I reached out last week to get my house cleaned prior to putting it on the market. My house isn't terribly dirty to begin with, but I have two kids, dogs, and a full time job. Originally they were supposed to come Thursday morning at 11am so my Realtor could take photos Thursday night. I got a message at 11:15 saying they would arrive at 12:30. Then she cancelled stating she was too busy. I cancelled photos with my realtor. She asked if Saturday would be fine, which is fine. They asked if they could arrive 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, then showed up late. I just wanted help with some deep cleaning. My counters are still dirty, my microwave wasn't even touched. So now I have to go back and clean again. I don't know why I even spent $200 on this. I could have just gotten a nanny and done it myself. The grout in the master shower also wasn't done. I basically just paid $200 for someone to vacuum, clean my toilets, and mop my floors. UPDATE. I think it is highly unprofessional to call out a client for things they "did wrong". I closed certain doors and told the gentleman who walked through not to touch those rooms. Then those rooms were gone into anyway. One of my children's bedrooms was not cleaned at all because he was napping. So this is incorrect. I had 3 bedrooms vacuumed, two of them I had requested they stay out of. Nothing in those rooms was cleaned, only vacuumed. Beds were not made/cleaned. Only vacuumed. If that is a "deep cleaning" my apologies, I must not know the definition of a deep clean. I also told them to leave my half bath alone which she went into anyway. My master bathroom was hardly cleaned aside from the toilet. The woman who did the cleaning pushed her way angrily back into my home after finding out I left a negative review shortly after she had left. Also; nothing against her, she didn't speak the best english, but gesturing at someone in a hostile manner and pushing their way into your home is very unprofessional. She also spent 2 hours on my porch smoking after she finishing "cleaning" while she waited for a ride. She also dumped all of the cleaning products used on our floors down the storm drain outside the house. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone. read more

Very nice people but cleaning not what I expected for what I had asked for. Wanted deep cleaning of two rooms and 1.5 bathroom plus walls and windows. Walls were wiped and windows wiped but not deep cleaning as expected. Had to point out dirt or marks that would come off if scrubbed enough. They would be good for regular cleaning service for a messy house but not what we wanted unfortunately. Yes I didn't ask for the kitchen to be cleaned as I had already cleaned the kitchen appliances. Overall very impressed. I wish I had taken before photos because it was very messy after moving. Communication was a little tough at first but they got the job done. Took about 2 hours to clean every inch of the 600 sf loft in Capitol Hill. I think the fridge looks cleaner than when we moved in. Many thanks to Yuliet and team. read more

Yuliet was very sweet, prompt, and professional. The cleaning was decent, but fell short of what I expected for a thorough move-out cleaning. However, they charged significantly less than competitors, so perhaps the service that was provided was a reasonable value. The kitchen looked great---sparkling fridge, oven, stove, and stains removed from the sink; looks like Yuliet herself was focused on this area, while her team took care of the rest of the 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. They did a reasonable job in the rest of the space, but many not-so-fine details were ignored. Baseboards were left untouched, and the hardwood floors were only swept, not mopped. In the bathroom, the main points were cleaned well (tub, toilet, sink, mirror), but nothing else was touched (backsplash, baseboards, walls, door, area surrounding the clawfoot tub). I ended up doing the ignored items myself, though it was pretty quick after they had done their work. The lack of thoroughness wasn't a time issue--I left briefly to get cash for payment. When I returned, they were waiting in the car, so the job was complete to them. Overall, I think they provided a reasonable service for the price. Yuliet was a sweetheart to work with, and the team was respectful and did a reasonable job. If you're on a tighter budget, they may be a good fit. However, I would personally pay a little more next time for a more thorough job. read more

Yuliet and her team are amazing. I needed a deep clean, I haven't been able to stay on top of a consistent cleaning routine for several months.
