We've been using Simply Clean for over a decade. Maria does a great job cleaning our home, which can be difficult since we have two dogs who shed significantly. She gets all of the dog fur out of the furniture and leaves the house nicely cleaned. It's been easy to reschedule appointments due to conflicts, whether it be through email or phone. I was impressed by how professional and organized the business was. They responded quickly and had a cleaner out by my requested day. I paid for a deep clean, but details one assumes are included in a deep clean weren't done. The cleaner did a great job at what she cleaned but didn't deep clean details such as cracks in furniture, dust obviously dusty areas and under areas. I told and sent photos to the customer representative, Yana, who said she'd tell the cleaner so she could get the areas next clean. The cleaner did not clean the areas the next time. There was also a financial miscommunication. The very thing I was impressed with, the business aspect, became an inflexible hindrance so I decided to find another service. read more

Simply Clean came to our home to do a Spring Clean as we were getting the house ready for a lot of company. The two that came to house were there right on time and got right to work after a brief tour of the house. By the time they were finished, the house sparkled. I was very impressed and when my wife saw it she was amazed at all they did. They cleaned virtually everything and everywhere. I really cannot say enough about the service that was provided. We hired Simply Clean for a moving-out deep cleaning and they did a great job. The property had been rented out for three years and after the tenant moved out, our handyman and I did some patching up job in the house. The oven was pretty dirty, the window slide was black, and there were lots of debris on the floor everywhere. Simply Clean office told us that the people coming to the property does not speak much English, which got us worried about communication. It turned out that she speaks fluent English. My wife and her had no problem understanding each other. It took her about 6 hrs for the deep clean, from 8am to 1:30pm. She did a great job and made the place look like new. The first cleaning was a "deep clean" (which was amazing!) and then that has been followed by a regular monthly cleaning. Been using Simply Clean for a few months now. Had a couple of communication issues. This is a small company and the owner went on vacation without telling his clients. To his credit he was checking his email and VM from holiday and did contact me and tried to accommodate a change in schedule. Price is good and flat rate. Cleaning is consistent and great. The type of cleaning that I had was deep cleaning since we're preparing our house for sale. The ladies came on time & did a really really great job in cleaning the house & its corners. But after reading the reviews here on Yelp I decided to splurge for it. I was not disappointed. Miguel is the best cleaner you can get. He worked for 6 hours cleaning up the whole apartment. I was extremely impressed with how diligently he worked. My apartment passed inspection with flying colors, and he cleaned it way better than I ever could have. I had Simply Clean come in for a full house move-in clean. I couldn't decide between a few companies and settled on this one, which turned out to be a good decision. The house had just finished up an interior remodel so there was a layer of construction dust everywhere, plus various areas that hadn't been cleaned in quite some time since it was previously an uncared for rental home. Lana the scheduler was easy to work with and wanted to be sure the areas I wanted to focus on were all addressed. She even followed up after-words to be sure I was happy with the work. Vanessa, who came to clean on the scheduled day arrived on time and was very pleasant. I did a quick walk through of the work and left her on her own. I returned at the end of the day to find the house thoroughly cleaned. She managed to reach some of the windows which I had stored some construction supplies in front of and worked around some of the mess I couldn't shift around. My wife, who works from home, said the woman was here from 8 to 4 cleaning (hopefully taking a few breaks!). I would never, in my life, be able to clean for that long even if I had the time. Lana and her crew were amazing! I needed to have my house deep cleaned because it turns out that I'm allergic to the cat we've had for five years. (She was sent to live with other family members.) The thought of trying to clean all that cat dander out of my house was daunting. This was money well spent! They spent so many hours washing walls and baseboards, wet dusting pictures, cleaning all the blinds and book shelves and that is on top of the bathrooms and kitchen I would have expected.
