Ash did a great job, especially given the amount of dog hair he took care of from our Australian Shepherd. Also- I couldn't be more impressed with the excellent customer service. I LOVE that we could just book a cleaning online. Angela would always get back to us in ten minutes or less via e-mail. They make it SO easy! The maids are all pleasant and punctual, and the office staff is responsive. Easy to adjust your schedule if you need to change dates or skip a cleaning. Price has increased over the years, it's not cheap, but I don't know how others compare these days. Have not had a reason to check. Highly recommend.

Communication is a breeze--the one time something was missed, they sent someone out to address it the next day. I thought our house was clean with our previous cleaners, but it's clear to me how much cleaner it is with Dazzle. Kai has been our cleaner for most of our sessions, and has done a FANTASTIC job--it feels amazing to come home after they clean. Everything is pristine. One of the great things about Dazzle is the consistently between cleaners. With our old cleaners, we hated when we had to have a new cleaner--there always seemed to be a few sessions where the house didn't get as clean until they got into their groove. With Dazzle, I can honestly say we can't tell the difference between cleaners--the house is sparkling every time. What we do very much appreciate is the friendliness and flexibility of the staff. Dazzle is on the higher end in terms of cost of the agencies we looked at, which is part of why we initially went with another cleaner. Now that we're clients, we can say we appreciate that they pay their cleaners better, have higher retention rates, and seem to very much are about their cleaners' well-being (for example, reaching out about air conditioning options during the heat wave). We feel good about paying a higher price if that means the cleaners have a better job--AND we can confidently say we get a higher quality clean than we did before.

They were late and arrived 30 minutes after the timing window. The cleaning was rushed and was not a deep clean at all. Found multiple instances throughout the house of remaining dust and grime that was left (I kept finding more and more days later). They basically just ran around with a duster and vacuum doing surface level dusting and poor vacuuming with no attention to detail. Corners of the floor had visible amounts of dust, surfaces were still dirty. I complained, and they offered to send someone back to re clean those areas, but I am not interested in working with them and having them be late again and to have to micro manage them, so I asked for a refund. They gave me back $50 which was like 10% of what I paid. Not satisfied with this service. I just feel completely ripped off. This experience was so bad it has made me paranoid to hire anyone in the future. Imagine paying $500 for someone to clean worse than a middle schooler. I thought I could trust reviews but apparently the system is broken.

We have had the same two or three people at our house since the beginning, and they've had our house key for over a year. If I leave money on my dresser (which I do, without thinking), it simply gets dusted and stacked.
