They came and decided the heat pump is working well with no repairs necessary. Then, they volunteered to install the Nest Learning thermostat and was successful in first try. Amazing service. The heater in my condo in the Bellevue Towers stopped working. After a week of calling the recommended service providers (two even came to the place only to tell me that the heater is "too complex" after one look), I stumbled upon Max here. Max came in the evening, diagnosed the problem, sent me the estimate immediately and said "It's a simple issue, just need to check if we have the part in stock, or if not I can order it and it will be here the next day. I can let you know in the morning before 8am". He did, they had the part, he came to my place at 8am, and literally took 30 seconds for the heater to start working again from being broken. Price - extremely reasonable and expected, and especially given how quickly everything was resolved. I would not mind paying even more given how much people were charging for "emergency service", which this was not really, but was treated as such. The scheduling person was quick and very responsive and gave updates when they were 30 minutes away the day of service.
