We ended up getting estimates from three different plumbers, and I Need a Plumber Now immediately stood out, they just had the best vibe from the start. They were professional, quick to respond, and took the time to clearly explain everything. They provided detailed information about the work, walked us through both best- and worst-case scenarios, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Ryan was especially amazing, super professional, responsive, and easy to work with. On top of that, they were able to get everything done in just one day, which was such a relief. I Need a Plumber Now definitely has a customer for life. I would recommend them 10/10!

Once Ryan arrived, he was extremely helpful and clearly determined to resolve the slow drain in our kitchen. He walked us through a few possible approaches and immediately got to work. After some diligent effort using a drain snake followed by his high‑powered water flushing equipment, the clog was finally cleared. Ryan also took the time to leave us with helpful tips on how to prevent future buildup, especially regarding cooking oils that had hardened inside the pipes. That extra guidance was much appreciated. Beyond his technical skills, Ryan was personable, friendly, and professional. In this day and age, it can feel worrisome inviting someone into your home--but Ryan is someone I'd gladly invite back for a cookout anytime. Overall, the service was fast, efficient, straight to the point, and fairly priced compared to the competition. I highly recommend Ryan and "I Need a Plumber Now!" Thank you, Ryan, for your hard work!

Jason came out and was able to solve the problem and then refused to charge for it. He wouldn't even accept money for his time and transportation with gas now over $6.00. That was the main reason I chose them. Unfortunately, the technician arrived about an hour late and then informed me the job required two people, so the same-day installation they had promised was no longer possible. A team of two returned the following week. They were courteous and kept their workspace tidy, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, they handled my quartz countertop very roughly during the installation and chipped it in six different places. What was most disappointing was that no one acknowledged the damage or apologized. I noticed the chips immediately after they told me the job was complete and they had left. They also left quite a bit of silicone dripping and smeared on vanity sink surfaces. After I reported the damage, I was disappointed by the follow-up from the manager. Rather than offering a partial refund or covering the cost of having my quartz countertop professionally restored, their only offer was to use a $15 repair kit. The manager eventually came out to apply the patch, but a cosmetic DIY-style repair is not an appropriate remedy for damage caused during their installation. The repair is still visible and does not restore the countertop to its original condition. While the team was polite and initially very responsive, the missed same-day commitment, damage to my countertop, lack of accountability when the damage occurred, and decision to patch the chips instead of covering a proper professional restoration ultimately outweighed the positives. I wanted to like them, having a reliable trustworthy plumber is an asset, but based on my experience, I can't recommend their services.

Raman said, "Here's my quote, better than theirs, I'll have it done right away, done and done." SO efficient and capable and professional. This is also a big lesson - always get 3 quotes! Although from now on I am just going straight to DrainPro It's been several months since using Raman and we have had no further problems. Also tip - don't forget to check the Yelp deal with DrainPro. I trust him and DrainPro's hundreds of great reviews. You don't get so many great reviews by not being great!

In October, they were hired to inspect a ceiling leak. They charged $141 and provided an inspection report after almost two weeks and in the report they claimed they "opened drywall" and could not find any leak. They also recommended another "leak detection company" to come and detect, which will cost another $800 after we inquired about the price. The truth is that they never "opened" any drywall. Later I hired another plumber who helped opened the ceiling and easily identified the leak for free. If they have actually "opened drywall", they should have been able to find the leak easily, too! My feeling is that they just had some unethical relationship with the leak detection company.

Anyway, I live in a condo now. A few days back, I found a flyer from Seatown in my secure lobby weighed down by a poop encrusted pipe. Clever marketing right? "Your pipes could be as gross as this thing we left in your house!" Anyway, I wish they'd not come in and solicit uninvited or leave poop pipes around. But I'm an old fashioned guy that way. I mean, times are a changing. In my day folks were annoyed with flyers on windshields, remember those days? So quaint. Well to get attention these days you gotta leave a poop pipe at someone's home. It is innovative. For example, were they a company who sold manure, a free sample would clever. And I'm not opposed to poop pipes in general. Have you ever been to the Sewer Museum in Paris? Essentially, I paid to see those poop pipes and now I tell everyone to go there. It's fascinating, you know, I'll review them next. What a journey.
