I hired Cristina to do a move-out cleaning for my 1-bedroom condo. On the plus side, she was very flexible about the timing, and she did clean most of the place. Along the way she indicated that the place needs extra work so the price would increase from $200 to $250; I'm OK with that because she flagged it before doing the additional work and because I assumed this meant she would do a very through job. But after the cleaning I discovered various things that were missed: 1. Inside bathroom drawers/cabinets, 2. Inside kitchen drawers/cabinets, 3. Exterior surfaces above the range, 4. From the moment we reached out to them, they've been fantastic with communication (as others have noted) and always made sure to keep me in the loop. Even when we had to reschedule due to elevator issues, Cristina was accommodating and worked with me to find another day. And on that day, when she was running behind due to a previous appointment, she notified us, too. When Cristina and her partner Justin arrived, we were impressed by their knowledge of their tools, which they provided in addition to using our own vacuum. They were efficient and thorough, and coordinated seamlessly together as they divided the work. Their rates are reasonable, too. Cristina has cleaned my Seattle home weekly for Airbnb since September 2016. I manage my Airbnb remotely from San Francisco, so having a person whom I can trust and depend upon is crucial. I never have to worry if she will be there when scheduled; I know she will be! I have found her to be thorough with details. I'm especially impressed with the dusting. Her creative towel displays looks like they belongs in a fancy hotel. I love how she folds the Kleenex and toilet paper tissue into a triangle for the new guests. The beds look gorgeous, and wrinkle free. My linen closet is beautifully folded and organized. She is efficient, bringing her own vacuum and supplies and working very quickly. Cristina is a dream! I was so happy when Cristina decided to start her own company. She is so kind, trustworthy, punctual and does fantastic work. I love that not only does she do a thorough job - it's the details. She is great with our two dogs, the towels are folded up fancy, the toilet paper is pointed, the garbage is taken out and all the beds are remade (way better than I can do!) If I have any special needs or requests she always responds with a "no problem" and a smile.
