Our kitchen faucet was coming loose from the sink. I checked the internet for local plumbers. I ended up calling Bee's Plumbing as U had chatted with one of their employees in the recent past. As this wasn't an emergency, the dispslatcher said it would be today or tomorrow before a plumber would be sent. He was sent today. Sean called and arrived early afternoon and looked at the repair. He presented us three options and solid estimates. We chose the middle one and then decided to also ask about a toilet replacement. Again, Sean presented us options and we agreed to one He gave us. As he didn't have the toilet on his repair truck, Bee's dispatched an employee with a new toilet. Sean was very professional in his work, answering questions as he proceeded with the work. He mentioned a couple of things that needed replacing due to their aging. We agreed to have them replaced. When Sean presented the invoice, it was exactly as he stated. At no time did he try to "upsell" items were didn't need, unlike other plumbing firms in this area that are heavy TV advertisers. I would recommend Bee's Plumbing to anyone that ask! Thank you, Sean! And, thanks to your employer for all they have taught you, in not only the aspects of plumbing but also in customer service! read more

Bees over-sells and over-states the quality of their service. The technician gave several suggestions each with a quote to address a leak. They repeatedly said this is only an attempt to repair. While they did say I that I didn't have to choose any options, they stood there creating a pressure situation. I picked the tub sealing option since it seemed most straight forward, again with no guarantee of fixing the leak. I asked why a tub caulking would be ~$900, and the technician began to oversell the difficulty of the job and the "high quality" sealant they would use. I approved the quote with that belief, only to see they did the job in 40 minutes and used a caulk that I could have bought in Lowes for $5. I've asked their management for a review and have been stonewalled. I had higher expectations for Bee's Plumbing given the reviews and referrals but left very disappointed. I've attached the caulk, tub caulking and contract from Bee's to show what happened. Would you pay $900 for this? read more

I had an issue with low hot water flow on the first floor, affecting both the kitchen sink and bathroom sink. Bee's Plumbing and Heating sent a technician the same day, and they arrived right on time. Mike was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed the issue. He also took the time to patiently explain the root cause and gave me tips on how to prevent it from happening again in the future. I also really appreciated that they waived the technician visit fee, which showed great customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend Bee's Plumbing and Heating for their fast response, honesty, and excellent service. They will definitely be my first call for any plumbing needs at both my home and rental property. read more

Do not hire. In 2023, the plumber gave a $1400 verbal bid to replace my recessed ice maker box behind the refrigerator, and when I rejected that, he immediately changed his bid to $700. Then I asked them to look at the hose spigot (bibb) which dripped when on, he proposed breaking into the drywall inside to replace the entire assembly. That's when I asked him to go and regretted paying a $100 for the visit. $2900 bid I said NO. Avoid. read more

I called to have one of our drains inspected because it was clogged. Hector and Diego came out, completed the inspection, and explained that we didn't actually need the drain snake service we originally thought was necessary. They were honest, professional, and straightforward. Based on their inspection, no additional service was needed. For any future plumbing needs, we will definitely use them again because we know they are honest and thorough in their inspections. If you are a new homeowner, call them! read more

Fantastic experience with Bee's! My home had diminishing water pressure from constricted old pipes, and from the original estimate to the final re-plumbing work, the team was incredibly professional, efficient, and high-quality. For the initial estimate, they spent time to take pictures and document the full current state, and offered three scenarios for what it might cost, each of which was competitive relative to other quotes I received. Scheduling the work was easy, and the team worked non-stop while at the house to re-pipe, install a new water heater, and repair my water lines. They were communicative throughout the process. Five stars! read more

Had them come out because we realized our sewer ejection pump was over 16 years old, thought we may need to replace soon. They didn't charge anything to come out (as some do), inspected carefully, and told me we didn't need to replace. I did however ask them to install an alarm, and they had to go back to office to get one, return and replace. They were professional, competent, and respectful of house (took off shoes). Will use them again when needed. read more

