New tank

I had a great experience with the Water Heater Doctor. I originally called them thinking I needed a bigger 5500w unit, but my phone consultation with Patrick was incredibly useful. Instead of just selling me the more expensive or larger option, he took the time to explain the pros and cons in detail and suggested installing a mixing valve as a better alternative for my needs. He was very clear and walked me through a few different options, which I really appreciated. On installation day, Brandon arrived right on time and worked quickly to get everything set up. There was a small hiccup because Brandon didn't have the mixing valve with him, but he was very transparent about it. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of the valve again, and I ultimately decided not to install it at that time. What really impressed me was the follow-up. Patrick called me afterward to check on the job and specifically asked about the mixing valve. He even offered to honor the original price if I decided I wanted to install it later. I spoke with three different vendors, and while their price was right in the middle, the Water Heater Doctor won my business because they were by far the most helpful and knowledgeable during the consultation. Highly recommend!

Water heater installation

Very happy with installation. Brandon communicated ahead of time when he would arrive. He arrived at that time and quickly disconnected the water heater being replaced and installed the new Bradford White unit. We had a very minimal downtime for access to hot water. The installation looks great. Thank you.

Replaced temperature and pressure relief valve and straighten out overflow pipe.

Brandon was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Not only did he fix our water pressure issue, he did it fast and did not leave any mess. He also educated me about the maintenance our water heater tank requires and what we can do to help it last longer. He also offered to stay in touch in case any future issues or questions come up. I would definitely recommend him and his company to anyone needing any of their services.

Our kitchen faucet was coming loose from the sink. I checked the internet for local plumbers. I…read moreended up calling Bee's Plumbing as U had chatted with one of their employees in the recent past. As this wasn't an emergency, the dispslatcher said it would be today or tomorrow before a plumber would be sent. He was sent today. Sean called and arrived early afternoon and looked at the repair. He presented us three options and solid estimates. We chose the middle one and then decided to also ask about a toilet replacement. Again, Sean presented us options and we agreed to one He gave us. As he didn't have the toilet on his repair truck, Bee's dispatched an employee with a new toilet. Sean was very professional in his work, answering questions as he proceeded with the work. He mentioned a couple of things that needed replacing due to their aging. We agreed to have them replaced. When Sean presented the invoice, it was exactly as he stated. At no time did he try to "upsell" items were didn't need, unlike other plumbing firms in this area that are heavy TV advertisers. I would recommend Bee's Plumbing to anyone that ask! Thank you, Sean! And, thanks to your employer for all they have taught you, in not only the aspects of plumbing but also in customer service!

They repeatedly said this is only an attempt to repair. While they did say I that I didn't have to choose any options, they stood there creating a pressure situation. I picked the tub sealing option since it seemed most straight forward, again with no guarantee of fixing the leak. I asked why a tub caulking would be ~$900, and the technician began to oversell the difficulty of the job and the "high quality" sealant they would use. I approved the quote with that belief, only to see they did the job in 40 minutes and used a caulk that I could have bought in Lowes for $5. I've asked their management for a review and have been stonewalled. I had higher expectations for Bee's Plumbing given the reviews and referrals but left very disappointed. I've attached the caulk, tub caulking and contract from Bee's to show what happened. Would you pay $900 for this?

Raman said, "Here's my quote, better than theirs, I'll have it done right away, done and done." SO efficient and capable and professional. This is also a big lesson - always get 3 quotes! Although from now on I am just going straight to DrainPro It's been several months since using Raman and we have had no further problems. Also tip - don't forget to check the Yelp deal with DrainPro. I trust him and DrainPro's hundreds of great reviews. You don't get so many great reviews by not being great!

I called this company due the reviews. they came promptly and proceeded to pump my septic tank, which I admit was overdue. when that didn't seem to fix the problem they Hydro jetted the main drain. Having told me on the phone that theyWould jet the drainfield I was surprised that he decided to leave the tank excavated with the lid off to supposedly save me money when I had to call them back because my system was failing. Being a senior citizen and a widow I felt I was being treated this way because I wouldn't know any different. I consulted some friends that have had a lot of issues with their Septic system. And they were shocked to hear they left it excavated and with all the rain. It was first of February. They advised me to call and have them come back and jet the drainfieldand then come then cover the system back up. It had been left open for approximately 2 1/2 weeks and surprise surprise after the drainfield was jetted the system was working fine, so now five months later it's running like a top and I'm surprised to see that I get a letter from the Pierce County health department that I was turned in for a violation reason Septic failure. The guy who told me all the stuff about it failing videoed it before it was jetted when it wasn't quite up to par. And of course he did not come with the guys He sent to do the job so he did not observe the fact that it was running fine. There's so many five star views on this company. I'm sorry to have to say this these things, but I am in the middle of trying to prove that I don't need $30,000 septic system at this time. I'm sure drain beast isn't gonna help me pay for it! very unethical considering I should've been notified in advance not get the letter five months later. From the Pierce County health department I believe this is the drain beast that's from the Puyallup area. It was Harmon I talked to on the phone. If they by chance tend to make this right, I will update this review.
