I have booked 2 deep cleanings with Simply Clean. For our most recent cleaning there was a lack of care. For example, they slid furniture across the wood floors rather than lifting it, leaving scratches. I followed up and let the coordinator know about this and received a canned, "we understand this must be frustrating" type of response but no remedy or promise to be more careful in the future. For the cost Simply Clean is just not worth it and I would not recommend them. read more

I'm a recently divorced bachelor who isn't noted for being the world's cleanest man, not even in the top 10. I've been using Simply Clean for a year, and will continue to use them going forward. The women who come to clean are real gems. They're sweet, consistent, and do an amazing job. We've had two different cleaners over the year--the first came for a few months but then left the company; the second has been coming ever since. The pricing is very competitive. The office staff can be frustrating, mostly because one person will say one thing and the other person will say something else entirely (all with regards to pricing) and if you try to tell them that they're contradicting what the other person told you not 10 seconds earlier, they treat you like a problem client. Great service! They arrived on time, they were fast but did not skimp on anything, and cleaned parts of the house that I didn't even know were dirty. I use simply clean for my 3 rental homes in Seattle. I've worked out a pretty specific task list for getting the home clean and inviting for my guests, and they are able to follow it quite closely. I've found less expensive cleaners, but I appreciate the attention of the account manager and the ability of Simply Clean to handle multiple cleanings on the same day, sometimes on short notice, at the different locations.. Every once in a while, there is a small hiccup where things don't go as planned, but Jim gets things back on track quickly and it all works out in the end. read more

I've been with this company for about 6 years. The overall experience was great. They are not the cheapest on the market but they don't messy up. I mean, they don't do things like break my appliance, dent my walls, or steal my medicine/detergent.(Yes, I had all those experiences before I met them.) I sticked to victor and his wife for a long time. When they were unable to come, I got substitute maids. The only one I did not like was a lady who did all the work really slowly, and used bleach even I asked her not to before the cleaning. But that was just one time experience. I'd suggest to stay around when starting the service and pick the staff(s) you like, and stick to them. Even this is a good company, I still don't believe everyone they hire is well qualified. read more

While doing the cleaning, the cleaners broke my shower door and left without so much as an explanation or apology. Since I'm selling my home, I had to pay a handyman to come out and fix it urgently. When I reported this to Lana, several days later she offered to reimburse me for half the cleaning cost, which was nice, but I didn't have my handyman receipt, so I couldn't get reimbursed. First, there was the basement toilet that was stuffed with used paper towels that would not flush and I had to dig out.
