We had been clients of Merry Maids of Lynnwood, but when the Bellevue branch wouldn't return my calls, I decided to try a service that was local instead. 2 years later I'm very happy with that decision! Gilmer is quite responsive to texts and accommodating to the occasional special request, and the team is always polite and thorough. They're helping us keep our beautiful home in great shape (and have been gentle with our nice area rugs!), and I truly appreciate the hard work they put in. These ladies and gents are pros.

The team was on time, organized, and very dedicated. My house looked beautiful, clean, and well taken care of, with a much better appearance and value. It is not easy these days to find a company that truly cares about delivering quality from start to finish. That is why I genuinely recommend their services. Not to mention that I am not known for my neatness. I have had other cleaning services and individuals over the years, but NW Spotless cleaning is the most thorough, reliable, and easy to work with! First, since I work from home, I appreciate having a team of people in and out of the house in under 3 hours (or house is over 4500 sq feet), as opposed to one person here all day. They are very fast, but more importantly, very thorough. Second, they are incredibly trustworthy and genuinely nice. We have had the same two or three people at our house since the beginning, and they've had our house key for over a year. If I leave money on my dresser (which I do, without thinking), it simply gets dusted and stacked. They are always sweet and helpful, and never seem to mind if I have a special request (e.g. clean the inside of the microwave). Lastly, we also own a home building business, and have had NW Spotless cleaning do our construction cleaning as well as our own move-out cleaning in the past. They are great--they can do it all!
