I've been using Positively Clean for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say I've had nothing but positive experiences from start to finish. Consistency matters when you're inviting people into your home, and this team has been incredibly reliable. Every cleaner I've encountered has been professional, thorough, and, just as importantly, in great spirits. That may seem like a small detail, but it makes a significant difference. Energy matters, especially in your personal space, and their positive attitude is something I truly value. Over the years, I have never had a negative experience with this company. The level of care, respect, and consistency they bring into my home has built a strong sense of trust. If you're looking for a cleaning service that not only does a great job but also brings good energy into your space, I would absolutely recommend Positively Clean. read more

Always communicative, timely, and most importantly thorough. I've used Positively Clean a few times and are always the first ones I call.

The two cleaners did a wonderful job on my windows, blinds, and the balcony floor, which gets grimy. Great work! Renda was very easy to work with, too. Highly recommended. read more

At first, all seemed encouraging. Renda came out to have a look and find out what we needed. She said she would get back to me the next day with the name of the person that would be cleaning for us. Next day, nothing. She ghosted me for an entire week. Then suddenly she texted on a Sunday eve saying she could have somebody come out the following day. I felt like she was catering for her convenience and not ours, and I did not reply. read more

Renda and her group of quality employees are wonderful, they are easy to work with if your schedule has to change, the cleaning is the best I have ever had. I have had other house cleaning services, and they were nothing like this Positively cleaning, from larger companies (HORRIBLE!) to even private locals who could not provide a time of the scheduled date to no shows at all! My person who cleans my house folds my TOILER PAPER on the roll! That is thoughtfulness that some of us LOVE. And it is hard to find anymore. I am thankful that I found this company and I am PROUD to support small business. read more

Thank you! I was scrambling to figure out who to call right before our house went on the market. I needed a deep clean. I only gave them maybe one week's notice and crossed my fingers. They were able to fit me in, and did such a fabulous job. I especially appreciated that there was a flat fee and it was exactly what the owner said it would be. Very thorough and careful! One less thing to worry about during such a stressful time. I sure wish I had discovered PC before I moved - I would have used them weekly or monthly. House sale going great. Thanks!! read more

I'm surprised that Renda only has 20 reviews - she's truly amazing. I asked her to do a deep clean for a 2000 SQ ft townhome I just bought and installed new flooring into. She gave a quote that was slightly above other competitors but then described the reasoning behind her estimate. I went with her because it sounded like she knew what it would take to get my home move-in ready and she was incredibly responsive. I was not disappointed. She communicated with me every step of the way, was on time and did a phenomenal job. New flooring usually means a lot of dust everywhere but she cleaned, then waited, then cleaned, then waited and then cleaned again so that she could capture ALL of the settled dust. She also cleaned all the blinds individually and all of the floor trims. I was so impressed that I immediately asked her to do another clean. She's won a loyal customer! Thank you so much Renda! read more

Great cleaning crew: Xochitl and Nidia! Detailed work and willing to focus in different areas as needed. My whole experience with Positively Clean has been 5, from the initial meeting with the owner to the actual work done by the crew. Would recommend . read more

I had a deep cleaning done and will be having biweekly regular cleanings. A little hiccup scheduling the deep clean but was accommodating with prompt rescheduling. I work from home and my place isn't that big but was able to work in one area while they cleaned the other area and switched places as they cleaned the rest of the house. The ladies were friendly and thorough. I woke up this morning to a clean house and am able to enjoy my weekend after a busy workweek! read more

Team did an excellent job and very friendly. Everything was cleaned well including deep cleaning of the kitchen and laundry area and really scrubbing all of the shower stains as well. Thank you for making it a seamless experience. read more

Positively Clean is positively wonderful! In May, I was expecting a guest and wanted everything to be perfectly clean. I appreciated Renda visiting our home to give us a free estimate. She pays attention to details and requests. Her staff person thoroughly cleaned and did not rush the work. Our home actually smelled clean. Moreover, Renda's communication is excellent during every step of the process. We are very satisfied customers and It's almost time to schedule our next cleaning. read more