I was charged $25,000 for a PEX repipe. This is what Chat GPT stated: "For a 3,000 sq. ft. house, I'd use a planning budget of roughly $12,000-$25,000 for a complete water-supply repipe. Current 2026 estimates specifically for a 3,000-sq.-ft. home put PEX around $12,500-$19,500 and copper around $19,500-$26,000. homeworthha.com +1 In Washington, labor tends to push costs upward, especially around the Seattle/Puget Sound area. Accessibility matters enormously: a house with a crawlspace and easy vertical access can be substantially cheaper than a multistory house where a plumber has to open a lot of finished walls." I let them know I was not happy and asked: "If I am paying for the upper end prices, shouldn't I get upper end service. I will be amazed if your team is done tomorrow. I think you need to send additional help. These two young men have been working their a##es off and no one helping. The supervisor who has only stood outside the house and not lifted a finger to help or get help is the problem." The floors were not protected until after I asked even though it was in the estimate that they would put down drop clothes to protect the floors. They put down only black plastic on top of the mess that was already there. Still today, I have not heard back from the supervisor or owner. They did clean the garage and some of the upstairs that never received any protection. I am glad I do not have any carpeting in the house. Otherwise, the carpet could have needed replacing. I had Bee's come by to quote/do a drain snake and got a shockingly high series of quotes raging from $591 to $2,700. I declined that nonsense immediately and sent them on their way. I then had another plumber do the work for under $100 (and they were exceptional). Now, days later, Bee's is sending me all of these quotes as invoices, each saying "Please find your invoice [various numbers, redacted] from Bee's Plumbing and Heating attached below! For your convenience, you can now make a payment by clicking the link below!" That's shady as hell. Asking to be paid several times for work you didn't do speaks volumes to the way these people operate. Avoid Bee's like the plague. read more

Been almost a month since my last update. My kitchen is still torn apart. I've had several talks with Brendan from Bee's, who called and said he would be pro-actively monitoring this through to completion, except I've had to follow up repeatedly to advance this process. I've made numerous calls to employees from Total Restore who admit they don't understand why this has taken so long, except to point out it isn't their fault. Currently waiting approval for an estimate from ANOTHER company I've had to proactively get involved for the restoration. Not sure why I need to keep making calls to get this dealt with. Really starting to feel like it's my responsibility to keep hounding these guys to get this dealt with. This process has been a nightmare. They were quick to demolish my kitchen to deal with the water damage which I appreciated. Then they told me they are back logged by several months on the restoration and that I would need to hire another company for the restoration, which would be paid for. That third company submitted an estimate two and a half weeks ago with a stipulation that the cabinetry restore was 6 weeks out once getting payment. I've communicated this to both Bee's and Total Restore. I was told yesterday that a call would be made today to arrange payment. It wasn't. Just more of the same. The pro-active communication leaves much to be desired. I keep having to make calls after not hearing back for days. I think next time, I'll fix the drain clog myself. Any damage I would have caused would have been dealt with faster than this experience. read more

Bees did a great job removing 3 old toilets and installing new ones I'd purchased myself. Their quote, after some brief negotiation, was on par if not better than others I'd received. And the final amount actually came in slightly under what I'd expected which was a pleasant surprise. They ran into one issue and came up with a cost-saving solution without blinking an eye. The guys were personable, communicated clearly. This is the 4th plumbing company I've worked with since purchasing my home 5 yrs ago and the first one I'll call again and recommend to friends. Thank you!! read more

We had a sudden ruptured pipe in our 1904 home over the weekend. We called Bee's plumbing since my husband had them do some work for an elderly couple we know. Niko & Alejandro came out Monday for our job. The old galvanized pipe was corroded and about to give way & they replaced it with 30+ feet of PexA/Wirsbo pipe. They were at our house a day and a half, respectful of our floors (wore feet coverings), very personable & thorough. I trust the work they do. read more

HIghly recommended. They were available in the weekends when it's critical for people that are busy during the week

Super high marks for Bee's! Late Sunday the ice maker water line in my refrigerator sprung a leak. I called several plumbers in my area and Bee's was first to respond very early Monday morning. The dispatcher was so friendly & easy to work with. The plumbing tech they sent (E.) was so helpful & even help me clean up the mess under the refrigerator. PLUS putting away the dolly & shop for me! I would highly recommend them plus I have been telling all my friends about your service. read more

Timely, friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely will use them again. Excellent communication in all regards.

