I'll start off by mentioning that I gave them 5 stars mainly for customer service and for the quality of the second cleaning we've got. Now, some details: we booked a deep cleaning with them before putting our house for sale. The young woman who came seemed in a hurry to finish and didn't make an effort to remove all dirty spots, especially on the white kitchen cabinets. I had to scrub them again in the evening. She was getting ready to leave when I noticed that the countertops were still dirty, and she came back to clean with a frown. I also asked her not to clean the door leading to the backyard, but she did it anyway and left more streaks than it had before. This would have been still ok-ish, but the odd thing happened the next day, when our sewer line became clogged. It could have been a coincidence, but it was the first time in 4 years since we owned that house, and the plumber found some non-flushable wipes in the pipe, which we never throw in the toilet and don't even keep in the bathroom. Anyway, I got sent a survey after the cleaning, and first didn't reply to it. But I got a repeated request for feedback, so I described the experience like I did above. I didn't really expect a reply, but around a month or so afterwards got contacted by Michael, the owner, who apologized and offered a free cleaning as a second chance. Since we had to vacate the house after having sold it, I gladly accepted the offer and used it for a move-out cleaning. The woman who came to do the job, Myla, was fantastic in all aspects! She made sure to coordinate everything with me and describe the process, asked for my feedback between the rooms, called me 30 minutes before being done when I went out for some errands. Great experience this time around, and the house was smelling fresh and looking spotless, ready for the new owner. So, all in all, I am happy I gave them a second chance. You'll definitely have a good experience if Myla is assigned to your house, and I am impressed by the fact that the owner was responsive to feedback and honestly cares about the customer satisfaction! read more

***UPDATE*** Simply Clean was amazingly unresponsive to my request for a cleaning. This was after they sent me an email out-of-the-blue asking me to "do them a favor" and post a review on Yelp. I thought the timing of their email was perfect since I've been wanting to get the house deep cleaned since we bought it. Win-win situation for all, right? Not exactly. I completed the review and asked if we can get someone for cleaning services. After responding back to a ton of questions regarding house size, # of baths, types of surfaces, etc., I received nothing back...no quote, no "your house is too dirty", no "not interested"...nothing. You're only as good as your last customer service, and after receiving no response back from Simply Clean I called someone else in. Yes, we're all busy, but if I can take time out of my day to complete a review for you the least you could do is respond when I'm trying to help you twice over with a review and repeat business, and help myself by simplifying my own life a bit. So disappointed. I called Lana at Simply Clean to schedule a last-minute, move out cleaning. We were blown away by the phenomenal job that was done. The house was cleaner than it has ever been. It actually looked as if she cleaned years of dirt built-up the home owners left behind too. In addition, Lana rearranged schedules so we could have someone there for a full day, ensuring the entire home was cleaned. Unfortunately we were running around so much that day that we didn't even get the name of the young lady that completed the cleaning, but we made it a point to let Lana know what a fantastic job she did. We use Simply Clean every other week cleaning our home. We started with a deep clean in August (two cleaners). Since the successful August deep clean we've had a cleaner come to our home every other week. I absolutely recommend giving this company a try if you are thinking about getting a cleaning service. I *LOVE* coming home the days our cleaner comes. Our house is wonderfully clean and tidy. Our maintenance cleans have been done by the same person each week who is delightful, hard working, pleasant, and always on time. I'm very comfortable leaving for work shortly after she starts and letting her lock up our home. A few times we've been away and she just lets herself in. I'm always so pleased when I come home on cleaner days. One time we had put up new furniture in our daughters room and hadn't quite finished getting things put away by cleaning day (various boxes, toys, cloths not yet with places in the new set up). I let our cleaner know she could just ignore our daughter's room since I felt we hadn't upheld our part of making sure things are picked up prior to cleaning. Our cleaner did a wonderful job anyway, putting the clutter into orderly piles and then cleaning around them. I was impressed at how well she read the situation since having it cleaned was actually quite helpful! Small comment: The only thing preventing this from being a 5 star rating was a bit of a clerical/billing confusion early on with the main office. It has since been resolved and I'm not miffed or upset, but there was a small mixup that required additional effort to resolve. But, 5 stars for the cleaners! read more

I became a client of Simply Clean a few months ago. I have shoulder issues, and let's face it, I have never been that great at deep cleaning! When my two elderly dogs passed away, I decided to treat myself to a one time extreme cleaning. Nohemi was my cleaner. To say that I was impressed is an understatement. I think I actually cried when I saw the results! The attention to every single little detail was incredible. For hours after she left, I kept walking around and noticing things....and saying to myself...I can't believe she did that! The end of this story is that my one time cleaning experience has turned into a once a month experience with Nohemi. She literally has changed my life, and I already think of her as family. No more worries about company coming to stay and the house not being ready...I work very long hours and to know that I have an expert who can take care of this stuff for me, is a real blessing. So I had called two weeks ago to get my apt cleane for move out and they lost track of my appointment and it became a very frustrating endeavor. After a day or so the owner of the company contacted me personally by cell phone and said they would be able to squeeze in a time that I had requested since it was their fault for losing the appointment to begin with. Larissa came and worked very hard to get my place looking great and I was really impressed with the work. Unfortunately my landlord requested they come back due to a few minor missed areas - but I feel that's the case with all Seattle landlords trying to get the most money out of you they can. I was happy with michaels communication with me and his efforts to keep me happy as a client. read more

These guys have been managing my very busy VRBO rental all summer - They are very reliable and the staff are extremely helpful / friendly. The quality of the cleaning is perfect! Also, they have saved my bacon a few times when: 1. I had forgotten to tell them about an additional booking I made which was arriving in 4 hours and they still managed to come over and clean the house in time! 2. Managed to lockout the cleaner, they came back to my apartment in Belltown to pickup a spare set of keys to the rental in Ballard. These guys have really got their act together. read more

This is my first ever Yelp review, because I really appreciate this company. I've worked with SimplyClean both on a recurring schedule for my company, and for a one-time personal move-out cleaning. Our regular cleaners do a great job and I get comments all the time from my coworkers about how thorough they are. Lana is prompt to respond to any questions or concerns I have.