Wonderful! Renda and her team are friendly, prompt, and so professional. After working from home since March, we really needed a deep clean before setting up for the holidays. Positively Clean was super easy to schedule, a great value, and my house is sparkling. I can't stop smiling when I look around, especially at the kitchen and bathrooms! :D We also requested the carpets to be cleaned and Renda coordinate a great carpet cleaner, Luis, to arrive right after the cleaning. The carpets look great, Luis was wonderful, and I was really impressed with how the timing worked out! read more

Hired Positively Clean to clean our new home prior to moving in (after painting and a bathroom remodel). The team arrived exactly on time and did an amazing job cleaning so that our home was perfect before the movers arrived. Would definitely hire them again! read more

I had lived in a 2BR house for 5 years and was moving out. I needed someone to come and do a DEEP clean. I previously had cleaners but they were constantly checking their phones and took a long time. Positively Clean was a different experience: clear communication, on time, hard working cleaners who know how to get the job done! Also, very reasonable prices. Strongly recommend for a move out clean. The house looked better than when we moved in-- def using again! read more

Booked a free consultation and no one showed up. Called the number three times and it went to voicemail every time. Very irresponsible and threw our entire schedule off. Would not recommend. read more

Renda and team were truly amazing. we needed a deep clean because we were moving out and putting the house on the market. We had done painting and some renovation as well so lots of dust and paint spots on the floor. Renda and team were absolute champs, they cleaned for almost 3 days, worked around staging and photography appointments, and were really diligent and communicative throughout. It felt good knowing that I could trust the house was going to look amazing! read more

To do justice to the hard work Positively Clean put in, I have to freely admit that my house was a disaster. A baby plus a busy work schedule set me way behind. They replied promptly and were easy to schedule. Once they came to my house was when it became obvious I made a good choice. They worked very hard to undo years of build up. They worked diligently for hours. I appreciated that they were not judgmental about the mess at all. I am sure I will have them back for more deep cleaning and routinely have them come to make sure things don't get out of control again. read more

Renda was great. I had just moved out of a house I was planning on cleaning myself before the new owners moved in, but after packing and moving everything into the new house I just didn't have it in me to go back and clean everything. I contacted several companies through Yelp to get estimates but most were either already booked or didn't serve my area. One company passed my contact on to Renda who texted me and offered to help on short notice. Her rate was reasonable and she was extremely responsive and professional in working out a budget that worked for me. The day of the job one of the cleaners had a family emergency and couldn't make it. Rather than cancel the job, Renda did the whole thing herself -- for 10 hours. I would have thought that by hour 9 or 10 she would have started to get tired but when I arrived at the end she was still full of energy and the house looked amazing. She really exceeded all of my expectations. read more

I highly recommend Renda and her team. We've used Positively Clean in an apartment and now in our 3 br home, and they always do a consistently good job. read more

Highly recommend! Renda is so professional, has fantastic communication, and I am thrilled at how clean my apartment is. She even offered to come over (masked and distanced) before the scheduled cleaning for an accurate quote and to ask me my specific preferences for the cleaning. Positively Clean did a move out cleaning for my apartment, and I appreciated that Renda was very communicative leading up to my appointment. Her team arrived promptly, finished quickly, and did a wonderful job. In particular, the wood floors are glowing! Kindly helped me with the documentation my landlord required as well. Thank you and definitely recommend! read more

Renda has been cleaning my home for over 2 years - she does a great job! You can tell she cares about her work and the people she's helping. My young kiddo loved when she wrote a quick note complimenting the letter practicing workbook that was out on the table when she came. It also super easy to communicate with and I love that we can text to coordinate days/times. read more