This Bee STINGS! Our garbage disposal went out and we bought a new one from Costco (plug in). My husband thought he could fix it easily. One of the plumbing pipes cracked and so he decided he'd call a plumber to install a new plastic pipe. They screwed in a new plastic pipe (only part necessary) as we supplied the new disposal - and one hour later they left charging us over $900 (who makes over $800 per hour)????? I looked online and saw that most journeymen make between $100 - 125 per hour! What a gouge! read more

Bee's did an excellent job on our faucet repair. We have old galvi pipes, so the technician realized the old, corroded valves under the sink were the cause of our faucet stopage. New valves and the problem was solved. He also gave us advice on new copper pipes and a new water heater for the future. The front office was very helpful and professional with scheduling and communication. Thank you, Bee's Plumbing !! read more

To be clear, I will only comment on their price. If you don't care about price, you might like their work. But if you are price sensitive, avoid them, their price is far from reasonable. I paid $1000 for replacing P-Trap and snaking the pipe, a handyman's work. Something more ridiculous? They charged a P-Trap for $206. If you know how much a P-Trap is, you know what company to avoid. read more

Overcharge for repairs. Misleading. My job was a 25 dollar part and 45 dollars worth of labor for 45 min. They charged 439 dollars. Highway robbery !!!! Don't use this plumber. read more

Professional and efficient. Very transparent to what needed to be addressed and the price quote. Recommend!

Started out great...no charge for the service call because they were in the area, same day availability to check out our abruptly defunct water heater, and nice service people. But then the quote. A commercial light duty water heater replacement with labor: $12K. What?!?! A call 4 hours later- we made a mistake. It's $8k dollars. Seriously? We purchased the water heater with delivery for $2k and had it installed by a reasonable installer and total cost was under $3k. That was our experience. Maybe this was a fluke or miscommunication between service and parts? The reviews from Yelpers were good, but it goes to show you need to do your research and shop around even when things are time sensitive. read more

Disappointing experience with Bee's. I booked them for a leak diagnosis for my plumbing and service on my radiator system. They offer only one appointment window all day (8-5) ehich is tough for working families but they do offer Saturday appointments. We booked the Saturday and, because of the urgency in getting the leak fixed, we planned our whole weekend around it. We were waiting on the technicIan that morning and get a call at 10:30am saying that they don't service homes with radiators on the weekend and would need to rebook me M-F, even for the leak. The rep took no responsibility for the error and offered nothing to fix it - just the usual schedule even though their error had cost us an extra week of a 10,000+ gallon/month leak and a family weekend derailed. read more

Sean worked really hard to finally get my kitchen sink unclogged! I was mildly surprised by the quote for an "easy" job ($550, though it was an emergency call on a Saturday after I failed to snake it myself), but it ended up being a quite difficult and complicated task with my new house's old pipes (and the previous owners letting grease build up). For something less urgent I might shop around, but they will continue to be my first call for emergencies. read more

Jacob from Bee's came to help me today to see if he could repair my 1940's shower flow/mixture cartridge in the handle. He was very professional and kind. He was very clear about what possible outcomes could be. In the end, I did not need a repair or replacement....and Bee's did not even charge me a consultation fee due to a special they are currently having. That type of free consult or quick fix is very similar to a Les Schwab experience. Do the right thing, and you know the customer will come back next time for future issues. I appreciate them SO MUCH. I was very anxious about cost. I'm a very loyal customer, and those kinds of experiences create trust and loyalty. Thank you, Bee's!!!! read more

