I hired Cleanspace for a one-time deep cleaning after completing our bathroom remodel. There was dust everywhere including the inside of the cabinets. The three person crew arrived on time, were all wearing masks, and went to work after a quick walk-through. I had also asked for the refrigerator to be cleaned out - a Trader Joe's frozen rice that had accumulated at the bottom of the freezer was finally gone! I was extremely impressed by the owner, Cheryl's excellent communication as well as the crews overall performance. Every nook and cranny was meticulously cleaned and sparkled when they were done. My only feedback is I mentioned I have a friendly 3 year old golden retriever when I booked the service and the 2 people who showed up seemed skittish around him so unfortunately, I had to keep him on leash the whole time (7 hours) except when he went out for walk. $738 dollars was charged for 6 hours of cleaning. We were expecting professional deep move-out cleaning for a small townhome of 1050 sqft. To prepare for the deep cleaning we sprayed the bathroom with detergent and sprayed and wiped the oven and stove top so that deeper grime will be easier to remove. We also cleaned the garage so that the cleaning team can focus on cleaning the rest of the house. We also called ahead of time asking deep cleaning for the stove top and oven and the upstairs bathroom. But minimal cleaning was done by the two women that came. They did not appear to touch the stove and oven that we sprayed for deeper cleaning. They did not even wipe down the soapy detergent on the stove top. The glass shower door were left not completely clean. They also did not wipe down the blinds in the house. The amount of work they have done we could have done in at most in 3 hours. We had a friend we hired open the door for the cleaning ladies and lock up when they finished but he did not supervise. Our friend is also very nice and agreeable would not have have said anything negative. This is the same friend we had to hire to clean up after this "professional" cleaning service. He deep cleaned the burners on the stove top, cleaned the shower doors and wiped down the dirty blinds. We suspect that the two ladies just waited out the clock to 6 hours while cleaning minimally. I am envious of the other people who got the deep cleaning service that they requested. I decided to use this cleaning service based on Yelp reviews and pictures. What happened to us was unfortunate and I am deeply disappointed. This is the most costly cleaning service we have had for the townhome with the worst result. I will not be using this cleaning service again. In response to your personal response Cheryl. A refund of $60 will not change this review. Since this is a time sensitive job, we had to clean up the left over work immediately after your cleaning ladies so that our new tenants can be ready move in on time. The job is done! We had them clean a family members house while they were out of town and the entire place literally sparkled after they left. In one room we thought they had actually installed additional light fixtures because it was so much brighter than before they had cleaned. We have also had them do our move out cleans for two apartments we moved out of. Because let's be honest no matter how hard you clean your landlord will always complain it isn't clean enough and keep your security deposit. We have had them clean my house quite a few times. Always on time, very professional and the regular clean is what most companies do on a deep clean. Wipe light switches, molding you know those things. if you want a good clean for a reasonable price you should use this company. It is not a big company but they always are available to meet my needs when something pops up! I hired her for a three hour session and our progress blew my mind! I scheduled an 8am cleaning and when the team did not show on time, I could not reach anyone by phone or email. The office phone offers an "urgent" option but no one answered that either. Apparently the cleaning team tried to call me to say they would be late but had an incorrect phone number for me. When they arrived an hour later, we had started cleaning ourselves and declined their services. We had scheduled several other things around the cleaning and couldn't wait to find out if they were going to come or not. They did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job today. After all the great reviews and spending a lengthy time researching different companies, I have to say, it was even better than I expected! They were able to get to everything I asked for plus a little extra that was lower on my priority list. My floors were pretty dirty, but now they are fantastic! (I had to write a review today because it was so exceptional.) I was a little worried because they were a little late with the start time, but the ladies said it starts when they start and flexes to get the entire time in. Also, being in Seattle it's hard to find parking, so it wasn't an issue for me, especially after the job they did, but just a little side note for others. They are very prompt in emailing/calling as well. The price seemed to be average of other companies I got quotes for, but totally worth it if people may think it was a little over other companies. I'd rather pay a little more for a fabulous job like they provided over saving money for a decent job.
