We had a clogged toilet that we couldn't address via plunger or drain snake, so we called around to a few drain services and plumbers about next day service. Lake Hills was the second bid we received and 50% cheaper than the first bid. Armin and Nasser were early, polite, professional, efficient, provided helpful tips, and didn't use scare tactics to try and upsell or pressure us into removing the toilet entirely. They were able to unclog the toilet within minutes at a totally reasonable cost. We will definitely use them for other plumbing services in the future. read more

Our bathtub stopped draining and no drain cleaner or snake could unclog the 67 year old galvanized steel pipes in our Lake Hills home. One call to Lake Hills Rooter would solve the problem. Naser and Armin came over, quickly assessed the situation and sent us a very reasonable estimate. They booked us an appointment and within a few days, returned and carefully removed the ancient, clogged, galvanized steel pipes and replaced them with all new ABS piping. Finally, they performed a detailed leak check. No leaks and the tub drains quickly! Problem solved! Armin and Naser at Lake Hills Rooter are extremely professional, honest and thorough with their work. We are extremely happy with the work. I highly recommend them! read more

Phenomenal service, great work and reasonable prices. Naser came out same-day when we had a leak at a toilet shut-off valve that forced us to shut off the main water supply to the house. He arrived on time, fixed the issue, and charged a very fair price for same-day service. We will gladly use Lake Hills Rooter for future plumbing work. We are extremely happy with the work and the service provided. read more

Lake Hills Rooter replaced the 60-year-old cast iron pipes in my home with modern PVC piping. Their team did an outstanding job -- they were consistently on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean throughout the process. Naser and Amnir are highly skilled professionals who work seamlessly together as a team. They also coordinate with a separate crew that handled the excavation, asphalt removal and restoration, and other digging work, and that team was excellent as well. Overall, a very smooth and professional experience. read more

I can't say enough good things about Nasser and Lake Hills Rooter. I'm always afraid to call plumbers, because of the whole thing about knocking holes in the wall and charging a bunch of money. So I try to fix things myself. We had a thoroughly clogged kitchen drain from years of intemperate garbage disposal use. After a week of fussing with chemicals and inadequate augers, I gave in and called for help. I called on Sunday afternoon, hoping for an appointment on Monday or Tuesday. Instead, Nasser came within an hour. He's cheerful and always positive. No scolding about our misuse of the garbage disposal. He cleared years of sediment by running the power auger 50 feet into the drain, resolving a chronic problem. The price was more than reasonable, significantly less than I expected. To add to this great experience off, he is just an exceptional person. After he had left, I called him back to the house, mistakenly believing that the drain was still clogged, not realizing that there was a stopper in the drain. The stopper is the same color as the inside of the disposal, and the sink was full of soapy water. Duh! I didn't check it, and assumed the drain was still clogged. So Naser drives back and pulls out the hidden stopper. It drained perfectly. He had every right to be mad, but nope, still the same friendly nice guy. What a pro! read more

We've trusted Armin for our plumbing needs for years, so we're excited to see him start his own business with Lake Hill Rooter Plumbing. Nasir and Armin were great! They came quickly, were professionals and weren't trying to rip me off. Nasser came out to check our toilet free of charge after my mother in law accidentally flushed a wash cloth down it. After checking with an auger and bringing nothing back up he did a great job explaining our options and double checking that all toilets in the house were flushing without issue. He was adamant about not making us pay for any unnecessary services and that if we experience any back ups within the week he'll make us top priority to get the issue resolved. Nasser provided very clear and transparent communication and was very professional. We highly recommend his services! Thank you again! read more

First, all business aside, Naser is awesome. He was more than gracious about accommodating changing schedules and poor timing from my end. 5 minutes into snaking our kitchen sink line, I remembered the issues that stalled a much larger company out for about an hour and a half, and he cooly stated "Yeah, I could see how they'd get stuck, I'm already past that", and then was done and cleaned up with our GD reassembled in a little less than 10 minutes after that. As far as pricing, he was transparent about estimates and giving me the choice about how I wanted to proceed at each juncture in fixing the issue with my plumbing. Easily my first call in any future plumbing situation. read more

Naser and Yasim were very responsive from the beginning and made an effort to visit as soon as possible. Although they were unable to make their first appointment, they were very polite about it and offered a discount for their service due to the delay. I appreciated their insight into the problem, advising me to consider having them reroute the outside spigot to a new location on the outside wall instead of cutting into the kitchen cabinets on the other side of the existing spigot; this is what we ended up doing. It saved me considerable hassle and possible damage to the kitchen. They were able to install a new, better-quality spigot than the old failed one left by the builders that matched another replacement on the other side of the house. read more