We had a plumbing emergency today, a Saturday, and reached out to Bee's Plumbing after seeing one of their plumbers in the Home Depot parking lot. He said his schedule was full but if we called their number he was certain that they would be able to come out and help us today. I received an email and text letting us know that Braden would be arriving soon and he had the capability to diagnose and resolve the problem. He did! I don't normally leave reviews because I believe most businesses are doing their best, but my experience with this company was disappointing. My wife received a call from our friends who were renting our home that the basement was flooding because the sump pump had stopped working. We contacted Bee's for an after-hours service call to replace the pump and were told there would be a $200 after-hours charge, which we accepted. Having replaced the same pump myself at this property before, I knew the unit typically costs around $200-$400. The technician was on site for about an hour, and the work itself is fairly straightforward. Based on that, I would have expected the total cost to be somewhere in the range of $500-$800, including parts, labor, and the after-hours fee. Instead, we were charged $2,200 for a job that any reasonably handy person with a flathead screwdriver and rubber boots could likely complete. Over the past month, I have called five times requesting an itemized receipt, but I still have not received one. The only response I've gotten is that someone would "reach out to the Service Manager." In my experience, when a company refuses to provide a detailed invoice, it usually raises questions about how the charges were calculated. I'm not sure whether the pricing was based on my wife's lack of familiarity with the work or an assumption that landlords would simply pay the bill without asking questions. Either way, I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you already know the work being performed and have a good understanding of what it should cost. read more

I reached out to Bee's Plumbing for a simple removal and replacement of a kitchen sink and faucet that I purchased online to surprise my fiancé. While they were there, I planned to have them replace a spring and gasket on a delta bathroom faucet, something I've done several times on my own in 15-20 minutes. I expected 3-4 hours and $600-$800 plus sales tax for the work. When the technician arrived and looked at the job, he went to his vehicle and spent about 30 minutes in his truck and came back with an estimate of over $2,528. When I questioned him about the amount, he referenced the now infamous Bee's Plumbing - 'price book'. The amount was unusually high and in hindsight I should have thanked him for his time and told him that I wasn't interested. Because my fiancé was going to be back the following day, I didn't have the luxury of calling another plumber. I reluctantly allowed him to proceed under the assumption that perhaps the job was much more involved than I realized, or that if it was a quick 4 hour install that the plumber would adjust the billing to reflect market rates. The technician's entire time on my job was 4-1/2 hours, which included a trip to Home Depot for a part, so I was charged approximately $500 per hour. As it was completed in 4-1/2 hours including a trip to purchase parts, this was a very standard sink-faucet replacement I'm a pretty reasonable guy and I expected to pay $200 per hour. I was charged $500 per hour, which is way above market. To confirm my suspicion, I checked with two plumbers and I was quoted a range of $600-$1200 plus tax. I checked online and found $200-$1000 total labor cost for the complete job or an hourly rate $150-$200 per hour labor rate for plumbers in the Seattle metropolitan area and an estimated time range of 4-8 hours. I really wish I would have checked the online reviews of Bee's Plumbing in advance to see all of the issues with overbilling customers. I'm not happy with the pricing and manner in which the estimate was provided. 1. They won't give you an unbinding estimate over the phone. 2. With a price book, you have (a) sink removal free; and (b) and sink installation fee; and (c) a faucet installation fee. 3. Given (a)+(b)+(c) is all built into a price book in advance they ought to be able to provide a non-binding estimate or range over the phone. I agreed to update my review if Bee's Plumbing adjusts my billing to reflect market rates and makes it right and they did. I had a pleasant follow-up conversation on 08-27-2025 and they offered a final price of $1,489.36, which I believe is reasonable. The technician that did the work, Perry, was professional and great to work with. As a result, I am revising my rating to '2'. read more

We had Bee's plumbing replace a cast iron waste drain pipe in the crawl space under the house, rebuild the valves for a shower to stop leaking inside the wall, and install a new gas water heater and pressure regulator. Joseph and Hector did great work in all three jobs, and even when the water heater install turned out to be more difficult than expected due to a rusted roof vent, they got the jobs done and kept us well informed. Joseph was good about explaining the options, giving us discounts, and helping us save money (we decided to buy our own water heater rather than buy the one they offered). No sales pressure at all, just good diagnostic and plumbing work. It cost a lot, but the price was standard market price for the services provided. read more
