It was more complicated than I could do because of our old plumbing. The price was cheaper than the $600 I spent on a outside faucet that burst during the freeze. That was another company. He did a great job diagnosing and fixing our problem (5 stars) but I am MOST impressed with how he left our home afterwards -- I've never seen our laundry room basin that clean (I honestly didn't even think it was possible). Long story short, it was normal before the clog, absolutely disgusting after the clog (covered in grey water and grease), but practically brand new by the time John left (another 5 stars). I wish I called Washington Rooter first. Our kitchen sink was clogged. 2 plumbers dropped by and can not fix it. 2nd plumber charged us 250 dollars and suggested us to replace the pipe.
