I can't say enough good things about Nasser and Lake Hills Rooter. I'm always afraid to call plumbers, because of the whole thing about knocking holes in the wall and charging a bunch of money. So I try to fix things myself. We had a thoroughly clogged kitchen drain from years of intemperate garbage disposal use. After a week of fussing with chemicals and inadequate augers, I gave in and called for help. I called on Sunday afternoon, hoping for an appointment on Monday or Tuesday. Instead, Nasser came within an hour. He's cheerful and always positive. No scolding about our misuse of the garbage disposal. He cleared years of sediment by running the power auger 50 feet into the drain, resolving a chronic problem. The price was more than reasonable, significantly less than I expected. To add to this great experience off, he is just an exceptional person. After he had left, I called him back to the house, mistakenly believing that the drain was still clogged, not realizing that there was a stopper in the drain. The stopper is the same color as the inside of the disposal, and the sink was full of soapy water. Duh! I didn't check it, and assumed the drain was still clogged. So Naser drives back and pulls out the hidden stopper. It drained perfectly. He had every right to be mad, but nope, still the same friendly nice guy. What a pro! read more

Was having problem with clogged toilet. Found them in yelp I sended message 2 in the morning they responded around 5 or 6 that they can come in and take a look. They came around almost 9 and take a look on our toilet. Problem was just the toilet and the hose is very old. So we ordered in home depot a new toilet and they picked it up for us. Armin has fixed three separate plumbing issues at my house on separate occasions. Two were quite urgent, so it was a substantial relief that he answered the phone immediately, even outside of normal business hours, and was able to come by very quickly. He is straightforward, professional, and friendly. He also respects the space, and leaves it clean when he is done working. He works quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, though, the work is top notch. All three times, the repaired areas were put together better than what had been replaced: routing and joints done cleanly, elegantly, and to code, with good parts, so that the fix will last a long time and not interfere with other construction or be unsightly where exposed. The straightforwardness is key to value as well: he will give you clear quotes on what you ask for or what he advises, with an explanation of why any additional work (minimal; he was not going for upsells) is important, and will stick to the quote. Skilled labor is always expensive, but the price here is very fair. It's rarely a great day when you need to call a plumber, but next time I do I will definitely call these guys. read more
