I can't recommend Leaf Organic Cleaning enough. They sent a five-person crew who showed up right on time at 8:00 AM and worked a full day until 4:00 PM. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough--cleaning everything plus the details most companies miss like window tracks and under the sliding glass door. This wasn't a quick wipe-down--they scrubbed and scraped everything. I got five bids, and Leaf Organic was the only company that came out in person to walk the house and be upfront about expectations. They told me most companies charge $500-$600 but only stay a few hours--and based on my past experience, that's true. You're always left wishing they did more. With Leaf Organic, there was none of that. Not a speck of dust anywhere. We also have an English Cream Golden Retriever that sheds like crazy. They cleaned my 17' long dog and once they were done there was as zero pet hair to be found on a cloth couch and in my house. It's absolutely worth paying more--you truly get what you pay for. We hired Leaf Organic for a move out deep clean. We talked to Tommy who was transparent about the pricing and also made it clear it's a flat fee and they would work till the job was done, and meet with us after to address anything that was amiss. The team of 3 arrived in the morning and worked many hours all the way into the evening. They wore masks and shoe coverings, taking care to clean everything in detail. Absolute attention to detail. We asked them ahead of time to clean some stains on our honeycomb blinds and they removed them, saving us money in having to replace those blinds. When we pointed things out in the end, they worked hard to clean them up. Overall they did an amazing job and the price was absolutely worth it. When we walked through our house after they had gone it was a bit emotional, seeing that they had essentially restored our townhouse to when we had first seen it 10 years ago. We had Leaf Organic come to our newly remodeled house for a deep clean to get rid of construction dust, paint, etc that was missed by other cleaning services and they exceeded our expectations. They started by sending someone out to do a walk through and see exactly what we needed. A crew of 4 people showed up in full protective attire (shoes covers, masks, etc) and did another walk through with us to make sure they didn't miss anything before starting. Great experience from the beginning! Crew arrived 15 mins early mins you at 6:45AM ready to work. They wore all protective gear especially bc of Covid & I have a 4 month old. They looked very clean, professional and uniformed (which is big for me) all wearing the same gear looking like a REAL TEAM. We had Al, BK & Judy who worked on a deep clean in my 2604sq ft home. They got in the cracks, deep clean bathroom & showers, staircases, UNDER RUGS, vacuumed hair off couches and chairs and furniture. Yes it was expensive, but you get what you pay for and these guys are worth it. I also just had them do a monthly clean. Paint marks were left in multiple rooms with so much debris left behind. Even our carpets were saturated with paint dust. Next, the work the Omar led crew did was astounding. I have never seen a deep clean that was so literally deep. Every item was removed from appliances, shelves, counters...everywhere and everything before cleaning incredibly throughly. Furniture except very heavy was moved in order to vacuum and clean the carpet. Most surprising to me was the incredible reorganizing the crew did with items in each room to put like items in categories including reusing some extra boxes I had for storage. Moreover, they are the only one that can take care of the garbage disposal (my room was messy and I had a full refrigerator) among the couple of services I inquired. Their business model stands apart from all other cleaners in that they scheduled a hassle free 5 minute inspection to look through the unit I was moving out of and provided a flat cost to have a team of 3 deep clean the entire place, including professional cleaning of the carpet. Their cost was very reasonable, and ended up being much cheaper than all other cleaners. The reason is because others have hidden costs, or underestimate the job effort. Leaf Organic Cleaning avoids this with the inspection process and takes accountability for their work with a flat fee. I received quotes from many other companies who estimated it would take 2 hours for 1 person to clean my place (without seeing it) for close to the same cost. If I had done this I would have ended up paying magnitudes more because Leaf Organic Cleaning sent 3 people and cleaned it in 4 hours including the carpet, which was something others wouldn't offer. In total, I saved probably over 50% because they took the care of inspecting the unit and quoting me a flat fee. You won't find this level of professionalism and customer obsession elsewhere. The final job was OUTSTANDING. The unit was nicer and cleaner than when I originally moved in 2 years before! The team was prompt, responsive, and very professional.
