He did a great job on our gas water heater replacement and his price was better than other places I checked. Fast forward to last month - our pilot light wouldn't stay on. He explained to Bob what was going on and Bob could have easily, EASILY told us that he needs to come out and diagnose the problem and charge us. We would have done so. Left Bob a voicemail late at night and he called me the next morning. He helped me figure out what kind of water heater I had and we discussed our options. By 2pm he was here with a new, bigger more efficient electric water heater. The corner where my water heater was in the garage was tricky but he was able to manage it like a pro. Odd circumstance. I'm in Sweden on a vacation, ready to go on a cruise ship, and caught Covid , no cruise now and in a hotel for 2 weeks I guess. I get a message from a tenant in West Seattle he has no hot water. I contacted AAA. The owner was so kind he went to my building within 1/2 hour.