Hiring my first cleaning service was very exciting for me! I hate cleaning, and so do my roommates, so we decided to go in together on hiring a cleaner to come every two weeks and tidy up. I contacted quite a few cleaning companies via Yelp, and Renda was the first person who said she was available at the time I wanted. Her hourly rates were cheaper than the other companies, too. The first appointment went fine; she was a little late getting to our house, but we are hard to find so that was forgivable. Great. She did a good job and she let me pay her through Venmo (best app ever, get it) so that was also a plus. We scheduled another appointment for two weeks later, on Sunday afternoon. Sunday morning, she texts me saying the cleaner who was supposed to come has a sick child. Okay, fine. I asked if she could come Monday. No answer. I text her Monday asking if she can still come. No, she's not available. Okay. We set up another time, she comes, I'm satisfied. She did an okay job cleaning, but missed a few areas I specifically asked her to go over. We set up again for two weeks later, she again texts me Sunday morning to try to reschedule. We decide to just skip a week and get back on our biweekly. I ask her to let me know on Saturday if anything changes. She texts me at 9:30pm saying she can't make it. I replied asking if she could come Monday, and that's the last communication I had with her. The only reason to go to Positively Clean is the price. Renda is not professional and does not communicate well, which is VITAL in a scheduling reliant business. I never felt like she was putting us first, only coming around when it was convenient for her. Save your time and money and try a different service. read more

Renda is amazing! So friendly, kind, and conscientious. She does a spectacular job, is extremely great at communicating and is very on top of scheduling. I am always impressed at what a wonderful job she does - my home is sparkly clean and polished. The products she uses do not leave an irritating scent, and even the cats are not stressed out by her visits! Renda is very accommodating to special requests, and has always been responsive to questions or concerns. It is always a treat to come home after she's finished doing her magic! 5+ stars for sure! read more

Renda did a fantastic job on my home. She is very detail oriented and uses green cleaners. I couldn't be happier.

Renda makes out lives that much easier. She comes on a bi-weekly basis on a regular schedule. She is always sure to remind us she'll be coming the night before and she regularly asks for feedback or special projects we have in mind. She is a great communicator as well and makes light of any question or issue in a way that welcomes healthy feedback. We'd fully recommend her. read more

My partner and I moved into a "fixer upper" home a couple years ago, and beyond regular cleaning to keep our home habitable we haven't done a deep clean since we moved in (and it was our attempt at a deep clean, so mediocre at best). We also have two dogs who shed a LOT, and some areas of our home (windows, baseboards, corners) had not been properly cleaned in well over a year if not more so as you can imagine, a moderate sprinkling of dust, dirt and dog hair across many a surface. It was bad and something had to be done. I reached out to Renda based on the positive reviews to date asking if we could schedule a deep clean and she responded promptly to set up a free in-person estimate. She arrived on time, was very personable and professional and made sure she understood exactly what areas needed the most attention. Renda and her team came over and spent a good 5 hours cleaning top to bottom. When her team finished up, she texted me to let me know and encouraged me not only to reach out to let her know what we thought of this cleaning, but to share if we noticed any areas that needed more attention next time so that her team could make sure to take care of them next time. When we returned from a hike later that day, the place was sparkling, they did a wonderful job. I cannot believe how pristinely white our bathtub and old school cast iron white sink were. Like I actually didn't even know our sink had the potential to be so clean. I am grateful to Renda and her team for their attention to detail, professionalism and open invitation for feedback. Highly recommend! read more

Wow!! Is all I can say! Renda and her team just got done cleaning my house and it looks amazing! Was a little skeptical because I've never hired a professional cleaner before. But Renda's warming personality made me feel at ease. She was professional and did an awesome job.She is already scheduled to come back in two weeks! So glad I called! read more

Renda did a great job on our house. We had a rental where the tenant moved out and we needed a move out deep cleaning done as soon as possible. The cleaner I have used in the past was booked up. Renda called me back right away and offered to come in over the weekend to clean it for me (rather than for me to wait until the following week). At first, I was a bit nervous using a new cleaner and not sure how the quality would be. She was friendly and kept in communication on when she was arriving. I felt I was able to trust her to do a good job on the cleaning without me being there that I left her the keys to lock the house up after she was done. When I went to check on the house the next day, I was pleasantly surprised on how clean the house was. Renda also mentioned to me that she was willing to come back if there was anything that was missed as she wanted to make sure the client was happy, which was so great to hear! Thank you Renda for cleaning our house. We will be sure to call Positively Clean again for future cleaning needs. read more
