed they ignored me again read more

Lourdes and another woman arrived at 3:45 pm for a cleaning that had been scheduled for 1:30 (moved from the original 11:30am when Lourdes called to say at 11am they couldn't come until 1:30.) The pre-arranged charge for the two women to clean the 1100 square foot house was $180. For $180, I assumed I would get least 4 hours of honest work from each cleaner and that the house would be thoroughly cleaned. That did not happen. After cleaning for 1 1/4 hours, Lourdes announced that they were finished. I was startled. If $180 bought only 1 1/4 hours of work, then I was paying Lourdes and her helper $144 per hour. I had no idea cleaners were so expensive. I started to look around the house and immediately say several areas that had not been cleaned, like the dirty corners on the bathroom floor and the dirty ledges everywhere in the bathroom. Then I pointed out dirt on doors that hadn't been cleaned, two sets of windows that hadn't been cleaned and so on for about 30 minutes until I tired of telling the cleaners how to clean a house. I was appalled at the lack of effort. The only positive comment I can make about my experience with Lourdes and her helper is that they were pleasant and quickly cleaned up the areas I pointed out. However, she did not clean the house as she had promised. I had to spend several hours cleaning the stove top, dishwasher, kick plates, baseboards, cabinet fronts and drawers, the top of the refrigerator and so on. Also, Lourdes will not clean light fixtures or walls. I can understand not cleaning walls painted with flat paint because they can smear and look worse. However, I do not understand not cleaning bathroom walls that have a washable paint. My bathroom walls were left covered with hair. I would not recommend this cleaning service. read more

Jay has done a very professional work for our new house. So I am here to comment on the experience I had with him. Before I contact Jay, I contacted several companies on Yelp and some didn't pick up the phone and some are not available within 2 weeks. But Jay is available and can work to the time suitable for us. Jay have all the professional equipment for the carpet cleanning, and he does it very professionally, with all the protection for furnitures and walls. He spent 4 hours cleaning our carpet. The carpet is in good condition and he took 4 hours very carefully clean them, so I believe they are all thoroughly clean. He said if the carpet is more dirty, like some of the apartment he saw, he will take longer time to repeatedly wash them until it is clean. I can see how devoted he is. He also tell us a lot of information on how to protect carpet, hardwood and how to best maintain them, how to clean walls, fences and airduct etc.. We learned a lot from his information. He does not reserve anything about how his work can be done and how to save money for us. Also, he gave us a big discount in carpet scotch guard service. He also left us 2 bottles of chemicals for self cleaning. Anyway, he is really a nice and professional person. He explanin everything and every word that we don't understand. It is really helpful. If I need a cleaning job next year, I will definitely ask him. read more

I had my carpets cleaned and they did such a good job I had them come back to do the wood and tile floors. Having them come by made a huge difference and I would definitely recommend their service as professional, knowledgable, and fair. read more

Great job at a great price for cleaning our apartment and carpets. The only niggle we had was the carpets were left too damp. When we returned a couple days later with the landlord for the final walk through, the apartment smelled rather musty but was otherwise in excellent shape. read more

Trustworthy, fast, and thorough, plus friendly and amenable to special requests. If your place is relatively clean already, they'll dig in and deep-clean things, which I especially appreciate. Their prices are about the same as all the other cleaning companies I contacted (about the middle, not the cheapest nor the most expensive). They're not, however, punctual (can be quite late, though they'll let you know) or easy to get a hold of to schedule cleanings. That's not as important once you have an established relationship, but leaves a bad first impression. read more

If i could give this company a higher that 5 stars I would. I was in a rush and needed some tile, grout and carpets cleaned. I was lucky enough to get Jay on the line, and he fit me into his schedule, and did an amazing job. He is very hardworking, knowledgeable, professional, and talented. I had some tough stains that nobody wanted to touch, and Jay got them out. The tile and grout he cleaned looks amazing. He definitely went above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you Jay for all your hard work and awesome job. I will definitely be recommending you to everyone. read more
