Great service and very responsive. Plumbers are expensive in general however this was a bit less so. $450 for two new washing machine faucets is just too much for me. It was more complicated than I could do because of our old plumbing. The price was cheaper than the $600 I spent on a outside faucet that burst during the freeze. That was another company. He did a great job diagnosing and fixing our problem (5 stars) but I am MOST impressed with how he left our home afterwards -- I've never seen our laundry room basin that clean (I honestly didn't even think it was possible). Long story short, it was normal before the clog, absolutely disgusting after the clog (covered in grey water and grease), but practically brand new by the time John left (another 5 stars). Our driveway was a lake following extreme rainfall. Washington Rooter had fair pricing, did not include services I didn't need but would have if requested (scoping the drain). They were able to come out same day, hydrojet my clogged driveway drain and find the tree root which had clogged the drain after a tree fell. I wish I called Washington Rooter first. Our kitchen sink was clogged. 2 plumbers dropped by and can not fix it. 2nd plumber charged us 250 dollars and suggested us to replace the pipe. When we called Washington Rooter, the owner responded us in 10 minutes and asked us details. He is very confident and promise us won't charge us if he can't fix it. When he arrived, he shows his deep understanding on sewer system. He tried snaking first, then hydro jetting.He kept us informed. He verified his work throughly by camera.
